s3, tensioning and conveying: a plurality of strands of thin ropes are conveyed to the stranding machine (2) through the conveying device (4), and the thin ropes are tensioned in the conveying process, so that the thin ropes are always tensioned, and meanwhile, the surfaces of the thin ropes are cleaned;
s4, strand trimming: after a plurality of strands of thin ropes are conveyed to the wire stranding machine (2) and are twisted into a strand of cable rope, the cable rope is trimmed through a trimming mechanism, and finally the cable rope is wound and collected through external existing winding equipment;
the upper end surface of the workbench (1) is sequentially provided with a conveying device (4), a stranding machine (2) and a finishing device (3) from left to back; wherein:
