本发明提供一种盾构机盾尾密封脂及其制备方法。所述盾构机盾尾密封脂,以重量份计,包括基础油15~30份、增塑剂5~15份、分散剂1~3份、纤维3~4份、填料47~52份、增粘剂5~25份、防锈剂0.5~2份、吸水膨胀材1~5份。本发明提供的盾尾密封脂具有优异的泵送性、抗水压密封性、黏附性、抗水喷雾性和高低温适应性等特点,而且成本低、制备工艺简单,可以适用于不同温度、不同地质层盾构隧道施工。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种盾构机盾尾密封脂。
背景技术
盾构技术是目前国际上发达国家较为广泛采用的地下隧洞全机械化开挖施工技术。盾构机是盾构法施工中的主要施工机械。盾构机(Tunneling Boring Machine,简称TBM,又称全断面隧道挖掘机)在地下掘进,在防止软基开挖面崩塌或保持开挖面稳定的的同时,在机内安全地进行隧洞的开挖和衬砌作业。盾构机按盾构方式分为泥浆式盾构机和土压平衡式盾构机,均用密封脂密封盾尾与管道衬里之间的间隙,从而防止地下水(淡水或海水)、泥桨和膨润土泥桨(如使用)涌入盾首。在盾构机工作时,盾尾密封脂都采用机泵加入。因此盾构机盾尾密封脂中最重要的性能即是泵送性和抗水密封性,另外还应具有较好的粘附性。
公开号CN112029557A的中国发明专利申请(公开日2020年12月4日)披露了一种盾尾密封脂,包括20-50%的润滑剂,20-40%的密封剂,2-6%的固化剂,2-3%的防腐剂和25-40%的抗磨剂;其中润滑剂为无水钙基润滑脂或锂基脂,密封剂为石棉纤维或由石棉纤维和2-3%高分子聚合物组成,固化剂为油溶性的石油树脂,抗磨剂为碳酸钙。25mm厚的盾尾密封脂在3.5MPa压力下5min不漏水。公开号CN108913306A的中国发明专利申请(公开日2018年11月30日)也披露了一种盾尾密封脂,包括高黏度光亮油24.0%~37.0%、稠化剂3.0%~6.0%、强度改进剂4.0%~9.0%、增黏剂6.0%~12.0%、吸水膨胀剂3.0%~6.0%、活性填充剂30.0%~60.0%;其中高黏度光亮油选自90BS、120BS和150BS中的一种或两种,所述稠化剂是有机膨润土,所述强度改进剂包括长度≤6.0mm的木质纤维和聚丙烯纤维,所述增黏剂是分子量1000~2400的聚异丁烯,所述吸水膨胀剂选自高钠基膨润土和聚丙烯酸钠中一种或两种,所述活性填充剂选自活性滑石粉、活性碳酸钙和活性云母粉中一种或两种。该盾尾密封脂在3.5MPa压力下,25℃5h条件下进行的抗水压密封试验中,保压值3.18~3.36MPa,油脂漏失量3.7~6.8g。
近年来,沿海、跨海、过江隧道逐渐增多,遇到的地质情况也将越来越复杂。土层含水率高、渗透性大的施工条件对盾尾密封脂的要求也相应提高。而目前国产密封脂在高水压(0.4~0.8MPa)或遇到富水砂层、砂卵石、砂砾石层等高渗透性地层施工时出现了漏水问题。因此,有必要开发出抗水密封性、泵送性和粘附性更好的盾构机盾尾密封脂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种盾构机盾尾密封脂及其制备方法和应用。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种盾构机盾尾密封脂,以重量份计,包括基础油15~30份、增塑剂5~15份、分散剂1~3份、纤维3~4份、填料47~52份、增粘剂5~25份、防锈剂0.5~2份、吸水膨胀材1~5份;
其中,所述基础油选自32#机械液压油、33#机械液压油、46#机械液压油、32#抗磨液压油、46#抗磨液压油、68#抗磨液压油、季戊四醇酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、矿物油和植物油中的一种或任意比例的多种;
所述增塑剂选自氯化石蜡、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯和乙酰蓖麻醇酸酯中一种或任意比例的多种;
所述分散剂选自软脂酸、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和棕榈酸中一种或任意比例的多种;
所述纤维为非金属纤维,直径10~30μm,由长度1~2mm的纤维1和长度3~4mm的纤维2组成,所述纤维1和纤维2的质量比为:
纤维1:纤维2=1:0.5~1;
所述填料选自轻质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸镁、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的一种或任意比例的多种;

优选地,所述盾尾密封脂以重量份计,以重量份计,包括基础油19~25份、增塑剂8~12份、分散剂1~3份、纤维3~4份、填料47~52份、增粘剂10~20份、防锈剂0.5~2份、吸水膨胀材1~5份;
其中所述基础油、增塑剂、分散剂、纤维、填料、增粘剂、防锈剂和吸水膨胀材如前所定义。
优选地,所述盾尾密封脂的原料的总重量份为100份。
优选地,所述基础油选自33#机械液压油、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和矿物油500-SN中的一种。

盾构机在组装时,一般采用手动方式涂抹盾尾密封脂。因此,作为一种优选的实施方案,本发明提供一种手涂型盾构机盾尾密封脂,以总重量为100份计,包括:
基础油19~21份、增塑剂8~9份、分散剂1~2份、纤维3~3.5份、填料47~48份、增粘剂15~18份、防锈剂0.5~2份、吸水膨胀材料1~4份;
其中,所述基础油选自33#机械液压油或矿物油500-SN;
所述增塑剂选自氯化石蜡、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯和乙酰蓖麻醇酸酯中的一种;
所述分散剂选自软脂酸、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和棕榈酸中的一种;
所述纤维为非金属纤维,直径10~30μm,由长度1~2mm的纤维1和长度3~4mm的纤维2组成,所述纤维1和纤维2的质量比为:
纤维1:纤维2=1:1;
所述纤维1和纤维2各自独立地选自木纤维和/或聚丙烯纤维;
所述填料选自轻质碳酸钙或滑石粉;
所述增粘剂选自松香树脂或分子量2400的聚异丁烯;
所述防锈剂选自苯并咪唑或石油磺酸钠;

盾构机在工作时,采用机泵方式不断补充盾尾密封脂。因此,作为一种优选的实施方案,本发明提供一种泵送型盾构机盾尾密封脂,以总重量为100份计,包括:
基础油20~25份、增塑剂8~12份、分散剂1~2份、纤维3~4份、填料47~52份、增粘剂10~16份、防锈剂0.5~1份、吸水膨胀材1~5份;
其中,所述基础油选自33#机械液压油、矿物油500-SN和对苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种;
所述增塑剂选自氯化石蜡、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯和乙酰蓖麻醇酸酯中的一种;
所述分散剂选自软脂酸、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和棕榈酸中的一种;
所述纤维为非金属纤维,直径10~30μm,由长度1~2mm的纤维1和长度3~4mm的纤维2组成,所述纤维1和纤维2的质量比为:
纤维1:纤维2=1:1;
所述纤维1和纤维2各自独立地选自木纤维和/或聚丙烯纤维;
所述填料选自轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙和滑石粉中的一种;

本发明还有一个目的在于提供上述盾尾密封脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
I.按照所述重量份准备各原料;
II.将纤维与50%基础油在搅拌机中混合,转速50~100r/min,充分搅拌3h,直至呈浸润碎小团状,得到混合物A;
III.将增粘剂、填料、增塑剂、分散剂和剩余的基础油加入捏合机里,在40~80℃下捏合60~120min,得到混合物B;
IV.待所述混合物B温度降至常温,加入防锈剂、吸水膨胀材和步骤II得到的所述混合物A,继续捏合60~120min,出料,即得。
本发明还有一个目的在于提供前述盾尾密封脂或按照上述制备方法制备得到的盾尾密封脂在盾构机盾尾密封中的应用。
本发明提供的所述盾尾密封脂,其中所述基础油具有润滑、保护和密封作用,增加产品的可泵性;基础油使盾尾密封脂具有较好的抗水性,能适应与水或潮气接触的设备的润滑,使产品更能适应实际施工建设中所面临的潮湿环境。优选地,所述基础油选自32#机械液压油、33#机械液压油、46#机械液压油、32#抗磨液压油、46#抗磨液压油、68#抗磨液压油、季戊四醇酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、矿物油和植物油中的一种或任意比例的多种。
所述增塑剂可调节体系的粘度,增加内聚力,从而提高盾尾密封脂的抗水压密封性和抗水冲性。优选地,所述增塑剂选自氯化石蜡、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯和乙酰蓖麻醇酸酯中一种或任意比例的多种。
所述分散剂增加其它组分的润湿分散性,提高体系的匀质性和整体性。优选地,所述分散剂选自软脂酸、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和棕榈酸中一种或任意比例的多种。
所述纤维在盾尾密封脂中起到骨架作用,另外纤维表面的羟基和羟基之间形成氢键,稳固其骨架的作用,保证密封脂使用中在高水压下的密封作用。纤维长度较短,会导致盾尾密封脂整体性较差,纤维长度较长则泵送性和流动性较差。因此本发明以两种特定长度的纤维(1~2mm长的纤维1和3~4mm的纤维2)按照特定比例搭配使用(纤维1:纤维2=1:0.5~1),发挥更好的抗水密封性,保持良好的泵送性。
所述填料可以调节产品的稠度,一定程度上降低成本。发明人经研究发现填料的用量不能太少,在47%及以上才可提高盾尾密封脂的抗水密封性。优选地,所述填料选自轻质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸镁、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的一种或任意比例的多种。
所述增粘剂增加了纤维和基础油的粘度和内聚力,能够改善密封脂的粘性;所述增粘剂与纤维、填料共同形成的特殊结构,能抵抗一定压力的水,并与钢丝刷、钢板和混凝土管片有较好的黏附性,防止外部水和泥浆从缝隙处渗入,提高产品的附着力、憎水性、黏性和整体性,保证盾尾密封油脂的密封性能和抗水冲性。优选地,所述增粘剂选自松香树脂、聚异丁烯、古马隆树脂、C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、T612粘度指数改进剂、T613粘度指数改进剂和T614粘度指数改进剂中一种或任意比例的多种。
所述防锈剂,其分子中的极性基团依靠电荷作用紧密地吸附在金属表面上;非极性基团(如长碳链烃基、苯基等)则向着金属表面的外侧,并能和油类互溶在一起,从而使防锈剂分子定向排列在金属表面,形成吸附性保护膜,使金属不受水和氧的侵蚀。
所述吸水膨胀材具有极佳的吸水膨胀性以及分散和悬浮性能,使得本发明的盾尾密封油脂的防水效果更加,附着力更强。优选地,所述吸水膨胀材选自钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土、聚丙烯酸钠(PAA)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、两性聚丙烯酰胺(C-PAM)和羧甲基纤维素中的一种或任意比例的多种。
总之,本发明提供的盾尾密封脂具有优异的泵送性、抗水压密封性、黏附性、抗水喷雾性和高低温适应性等特点,而且成本低、制备工艺简单,可以适用于不同温度、不同地质层盾构隧道施工。
具体实施方式
以下参照具体的实施例来说明本发明。本领域技术人员能够理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,其不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的药材原料、试剂材料等,如无特殊说明,均为市售购买产品。
其中,主要关键原料及其牌号与生产厂家信息如下:

下述实施例和对比例的盾尾密封脂按照如下步骤制备:
I.按照重量份准备各原料;
II.将纤维与50%(w/w)基础油在搅拌机中混合,转速50~100r/min,充分搅拌3h,直至呈浸润碎小团状,得到混合物A;
III.将增粘剂、填料、增塑剂、分散剂和剩余的基础油加入捏合机里,在40~80℃下捏合60~120min,得到混合物B;
IV.待所述混合物B温度降至常温,加入防锈剂、吸水膨胀材料和步骤II得到的所述混合物A,继续捏合60~120min,出料,即得。
实施例1~3一种手涂型盾尾密封脂
实施例1~3的手涂型盾尾密封脂的原料配比见表1,按照上述方法制备。
实施例4~7一种泵送型盾尾密封脂
实施例4~7的泵送型盾尾密封脂的原料配比见表1,按照上述方法制备。

测试例实施例1~7和对比例1~9的盾尾密封脂的性能测定
按照如下方法测定各盾尾密封脂的相关性能:
1)密度:按照排水法进行。
2)不工作锥入度:按照《GB/T 269-91》“第一篇6.不工作锥入度”进行。
3)泵送性和表观剪切黏度:参照《ASTM D 1092》进行。
4)蒸发损失:按照《GB/T 7325》进行,80℃,5h。
5)抗水密封性:按照《T/CPCIF0042.1-2020》进行。
6)抗水喷雾性:按照《SH/T0643》进行。
7)垂度:按照《SH/T 0424》进行,50℃,5h。
8)腐蚀性:按照《SH/T0331》进行,20#钢,100℃,3h。
9)储存分油:按照《Q/CR 676-2018》“附录A”进行。
测定结果见表3和表4所示。

表3的数据显示,实施例1~7的盾尾密封脂有较好的黏附性(垂度和抗水喷雾),实施例4~7的盾尾密封脂有很好的泵送性。各实施例的盾尾密封脂在5MPa以及上无漏水,说明本发明的盾尾密封脂抗水密封性好,能够防止盾壳外部水和砂浆等流体进入盾构机内部。此外,本发明的盾尾密封脂对设备配件无腐蚀,且储存分油和蒸发损失都小,说明本发明的密封脂性能稳定;适用于冬夏季不同温度施工。
表4的数据显示,对比例1~9的密封脂抗水密封性仅在~3MPa不漏水,无法满足复杂地层施工;且密封脂的黏附性较差,储存分油高于本发明的实施例,说明稳定性差。对比例8中基础油用量较大造成密封脂粘性较差,内聚力偏小,抗水喷雾性差、垂度较大;对比例4和8的密封脂还会腐蚀设备配件。

Claims (6)

1.一种盾构机盾尾密封脂,总重量份为100份计,原料组成为:基础油19~25份、增塑剂8~12份、分散剂1~3份、纤维3~4份、填料47~52份、增粘剂10~20份、防锈剂0.5~2份、吸水膨胀材1~5份;
其中,所述基础油选自33#机械液压油、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和矿物油500-SN中的一种;
所述增塑剂选自氯化石蜡、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯和乙酰蓖麻醇酸酯中一种或任意比例的多种;
所述分散剂选自十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和棕榈酸中一种或任意比例的两种;
所述纤维为非金属纤维,直径10~30µm,由长度1~2mm的纤维1和长度3~4mm的纤维2组成,所述纤维1和纤维2的质量比为:
纤维1:纤维2=1:0.5~1;
所述纤维1和纤维2各自独立地选自木纤维、棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚氯乙烯纤维中的一种或任意比例的多种;
所述填料选自轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙和滑石粉中的一种;
所述增粘剂选自松香树脂、聚异丁烯和C5石油树脂中的一种;所述聚异丁烯的分子量大于2000;
所述防锈剂选自苯并咪唑、石油磺酸钠、单油酸季戊四醇酯和山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯中的一种;

3.一种手涂型盾构机盾尾密封脂,以总重量为100份计,原料组成为:
基础油19~21份、增塑剂8~9份、分散剂1~2份、纤维3~3.5份、填料47~48份、增粘剂15~18份、防锈剂0.5~2份、吸水膨胀材1~4份;
其中,所述基础油选自33#机械液压油或矿物油500-SN;
所述增塑剂选自氯化石蜡、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯和乙酰蓖麻醇酸酯中的一种;
所述分散剂选自十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和棕榈酸中的一种;

其中,所述基础油选自33#机械液压油、矿物油500-SN和对苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种;

5.权利要求1至4中任一项所述的盾尾密封脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
I. 按照所述重量份准备各原料;
II. 将纤维与50%基础油在搅拌机中混合,转速50~100r/min,充分搅拌3h,直至呈浸润碎小团状,得到混合物A;
III. 将增粘剂、填料、增塑剂、分散剂和剩余的基础油加入捏合机里,在40~80℃下捏合60~120min,得到混合物B;
IV. 待所述混合物B温度降至常温,加入防锈剂、吸水膨胀材和步骤II得到的所述混合物A,继续捏合60~120min,出料,即得。
6.权利要求1至4中任一项所述的盾尾密封脂或按照权利要求5所述的制备方法制备得到的盾尾密封脂在盾构机盾尾密封中的应用。
