A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: 30 parts of SMC special yarn, 50 parts of polypropylene, 2 parts of oxidant, 10 parts of glass fiber, 5 parts of polyurethane, 10 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 3 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 2 parts of other auxiliary agents.

A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: 35 parts of SMC special yarn, 55 parts of polypropylene, 3 parts of oxidant, 13 parts of glass fiber, 7 parts of polyurethane, 19 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.7 part of antioxidant, 5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 3 parts of other auxiliary agents.
