Abstract
The invention discloses a low-density SMC material with high paint spraying and adhesive force, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of SMC special yarn, 50-60 parts of polypropylene, 2-4 parts of oxidant, 10-16 parts of glass fiber, 5-8 parts of polyurethane, 10-28 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.5-0.8 part of antioxidant, 3-6 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 2-4 parts of other auxiliary agents.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of SMC (sheet molding compound) materials, in particular to a low-density SMC material with high paint spraying and adhesive force.
Background
The SMC composite material has been receiving attention because of its electrical insulating property, and thus has a wide range of applications, such as in various fields of electricity, electronics, architecture, aviation, chemical engineering, etc., and because it is not affected by electromagnetic waves, it has a good insulating property, so it is the most advanced and widely popularized casing manufacturing material in the world, and no matter the properties of other metal materials or non-metal materials, it can not compare favourably with the properties of SMC composite material in similar fields.
However, the conventional SMC materials have some disadvantages in use, such as:

The special yarn for SMC comprises 30 parts of special yarn for SMC, 50 parts of polypropylene, 2 parts of oxidant, 10 parts of glass fiber, 5 parts of polyurethane, 10 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 3 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 2 parts of other auxiliary agents.
The special yarn for SMC comprises 35 parts of special yarn for SMC, 55 parts of polypropylene, 3 parts of oxidant, 13 parts of glass fiber, 7 parts of polyurethane, 19 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.7 part of antioxidant, 5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 3 parts of other auxiliary agents.
40 parts of SMC special yarn, 60 parts of polypropylene, 4 parts of oxidant, 16 parts of glass fiber, 8 parts of polyurethane, 28 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.8 part of antioxidant, 6 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 4 parts of other auxiliary agents.
Wherein the mass ratio of the coupling agent to the dispersing agent to the toughening agent is 1:1: 1.5.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the plastic elastomer is prepared from yarns special for SMC, polypropylene, an oxidant, glass fibers, polyurethane, unsaturated resin, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and other auxiliaries, the volume is increased through expansion with heat and contraction with cold, so that the density is reduced, meanwhile, the interface of the plastic elastomer is treated, the coating property of the material is improved, the surface paint is improved, and the adhesive force of paint on the surface of the material is further enhanced.

The material can be uniformly split in phase after being cured by adding polyurethane, the shrinkage control of resin curing can reach the highest degree, the colorability of the material body can be improved by blending the polyurethane and the polypropylene, so that the paint adhesion is further improved, the mechanical strength and the heat resistance of the material can be improved by blending the glass fiber and the polypropylene, and the light aging resistance of the material can be improved by adding an ultraviolet absorbent.

Experimental example: the SMC material prepared in example 1 was used as test group 1, the SMC material prepared in example 2 was used as test group 2, the SMC material prepared in example 3 was used as test group 3, the SMC materials prepared in examples 1-3 were wiped with alcohol and then purged with high pressure air, the primer, the color paint and the clear paint were sprayed, and the sprayed parts were subjected to peel strength as shown in the following Table, wherein the peel strength was tested according to GB/T2790-.

A low-density SMC material with high paint spraying and adhesive force is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of SMC special yarn, 50-60 parts of polypropylene, 2-4 parts of oxidant, 10-16 parts of glass fiber, 5-8 parts of polyurethane, 10-28 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.5-0.8 part of antioxidant, 3-6 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 2-4 parts of other auxiliary agents.
2. A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: the polypropylene is high-crystalline co-polypropylene.
3. A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: the other auxiliary agents comprise a coupling agent, a dispersing agent and a toughening agent.
4. A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: the coupling agent is a reaction type coupling agent containing styryl, the dispersing agent is glyceryl tristearate, and the toughening agent is an ethylene-propylene copolymer.
5. A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: 30 parts of SMC special yarn, 50 parts of polypropylene, 2 parts of oxidant, 10 parts of glass fiber, 5 parts of polyurethane, 10 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 3 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 2 parts of other auxiliary agents.

A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: 35 parts of SMC special yarn, 55 parts of polypropylene, 3 parts of oxidant, 13 parts of glass fiber, 7 parts of polyurethane, 19 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.7 part of antioxidant, 5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 3 parts of other auxiliary agents.

A paintable, high adhesion, low density SMC material as in claim 1 wherein: 40 parts of SMC special yarn, 60 parts of polypropylene, 4 parts of oxidant, 16 parts of glass fiber, 8 parts of polyurethane, 28 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.8 part of antioxidant, 6 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 4 parts of other auxiliary agents.
8. A sprayable high adhesion, low density SMC material of claim 4, wherein: the mass ratio of the coupling agent to the dispersing agent to the toughening agent is 1:1: 1.5.
