Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of composite wax for an EVA shoe material. The composite wax is prepared from the following raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise polyethylene wax, paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing polyethylene wax liquid, taking white flaky or granular finished polyethylene wax, and heating, melting and cracking to obtain the polyethylene wax liquid; (2) preparing composite wax, putting paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax into a reaction kettle, conveying the polyethylene wax liquid prepared in the step (1) into the reaction kettle through a material pump, heating, and stirring simultaneously; (3) forming composite wax particles, namely cooling the composite wax prepared in the step (2), and then sending the cooled composite wax into a centrifugal granulator to prepare the composite wax particles; (4) and (7) packaging a finished product. The invention reduces the process flow, has simple preparation and low production cost, improves the product demoulding effect and the product percent of pass, thereby achieving the effect of improving the product demoulding effect.

(1) preparing polyethylene wax liquid, taking white flaky or granular finished polyethylene wax, and heating, melting and cracking to obtain the polyethylene wax liquid;
(2) preparing composite wax, putting paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax into a reaction kettle, conveying the polyethylene wax liquid prepared in the step (1) into the reaction kettle through a material pump, heating, and stirring simultaneously;
(3) forming composite wax particles, namely cooling the composite wax prepared in the step (2), and then sending the cooled composite wax into a centrifugal granulator to prepare the composite wax particles;
(4) and (7) packaging a finished product.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise, by mass, 80-90 parts of polyethylene wax, 5-10 parts of paraffin wax, 1-5 parts of monoglyceride and 4-5 parts of EVA wax.
Preferably, the mass parts of the polyethylene wax, the paraffin wax, the monoglyceride and the EVA wax are 88 parts of polyethylene wax, 7 parts of paraffin wax, 4 parts of monoglyceride and 4.5 parts of EVA wax.
Preferably, the heating temperature of the reaction kettle is controlled to be 150-160 ℃, and the reaction time is 3 hours under constant-temperature stirring.
Preferably, the size of the composite wax particles is 2-3 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the composite wax prepared by the processing method can meet the requirements of most lubricants and reduce the production cost of manufacturers, monoglyceride is added in the processing technology, and the monoglyceride has poor compatibility with EVA resin because of belonging to vegetable fatty acid, and can be separated out of the surface of a product when being added into the composite wax for preparation and forming, thereby achieving the effect of improving the demoulding effect of the product.

Example 1
A preparation method of composite wax for EVA shoe materials comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing polyethylene wax liquid, taking white flaky or granular finished polyethylene wax, and heating, melting and cracking to obtain the polyethylene wax liquid;
(2) preparing composite wax, putting paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax into a reaction kettle, conveying the polyethylene wax liquid prepared in the step (1) into the reaction kettle through a material pump, heating, and stirring simultaneously;
(3) forming composite wax particles, namely cooling the composite wax prepared in the step (2), and then sending the cooled composite wax into a centrifugal granulator to prepare the composite wax particles;
(4) and (7) packaging a finished product.
The raw materials of the polyethylene wax, the paraffin wax, the monoglyceride and the EVA wax are 80 parts by mass, 5 parts by mass of the paraffin wax, 1 part by mass of the monoglyceride and 4 parts by mass of the EVA wax.
The heating temperature of the reaction kettle is controlled at 150 ℃, and the reaction time is 3 hours under constant-temperature stirring.
The size of the composite wax particles is 2 mm.
Example 2
A preparation method of composite wax for EVA shoe materials comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing polyethylene wax liquid, taking white flaky or granular finished polyethylene wax, and heating, melting and cracking to obtain the polyethylene wax liquid;
(2) preparing composite wax, putting paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax into a reaction kettle, conveying the polyethylene wax liquid prepared in the step (1) into the reaction kettle through a material pump, heating, and stirring simultaneously;
(3) forming composite wax particles, namely cooling the composite wax prepared in the step (2), and then sending the cooled composite wax into a centrifugal granulator to prepare the composite wax particles;
(4) and (7) packaging a finished product.
The raw materials of the polyethylene wax, the paraffin wax, the monoglyceride and the EVA wax are 88 parts by mass, 7 parts by mass, 4 parts by mass and 4.5 parts by mass of the EVA wax.
The heating temperature of the reaction kettle is controlled at 158 ℃, and the reaction time is 3 hours under constant-temperature stirring.
The size of the composite wax particles is 2.5 mm.
Example 3
A preparation method of composite wax for EVA shoe materials comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing polyethylene wax liquid, taking white flaky or granular finished polyethylene wax, and heating, melting and cracking to obtain the polyethylene wax liquid;
(2) preparing composite wax, putting paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax into a reaction kettle, conveying the polyethylene wax liquid prepared in the step (1) into the reaction kettle through a material pump, heating, and stirring simultaneously;
(3) forming composite wax particles, namely cooling the composite wax prepared in the step (2), and then sending the cooled composite wax into a centrifugal granulator to prepare the composite wax particles;
(4) and (7) packaging a finished product.
The raw materials of the polyethylene wax, the paraffin wax, the monoglyceride and the EVA wax are 90 parts by mass, 10 parts by mass of the paraffin wax, 5 parts by mass of the monoglyceride and 5 parts by mass of the EVA wax.
The heating temperature of the reaction kettle is controlled at 160 ℃, and the reaction time is 3 hours under constant-temperature stirring.
The size of the composite wax particles is 3 mm.

A preparation method of composite wax for EVA shoe materials is characterized by comprising the following steps: the composite wax is prepared from the following raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise polyethylene wax, paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing polyethylene wax liquid, taking white flaky or granular finished polyethylene wax, and heating, melting and cracking to obtain the polyethylene wax liquid;
(2) preparing composite wax, putting paraffin, monoglyceride and EVA wax into a reaction kettle, conveying the polyethylene wax liquid prepared in the step (1) into the reaction kettle through a material pump, heating, and stirring simultaneously;
(3) forming composite wax particles, namely cooling the composite wax prepared in the step (2), and then sending the cooled composite wax into a centrifugal granulator to prepare the composite wax particles;
(4) and (7) packaging a finished product.
