It will be appreciated that in the open position the tap water inlet 112 provides tap water to the filter element assembly 170, which after filtration through the filter element assembly 170 removes impurities and dissolved particles from the water to form drinking water and waste water, which respectively flow out along the different connecting tubes 128.
When the filter element assembly 170 is detached, the elastic water stop valve 160 is in a closed position, so that the running water inlet 112 can be prevented from continuously supplying water, drinking water or waste water can be prevented from flowing back along the connecting pipe 128, leakage and sprinkling of liquid are avoided, the pollution to a cupboard or clothes of a user is avoided, and the water supply device is cleaner and more sanitary.
In some embodiments, the elastomeric water stop valve 160 includes a central rod 162, a first seal 164, and an elastomeric member 168.
The central rod 162 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end is formed with a first blocking portion 166, the position in the connecting pipe 128 close to the waterway 126 is provided with a second blocking portion 130 in a ring shape, the central rod 162 is inserted into the connecting pipe 128, and the second end passes through the second blocking portion 130 and is located on one side of the second blocking portion 130 close to the waterway 126.
A first sealing member 164 is sleeved outside the second end of the central rod 162, the first sealing member 164 may be an elastic sealing member made of a rubber material or a silicone material, and an outer diameter of the first sealing member 164 is larger than an inner diameter of the second blocking portion 130. When the center rod 162 moves in the connection pipe 128, both ends of the center rod 162 are located at both sides of the second stopper 130, and the center rod 162 is restricted by the second stopper 130 and does not separate from the connection pipe 128.
The elastic member 168 is sleeved outside the central rod 162 and connected to the first blocking portion 166 and the second blocking portion 130, under the action of elastic restoring force, the central rod 162 moves towards the direction away from the waterway 126, the first sealing member 164 abuts against the second blocking portion 130, the water blocking effect can be achieved, and at this time, the elastic water stop valve 160 is in a closed position. When a force is applied to the center rod 162 in a direction toward the water passage board 120, the elastic member 168 is compressed, the first sealing member 164 is separated from the second blocking portion 130, a flow passage is formed between the two, and a water guiding effect can be achieved, and the elastic water stop valve 160 is in an open position. When the force condition of the elastic member 168 changes, the elastic water stop valve 160 can be switched between the open position and the closed position.
It will be appreciated that when the filter cartridge assembly 170 is removed from the connecting pipe 128, the supporting force acting on the central rod 162 is removed, the central rod 162 moves away from the waterway plate 120 under the action of the elastic member 168, and the first sealing member 164 abuts against the second blocking portion 130, so as to achieve the water blocking effect. When the filter element assembly 170 is removed, the elastic water stop valve 160 can close the waterway 126, so that leakage of tap water, domestic water, waste water and the like in the waterway plate assembly 110 can be avoided, and cleanness and sanitation in the cabinet can be ensured.
It is understood that the resilient member 168 may be a spring, a steel plate, or the like.
In some embodiments, the outer side of central rod 162 is provided with a reinforcement that may increase the structural strength of central rod 162.
It will be appreciated that the number of central rods 162 may be multiple, with the reinforcement being evenly distributed on the outside of the central rods 162. In some cases, the reinforcing part is four ribbed plates, the four ribbed plates are distributed in a cross shape, and a flow passage is formed between the ribbed plates. The reinforcement not only increases the structural strength of the central rod 162, but also does not affect the flow of the liquid inside the elastic water stop valve 160.
In some embodiments, the second barrier 130 is formed with a diverging sloped surface 132 toward the direction of the water path 126.
It is understood that, in the water guiding state, the first sealing member 164 is separated from the second blocking portion 130, and a flow path is formed therebetween, and the liquid flows in the connection pipe 128. The inclined surface 132 can shorten the flow path of the liquid, reduce the resistance to the flow of the liquid, facilitate the passage of the liquid in the connection pipe 128, and facilitate the improvement of the flux of the filter element assembly 170.
When the elastic member 168 pushes the first sealing member 164 to approach the second blocking portion 130, the area of the first sealing member 164 contacting the inclined surface 132 is large, and the sealing effect is good. Under the action of elastic restoring force, the first sealing element 164 contacts the gradually contracting inclined surface 132, so that a self-locking effect is formed, and the sealing performance of the elastic water stop valve 160 is improved.
In some embodiments, the waterway plate 120 is further provided with a stopper 134, and the stopper 134 is disposed near a side where the filter element assembly 170 is located.
It can be understood that the inner profile of the limiting member 134 is adapted to the end profile of the filter element assembly 170, when the filter element assembly 170 is installed, the limiting member 134 can guide the position of the filter element assembly 170 abutting against the connecting pipe 128, so as to avoid the phenomenon of repeatedly correcting the position, and the installation efficiency is high and the use is convenient. After the filter element assembly 170 is butted with the connecting pipe 128, the shaking of the filter element assembly 170 in the machine cabin 102 can be limited, and the stability of the water purifying device is improved.
According to the water purifying apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the filter element assembly 170 is in fluid communication with the waterway plate 120 through the connection pipe 128, thereby achieving the filtering of tap water and the discharge of drinking water and waste water.
In some embodiments, a through hole 172 is formed at a side of the filter element assembly 170 close to the waterway plate 120, and the connection pipe 128 is inserted into the through hole 172, so that the filter element assembly 170 and the waterway plate 120 are detachably connected.
The number of the connection pipes 128 on the water circuit board 120 is plural, for example, one is for supplying tap water to the filter element assembly 170, one is for receiving filtered domestic water or pure water, and one is for discharging waste water, the connection pipe 128 is inserted into the through hole 172, and the connection position of the connection pipe 128 and the through hole 172 needs to be sealed to prevent liquid from leaking along the contact position of the two.
According to the water purifying device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the annular second sealing element 174 is arranged in the through hole 172, and when the connecting pipe 128 is arranged in the through hole 172 in a penetrating manner, the second sealing element 174 is sleeved on the outer side wall of the connecting pipe 128 and can be tightly attached to the outer side wall of the connecting pipe 128.
It can be understood that the second sealing element 174 can be an elastic sealing element made of rubber, silicone, or the like, and can be attached to the outer sidewall of the connecting tube 128 under the elastic action, so as to improve the sealing performance at the through hole 172.
In some embodiments, a filter cavity 106 is formed in the housing 100, a mounting port 108 communicating with the filter cavity 106 is formed at a side portion of the housing 100, and the filter element assembly 170 is mounted in the filter cavity 106 along an extending direction of the mounting port 108.
It can be understood that the installing port 108 is arranged at the side part of the shell 100, when the filter element assembly 170 is installed and disassembled, the whole water purifying device is not required to be disassembled or disassembled, only the installing port 108 at the side part of the shell 100 is required to be opened, the filter element assembly 170 is installed in the shell 100 through a lateral drawing mode, the operation difficulty of a user is reduced, the use is more convenient, and the popularization and the use of the water purifying device are facilitated.
In some embodiments, the number of filter cartridge assemblies 170 is multiple, and the number of mounting ports 108 corresponds to the number of filter cartridge assemblies 170. The plurality of mounting ports are spaced along the height of the housing 100, and the plurality of filter element assemblies 170 are correspondingly mounted in the filter cavity 106 side by side through the plurality of mounting ports 108.
It can be understood that a plurality of filter element assemblies 170 are installed in the housing 100, the flux of the water purifying apparatus can be increased when the types of the filter element assemblies 170 are the same, and the water purifying apparatus can combine the advantages of the plurality of filter element assemblies 170 when the types of the filter element assemblies 170 are different, thereby providing more water use options for users.
It should be noted that the present embodiment can achieve the ultra-thin goal by reducing the volume of a single filter element assembly 170 through the parallel connection of a plurality of filter element assemblies 170. For example, one filter element assembly 170 with a maximum diameter of 150mm is designed as two filter element assemblies 170 with a maximum diameter of only 90mm, please refer to fig. 11, and then a plurality of filter element assemblies 170 are arranged in parallel, which not only can significantly reduce the thickness of the whole machine, but also can further increase the flux of the water purifier, and the maximum capacity of 1200G can be increased.
In the case where the filter element assembly 170 is provided with a handle portion, the handle portion is rotatably coupled to the filter element assembly 170. When changing filter element group spare 170, the user only need apply the effort to the handle and can take out old filter core, then apply the effort to the handle of new filter element group spare 170, can accomplish the change of filter element group spare 170 in directly pushing filter cavity 106 with filter element group spare 170.
In some embodiments, the water purifying apparatus further includes a control assembly 180 and a display assembly 182, the control assembly 180 is mounted on the housing 100, and a user can adjust various functions of the water purifying apparatus through the control assembly 180. The display unit 182 can display water temperature information, water quality information, filtering information, etc. for the user to use.
The water purifying device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a shell 100 and a waterway board assembly 110, wherein an organic bin 102 is formed in the shell 100, and the waterway board assembly 110 is arranged in the organic bin 102. The waterway plate assembly 110 includes a waterway plate 120 in which a waterway 126 is formed, and a plurality of functional components 140 mounted on the waterway plate 120 and fluidly communicated with the waterway 126. The plurality of functional components 140 are collectively disposed on one side of the waterway plate 120 close to the housing 100, and when the water purifying apparatus is inspected and repaired, only the housing 100 needs to be opened. The maintainer need not unpack water purification device's all parts apart, just can accomplish whole maintenance work, and is more convenient during the use.

Claims (9)

1. A water purification device, characterized in that includes:
a housing forming an organic bin;
the water route board subassembly sets up in the machine storehouse, the water route board subassembly includes:
the water channel plate is internally provided with a water channel;
a plurality of functional components connected to the waterway plate and in fluid communication with the waterway, the functional components being located on a side of the waterway plate adjacent to the housing;
a hollow connecting pipe is arranged on one side of the waterway plate close to the filter element assembly, the connecting pipe is provided with two opposite ends, one end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the waterway in a fluid manner, and the other end of the connecting pipe extends to one side far away from the waterway plate; an elastic water stop valve is arranged in the connecting pipe, and the elastic water stop valve is provided with an opening position and a closing position; in the open position, the connecting pipe is in a water guiding state; in the closed position, the connecting tube is in a water-blocking state;
the elasticity stagnant water valve includes:
the central rod is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end is provided with a first blocking part, an annular second blocking part is arranged in the connecting pipe at a position close to the water path, the central rod penetrates through the connecting pipe, and the second end is positioned at one side of the second blocking part close to the water path;
the first sealing element is sleeved on the outer side of the second end, and the inner diameter of the second blocking part is smaller than the outer diameter of the first sealing element;
the elastic piece is sleeved on the outer side of the central rod and connected to the first blocking part and the second blocking part, and the elastic piece is suitable for switching the elastic water stop valve between the opening position and the closing position;
and the second blocking part is provided with a gradually expanding inclined surface towards the direction close to the water channel.
2. The water purifying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the housing is formed by splicing a plurality of sub-housings, and the sub-housings corresponding to the plurality of functional components are detachably connected to other sub-housings.
3. The water purification unit of claim 1, further comprising:
the water pump assembly is arranged in the machine bin and is communicated with the water way in a fluid mode;
the filter element assembly is arranged in the machine bin and is in fluid communication with the water channel, and the filter element assembly and the water pump assembly are located on the same side of the water channel plate.
4. The water purifying device of claim 1, wherein a limiting member is further disposed on the water path plate, and the inner profile of the limiting member is adapted to the end profile of the filter element assembly.
5. The water purifying device of claim 1, wherein a through hole is formed at one end of the filter element assembly close to the water circuit board, the connecting pipe is arranged in the through hole in a penetrating manner, and an annular second sealing element is arranged in the through hole.
6. The water purifying device of any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the number of the filter element assemblies is plural, the plural filter element assemblies are communicated through the plural water paths, and the functional component comprises a proportional valve communicated with different water paths.
7. The water purification apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the water circuit board is formed with a tap water inlet, and the functional component further comprises a first total dissolved solids probe in fluid communication with the tap water inlet;
and/or the water circuit board is formed with a potable water outlet, the functional component further comprising a second total dissolved solids probe in fluid communication with the potable water outlet.
8. The water purifying device of any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein a filter chamber is formed in the housing, a mounting opening communicating with the filter chamber is formed at a side portion of the housing, and the filter element assembly is adapted to be mounted to the filter chamber along an extending direction of the mounting opening.
9. The water purifying device of claim 8, wherein the number of the filter element assemblies is plural, the number of the mounting openings is plural corresponding to the filter element assemblies one to one, the mounting openings are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the side of the housing, and the filter element assemblies are mounted in the filter cavity side by side corresponding to the mounting openings.
