The top of the connecting base 1 is provided with a connecting head 10 for connecting with a manipulator. During operation, the output pressure of the proportional control valve 31 is set, the manipulator drives the grinding machine to grind along a set track, the air cylinder 7 presses the grinding machine on the surface of a workpiece, the proportional control valve 31 controls the pressure to enable the grinding machine to press on the surface of the workpiece at a constant pressure to grind, when a grinding wheel of the grinding machine is not in contact with the surface of the workpiece, the air cylinder 7 automatically extends out until the grinding wheel is pressed on the workpiece at the set pressure, if the force of the grinding machine on pressing the workpiece is increased, the proportional control valve 31 automatically reduces the pressure, the electromagnetic valve 33 is switched to enable the air cylinder 7 to retract, and adaptive adjustment of the pressure of the grinding machine is achieved.
