Surgical staplers use the staple tape provided as described above for stapling tissue, with the following benefits compared to surgical staplers which use staples for stapling tissue: 1. because there are far more legs 4 than there are legs 4 on one staple strip, the number of staple strips required is far less than the number of staples required to achieve the same stapling effect, thereby making the stapling process of the surgical stapler simple, difficult to miss, and also difficult to miss when different types of staples are to be accommodated within the staple cartridge 5 of the surgical stapler being used. 2. Because there are far more legs 4 than there are legs 4 on one staple, it is difficult for the surgical stapler to have a completely empty closing of the staple (i.e., the legs 4 on the staple are all closed but none of them is stapled) during the use of the staple with the surgical stapler, thereby avoiding the risk of the staples being scattered in the body during surgery and improving the efficiency of the surgery.
Preferably, in the staple belt, the plane of the plurality of legs 4 is perpendicular to the plane of the support column 1. In this way, the installation of the staple strips in the surgical stapler is facilitated, facilitating the insertion of the staple legs 4 into the tissue to be stapled.
Preferably, in the staple tape, adjacent staple legs 4 are parallel to each other, and the spacing between adjacent staple legs 4 is equal. This enhances the suturing effect of the strip of staples on the tissue.
Preferably, the second end of each staple leg 4 has a piercing ramp 42 extending from the second end of the staple leg 4 to the end of the support column 1, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. By the arrangement, the area of the second end part of the nail leg 4 penetrating through the tissue to be sutured is reduced, and the second end of the nail leg 4 is beneficial to being inserted into the tissue to be sutured.
Further preferably, in the staple band, the piercing ramps 42 of each staple leg 4 are all oriented in the same direction. Of course, it is merely preferred that the piercing ramps 42 of each staple leg 4 in a staple strip face in the same direction; it is contemplated that similar effects can be achieved with the piercing ramps 42 of adjacent staple legs 4 in the staple strip facing in opposite directions.
Further preferably, in the staple band, the angle between each staple leg 4 and the support column 1 is 60-80 °. Thus, by providing a pre-deflection angle for each of the staple legs 4, after the push inclined surface 62 on the staple pushing plate 61 scoops up the staple strip during the stapling process, the staple legs 4 on the scooped staple strip can be swung to an angle approximately perpendicular to the tissue to be stapled, as shown in fig. 9, so that the staple legs 4 can be vertically inserted into the tissue to be stapled by moving upward along the push inclined surface 62, the efficiency of inserting the tissue is high, and the stapling effect is good.
Preferably, a plurality of the inverted teeth 21 are provided on a first side of each of the legs 4, which are sequentially arranged in the extending direction of the legs 4, and a plurality of the inverted teeth 21 are provided on a second side of each of the legs 4, which is opposite to the first side, which are sequentially arranged in the extending direction of the legs 4. In this way, the suture stability of the suture nail is improved. Further, in the present embodiment, the first side of each of the legs 4 is provided with 3 inverted teeth 21, and the second side of each of the legs 4 is provided with 3 inverted teeth 21.
Further preferably, the first side of each leg 4 is the side near the first end of the support column 1 and the second side of each leg 4 is the side near the second end of the support column 1. Thus, the suture nail is convenient to install into the surgical suture instrument.
Further preferably, all the barbs 21 on each leg 4 are arranged in sequence along the extension direction of the leg 4. Thus, the stitching stability of the stitching nail is further improved. It is further preferred that all the teeth 21 provided on one leg 4 are evenly distributed along the extension direction of that leg 4.
Preferably, the inverted tooth 21 is columnar, a first end of the inverted tooth 21 is connected with the shank 4, and a second end of the inverted tooth 21 faces the support column 1 as a tooth tip. The inverted tooth 21 thus provided facilitates the preparation and shaping of the staples. It is further preferred that the angle between the chamfer 21 and the leg 4 is 15-40 °. It is further preferred that the second end of the inverted tooth 21 forms a first active surface parallel to the support column 1. Therefore, by arranging the first acting surface, the anchoring effect of the suturing nail in the tissue is further improved, and the suturing stability is enhanced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, in the stitching tape, the support column 1 has a top portion connected to the staple leg 4, the bottom portion of the support column 1 is a plane, two side portions of the support column 1 along the extending direction thereof are arc-shaped convex surfaces 11, and the top portion of the support column 1 is connected to the bottom portion of the support column 1 through the arc-shaped convex surfaces 11. Thus, the two side parts of the support column 1 along the extending direction are arc convex surfaces, so that the installation of the stitching nail belt in the surgical stitching instrument is facilitated, and the bottom of the support column 1 is arranged to be a plane, thereby facilitating the action between the stitching nail pushing sheet 61 and the stitching nail belt.
It should be noted that, when the staple belt provided in this embodiment is used, the staple belt may be cut according to the length of the tissue to be sutured, installed in the surgical stapler, and inserted into the tissue by controlling the suturing stroke of the surgical stapler. Namely, the length of the stitching nail belt and the surgical stitching instrument provided by the embodiment can be adjusted according to the actual use requirement, and the stitching nail belt is flexible to use.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, in the surgical stapler, an even number of staple grooves 51 are formed at the top end of the staple cartridge 5, the even number of staple grooves 51 are sequentially arranged in the left-right direction, a first feed groove 52 extending in the far-near direction is further formed at the top end of the staple cartridge 5, and the even number of staple grooves 51 are symmetrically distributed about the first feed groove 52; correspondingly, a second feed groove 73 extending in the far and near direction is provided on the active surface of the anvil 7 at a position corresponding to the first feed groove 52, and the staple pits 72 are symmetrically distributed about the second feed groove 73. In this way, the simultaneous suturing of the cuts is facilitated and more efficient. Further, in the present embodiment, a plurality of staple grooves 51 are formed in the top end of the staple cartridge 5, and the first feed groove 52 is formed in the middle of the top end of the staple cartridge 5 in the left-right direction.
Example 4
The main difference between this embodiment and embodiment 3 is that:
as shown in fig. 10, in the fastener tape provided in this embodiment, each of the staple legs 4 includes a stitching portion 43 and a bending portion 44 which are connected to each other, the bending portion 44 is disposed away from the support column 1 with respect to the stitching portion 43, the inverted tooth 21 is disposed on the stitching portion 43, and a first end of the bending portion 44 has a piercing slope 42.
The suturing method of the suturing nail provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps: sequentially inserting the staple legs 4 into the tissue to be stapled from the first end of the staple belt to the second end of the staple belt, and penetrating the bent portions 44 of the staple legs 4 through the tissue to be stapled; the bent portion 44 of the staple leg 4 is bent in a direction parallel to the tissue to be stapled, as shown in fig. 11.
The thus arranged fastener tape can further enhance the stitching stability of the fastener tape in combination with the above stitching method. And only need to buckle once just can stabilize the suture tissue to nail leg 4, need not to buckle back the tissue after nail leg 4 twice, can effectively suture the tissue fast the time, reduced the intensity requirement to the staple itself, also reduced the intensity requirement to the drive shaft in the surgical stapler, the structural design requirement to nail hole 72 in the surgical stapler to greatly reduced the cost.
Preferably, the second end of the bending portion 44 is provided with a recess 45, and the direction of the recess 45 is opposite to the direction of the puncture inclined surface 42. In this way, the bending of the bending portion 44 of the leg 4 is facilitated without affecting the strength of the leg 4. Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the depression depth of the depression 45 is 10% to 20% of the diameter of the staple leg 4. In this way, the depressions 45 do not destroy the strength of the legs 4, preventing the legs 4 from breaking off when formed in the anvil 7.
In the staple tape, when the bias of each leg 4 (i.e., the bias of each leg 4 toward the support column 1) is the same and the piercing slopes 42 of each leg 4 are oriented in the same direction, the piercing slope 42 of one leg 4 may be oriented in the same direction as the bias of the leg 4 or in the opposite direction to the bias of the leg 4. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the piercing slope 42 of the staple leg 4 is oriented in the same direction as the bias of the staple leg 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, each of the staple pockets 72 on the anvil 7 has therein an arc-shaped surface for guiding the staple legs 4 to bend in the distal-proximal direction; in the suturing process, the staple legs 4 are inserted into the staple pits 72 and bent along the far and near directions along the arc surfaces, so that the staple legs 4 can suture tissues. Preferably, all the pockets 72 on the active surface of the anvil 7 corresponding to the position of one of the pockets 51 form a row of pockets 72, the second arcuate surfaces of all the pockets 72 in each row of pockets 72 facing in the same direction. Therefore, all the staple legs 4 on each staple belt are folded and closed in the same direction, the driving stitching mode of the matched staple belts is facilitated, the load of the staple pushing slide block 6 is reduced, and the stitching effect is improved.
The rest is the same as in embodiment 1 and will not be described here again.
Example 5
The main difference between this embodiment and embodiments 3 and 4 is that:
as shown in fig. 12, the present embodiment provides a staple tape further comprising a layer 8 of bioabsorbable elastomeric material, the layer 8 of bioabsorbable elastomeric material being adhered to the top of the support column 1, each leg 4 passing through the layer 8 of bioabsorbable elastomeric material. In this way, by bonding the bioabsorbable elastomer layer 8 on top of the support column 1, compensation is achieved during the suturing process, reducing tissue damage; for example, when a nail belt is used for suturing tissues with uneven thickness, in order to be able to stably suture the tissue thin part, the surgical stapler can excessively squeeze the tissue thick part to cause tissue necrosis of the tissue thick part, and the gap between the tissue and the surgical stapler is compensated by arranging the bioabsorbable elastic material layer 8, so that the tissue thin part can be stably sutured, and the tissue thick part can not be excessively squeezed.
The rest is the same as in embodiment 1 and will not be described here again.
It should be understood that the above description of the specific embodiments of the present application is only for illustrating the technical route and features of the present application, and is for enabling those skilled in the art to understand the present application and implement it accordingly, but the present application is not limited to the above-described specific embodiments. All changes or modifications that come within the scope of the appended claims are intended to be embraced therein.

Claims (8)

1. A stitching nail is characterized in that,
the novel nail comprises a support column (1) and at least two nail legs (4) positioned on one side of the support column (1), wherein the first ends of the nail legs (4) are connected with the support column (1), the second ends of the nail legs (4) are free ends, and inverted teeth (21) with tooth points facing the support column (1) are arranged on the nail legs (4);
during suturing, the second ends of the staple legs (4) face the tissue to be sutured to be movably inserted into the tissue to be sutured;
the stitching nails are stitching nail belts, the stitching nail belts are provided with a plurality of stitching nail legs (4), the first end of each stitching nail leg (4) is connected with a supporting column (1), the second end of each stitching nail leg (4) is a free end, the stitching nail legs (4) are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the supporting column (1), the stitching nail legs (4) are arranged in the same plane, and each stitching nail leg (4) is provided with a pawl (21) with tooth tips facing the supporting column (1);
in the stitching nail belt, adjacent nail legs (4) are arranged in parallel, and an included angle between each nail leg (4) and the supporting column (1) is 60-80 degrees.
2. The staple of claim 1 wherein the staple is selected from the group consisting of,
a plurality of inverted teeth (21) which are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the nail legs (4) are arranged on the first side of the nail legs (4), and a plurality of inverted teeth (21) which are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the nail legs (4) are arranged on the second side, opposite to the first side, of the nail legs (4);
the first side of the nail leg (4) is the side close to the first end of the support column (1), and the second side of the nail leg (4) is the side close to the second end of the support column (1).
3. The staple of claim 2 wherein the staple is selected from the group consisting of,
all the inverted teeth (21) on the nail legs (4) are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the nail legs (4); all the inverted teeth (21) on the nail leg (4) are uniformly distributed along the extending direction of the nail leg (4).
4. The staple of claim 1 wherein the staple is selected from the group consisting of,
the inverted tooth (21) is columnar, and the included angle between the inverted tooth (21) and the nail leg (4) is 15-40 degrees; the tooth tip forms a first active surface parallel to the support column (1).
5. The staple of claim 1 wherein the staple is selected from the group consisting of,
the staple leg (4) comprises a stitching part (43) and a bending part (44) which are connected with each other, the bending part (44) is arranged far away from the support column (1) relative to the stitching part (43), the inverted tooth (21) is arranged on the stitching part (43), and the first end of the bending part (44) forms the free end.
6. The staple of claim 5 wherein the staple is selected from the group consisting of,
the free end is provided with a puncture inclined plane (42), and the second end of the bending part (44) is provided with a concave part (45).
7. The staple of claim 1 wherein the staple is selected from the group consisting of,
in the stitching nail belt, adjacent nail legs (4) are arranged in parallel, the second end of each nail leg (4) is provided with a puncture inclined plane (42) extending from the second end of the nail leg (4) to the end of the supporting column (1), and the puncture inclined planes (42) of each nail leg (4) face the same direction.
8. Surgical stapler, characterized in that it comprises a staple according to any one of claims 1 to 7, a cartridge assembly and a staple anvil (7);
the nail bin assembly comprises a nail bin (5) and a nail pushing sliding block (6) accommodated in the nail bin (5), a nail groove (51) extending into the inside of the nail bin (5) and extending in the far and near directions is formed in the top end of the nail bin (5), a nail pushing sheet (61) is arranged on the nail pushing sliding block (6), and the nail pushing sheet (61) is inserted into the nail groove (51) upwards; the nail anvil block (7) is positioned above the nail bin (5), and a nail pit (72) for accommodating the second end of each nail leg (4) is formed in the surface of the nail anvil block (7) facing the nail bin (5) at a position corresponding to the nail groove (51);
the stitching nails are clamped in the nail grooves (51), and the second end of each nail leg (4) faces to the nail pit (72);
the nail pushing slide block (6) drives the nail pushing sheet (61) to move along the nail groove (51) in the far and near directions, and a pushing inclined surface (62) contacted with the bottom of the support column (1) is arranged on the nail pushing sheet (61) so as to guide the nail legs (4) to be inserted into the nail pits (72) along the pushing inclined surface (62) one by one.
