Too short an insertion portion 112 may not bring the image capturing device 300 into the cervical os and thus cannot observe image information or video information of the cervical os, while too long an insertion portion 112 may cause injury to the reproductive organs when the user operates carelessly. In some embodiments, the insertion portion 112 may also be configured to be retractable, enabling it to accommodate the vagina of different women.
Alternatively, the handle portion 111 and the insertion portion 112 may be made of a plastic material, which is plastic and does not become too hard to cause discomfort to the user. Specifically, the window 102 includes a first section of hole 1021 and a second section of hole 1022, the first section of hole 1021 and the second section of hole 1022 are communicated, the first section of hole 1021 is closer to the vaginal insertion direction than the second section of hole 1022, that is, the second section of hole 1022 is closer to the receiving groove 101 and the image capturing device 300 than the first section of hole 1021.
The aperture size of the first section of hole 1021 is larger than the aperture size of the second section of hole 1022, so that the insertion portion 112 forms a structure recessed from the first section of hole 1021 to the second section of hole 1022 at the window 102, that is, the liquid storage space 103 is formed, and the liquid storage space 103 is located in the first section of hole 1021.

In this embodiment, the insertion portion 112 includes an inner housing 1121 and an outer housing 1122, wherein the second section of the hole 1022 is disposed on the inner housing 1121, and the first section of the hole 1021 is disposed on the outer housing 1122. The outer shell 1122 is disposed around the inner shell 1121 and completely covers the outer wall of the inner shell 1121. That is, the entire outer wall of the inner housing 1121 is attached to the inner wall of the outer housing 1122.
In this embodiment, the length of the outer housing 1122 is greater than the length of the inner housing 1121 such that portions of the inner wall of the outer housing 1122 do not conform to the inner wall of the inner housing 1121. The transparent member 113 is located inside the outer housing 1122 and outside the inner housing 1121, and the liquid storage space 103 is formed by the transparent member 113 enclosed by the portion of the inner wall of the outer housing 1122 not attached to the inner wall of the inner housing 1121. Optionally, the length of the outer housing 1122 longer than the inner housing 1121 is the depth of the liquid storage space 103.
Alternatively, the area of the transparent member 113 may be the same as the area of the second section of hole 1022, the transparent member 113 may be covered on the second section of hole 1022, or may be the same as the area of the first section of hole 1021, and may be accommodated in the first section of hole 1021 to seal the first section of hole 1021, as long as the transparent member 113 can seal the second section of hole 1022 to prevent the vaginal secretion from entering the accommodating groove 101 through the second section of hole 1022.
In the following, taking the area of the transparent member 113 as the same as the area of the first section of hole 1021 as an example, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 8, fig. 8 is a schematic front structure diagram of the transparent member according to an embodiment of the gynecological examination device of the present application.
In this embodiment, the area of the transparent member 113 is the same as the area of the first section of holes 1021, and the transparent member 113 is located in the first section of holes 1021. The transparent member 113 includes a connection portion 1131 and a light-transmitting portion 1132, the connection portion 1131 is disposed around the light-transmitting portion 1132, wherein the connection portion 1131 is connected to the insertion portion 112 in the first section of hole 1021, and may be connected by an adhesive manner. And the light-transmitting portion 1132 is opposite to the second-stage hole 1022. The connecting portion 1131 and the insertion portion 112 enclose a liquid storage space 103.
Fig. 3, 4 and 9 show a schematic view of the vagina inserting device in the vagina in an embodiment of the gynecological examination device of the present application in fig. 9. In the present embodiment, the window 102 is provided at one end of the insertion part 112 inserted into the vagina, i.e., the window 102 is located at the deepest part of the vagina into which the vaginal insertion device 100 is inserted, so that when the vaginal insertion device 100 reaches the deepest part of the vagina, the window 102 may be directed toward the cervical os, so that the image acquisition device 300 observes image information or video information at the cervical os. Meanwhile, in the process that the vaginal insertion device 100 is inserted into the vagina, the liquid storage space 103 at the window 102 is located at the deepest position of the vaginal insertion device 100 inserted into the vagina, and since the vagina comprises a plurality of vaginal folds, vaginal secretion may be stored in the vaginal folds, and if vaginal tissues to be observed are shielded by the vaginal secretion in the vaginal folds, the vaginal secretion in the vaginal folds can be scraped off by using the vaginal insertion device 100 in the embodiment, and the vaginal secretion is stored in the liquid storage space 103.
After the vaginal insertion device 100 is removed, the vaginal secretions in the reservoir space 103 can also be removed along with the vaginal insertion device 100 to facilitate observation and testing of the vaginal secretions. Therefore, the gynecological examination device in the embodiment can also take out the vaginal secretion through the liquid storage space 103, detect the vaginal secretion, judge gynecological diseases through the vaginal secretion, and improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of diagnosis.
Therefore, the gynecological examination device in the embodiment can prevent vaginal secretion from shielding the image acquisition device 300 and vaginal tissues to be observed, increase the definition of vaginal image information or video information obtained by the image acquisition device 300, and simultaneously take out the vaginal secretion, thereby improving the diagnosis accuracy of the gynecological examination device 10.
Further, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 5, fig. 8 and fig. 10, wherein fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an image capturing device in an embodiment of the gynecological examination device of the present application.
In this embodiment, the image capturing apparatus 300 may specifically include a camera 310, a circuit board assembly 320, a battery 330, a camera holder 340, and a light emitting source 350.
The camera 310 is electrically connected with the circuit board assembly 320, the camera 310 and the circuit board assembly 320 are arranged on one side, away from the first section hole 1021, of the second section hole 1022, the camera 310 is used for recording image information or video information of the vagina, the camera 310 is arranged on one side of the transparent piece 113, and the camera 310 penetrates through the transparent piece 113 to observe the internal structure of the vagina. Specifically, the camera 310 is connected to the light-transmissive portion 1132, and the camera 310 observes the internal structure of the vagina through the light-transmissive portion 1132.
Alternatively, the camera 310 may be a CCD digital camera.
The light source 350 is disposed around the camera 310, located between the transparent member 113 and the camera 310, and configured to emit light toward the vagina of the transparent member 113, so as to illuminate the vagina and provide an imaging light source for the camera 310.
Optionally, the light source 350 may include a white LED lamp bead and/or a green LED lamp bead, the white LED lamp bead is used for providing a white light source, the white light source has a high color rendering index, and has a strong color rendering capability for an object, and the original color tone of human tissues such as the inside of a vagina or the cervix can be better. The green LED lamp beads are used for providing a green light source, and the vagina or cervix vascular structure is observed more clearly by using green light.
Of course, in other embodiments, the light source 350 may also include other colors of light sources, such as blue LED light bulbs, purple LED light bulbs.
The battery 330 is mounted on one side of the circuit board assembly 320 and electrically connected to the camera head 310, the circuit board assembly 320 and the light source 350. The battery 330 is used for storing electric energy and supplying electric energy required for operation to the camera 310, the circuit board assembly 320 and the light source 350.
The camera 310 is electrically connected to the circuit board assembly 320, and the circuit board assembly 320 can control the operation of the camera 310, for example, control the opening/closing of the camera 310, or control the focal length of the camera 310, so as to amplify image information or video information of the vagina.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a circuit board assembly in an embodiment of the gynecological examination device of the present application.
The circuit board assembly 320 may include a control circuit 321, a communication circuit 322, and a memory 323, the control circuit 321, the communication circuit 322, and the memory 323 being in signal communication with each other.
In this embodiment, the communication circuit 322 is used to establish a wireless connection with an external electronic device (not shown), and the electronic device may include a smart phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant or tablet Computer), a PC (Personal Computer or Computer), and may further include an intelligent wearable device such as a smart watch and a smart bracelet.
Optionally, the communication circuit 322 may be connected to the electronic device through bluetooth, NFC (near field communication), infrared, WiFi, and the like, in which WiFi is taken as an example in this embodiment, and WiFi is a wireless local area network communication technology, and may implement short-distance data exchange between the vaginal detector and the electronic device. .
When a user needs to use the gynecological examination device to perform vaginal examination, the electronic device can be started first to establish connection with the communication circuit 322 of the gynecological examination device 10. The electronic device matches with the communication circuit 322 based on the WiFi information. Wherein the WiFi information may be including but not limited to: a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) identifying the gynecological examination device, a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the gynecological examination device, and a WiFi name of the gynecological examination device.
After the pairing is successful, the user can send a control signal to the communication circuit 322 through the electronic device, after the communication circuit 322 receives the control signal from the electronic device, the control signal is sent to the control circuit 321, and the control circuit 321 receives the control signal and executes control over the camera 310 based on the control signal.
After camera 310 records image information or video information in the vagina, camera 310 may send the image information or video information to memory 323, and memory 323 stores the image information and video information for later viewing of the history. The camera 310 can also send the image information or the video information to the electronic device through the communication circuit 322, and after receiving the image information and the video information, the electronic device can dynamically display the internal condition in the vagina, so that the user can view the image or the video of the vagina in real time. When a user looks at the vagina or cervix of the user, if a suspected pathological change feature is found, the user can manually operate the handheld portion 111, adjust the position of the insertion portion 112 in the vagina, further adjust the position of the camera 310, align the camera 310 with the suspected pathological change feature, and operate the camera 310 through the electronic device to shoot the feature.
After finding a suspected lesion feature, the user often cannot determine whether the feature is a lesion feature, or what type of lesion. Therefore, in some embodiments, the electronic device may be configured to identify a suspected lesion feature image, upload the suspected lesion feature image by the user, match the suspected lesion feature image captured by the user with a lesion database based on an existing lesion database, identify and determine which lesion the suspected lesion feature image is, and provide a reference for the user. After the electronic equipment preliminarily judges that the vagina or the cervix of the user has a pathological change of a certain disease, treatment suggestions are provided for the user, such as suggestions on daily work and rest, diet and the like of the user, suggestions for reminding the user to seek medical advice in time and the like.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the user can check the health state of the vagina or the cervix uteri through the gynecological examination device and the electronic equipment provided by the application, and the operation is simple and convenient. In addition, the vagina detection process does not need assistance of other people, the privacy of the vagina detection system is protected, the problem that most women are unwilling to do vagina detection due to the fact that most women are in the way of privacy is solved, and the positivity of the women in vagina detection is improved.
In conclusion, the gynecological examination device provided by the application can obtain clear image information or video information of the vagina and the cervix uteri of the female, and can know whether the vagina and the cervix uteri are diseased or not through the image information or the video information, so that gynecological diseases can be found in time, and further deterioration of diseased tissues is prevented. The gynecological examination device can also extract vaginal secretion so as to examine diseases in multiple dimensions, and the diagnosis comprehensiveness and accuracy of the gynecological examination device are improved. And the gynecological examination device of this application convenient operation easily carries, does not have privacy problem, can promote the women and do the enthusiasm that the vagina detected.
