After the trollius chinensis is extruded and deformed, the contact area between the trollius chinensis and the dissolving agent is increased, so that the dissolving agent can more quickly and completely dissolve the trollius chinensis, and the preparation efficiency of the whole trollius chinensis tea is improved compared with the prior art.
The dissolving agent is sprayed out from the second nozzle 11 and then contacts with the trollius chinensis, and the internal structure of the trollius chinensis after contacting with the dissolving agent can be damaged, so that the final liquid is doped with more trollius chinensis impurities. In the prior art, liquid is collected in a collecting barrel, and then the liquid in the collecting barrel is subjected to coarse filtration and fine filtration in sequence. In order to solve the above problem, a filter is installed on the liquid outlet pipe 8, and the filter can be replaced by a filter screen. Through setting up the filter screen, liquid gets into the inner chamber of jar body 1 after the dissolution of dissolving agent, then through the filtration of filter and derive by drain pipe 8 under the effect of gravity etc..

Claims (10)
1. Trollius chinensis tea drink preparation system, characterized by comprising:
a tank body;
the bearing ring is arranged in the tank body; the material preparing part, the cleaning part and the dissolving part are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the bearing ring;
the first preparation belt is rotatably sleeved on the bearing ring, and a plurality of first through holes are formed in the first preparation belt at intervals;
the second preparation belt is rotatably sleeved outside the first preparation belt, and a plurality of second through holes are formed in the second preparation belt at intervals; the second preparation belt and the first preparation belt rotate in the same direction and are matched with each other to clamp the trollius chinensis, so that the trollius chinensis circularly passes through the batching part, the cleaning part and the dissolving part;
the squeezing roller is arranged on the cleaning part and abutted against the outer side surface of the second preparation belt, and the squeezing roller is used for squeezing the trollius chinensis through the second preparation belt;
the spraying assembly comprises a first nozzle and a second nozzle, and the first nozzle and the second nozzle are respectively arranged in the cleaning part and the dissolving part; the first nozzle is used for cleaning the trollius chinensis through the first through hole and the second through hole, and the second nozzle is used for dissolving the trollius chinensis;
the drain pipe, with jar body intercommunication, the drain pipe is used for deriving the liquid after the dissolution.

The system for preparing trollius chinensis tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limiting groove is formed along the circumferential direction of the inner side surface of the first preparation belt, a limiting block in sliding fit with the limiting groove is arranged on the bearing ring, and the limiting block is used for limiting the first preparation belt through the limiting groove.
