When the article storage bag is torn or damaged, the RFID electronic tag can be damaged, so that the RFID reader-writer can not read the information of the torn electronic tag, and the phenomena that the article hanging rod still exists but the article storage bag hung on the article hanging rod is stolen, forged or replaced can be effectively prevented, and the anti-theft effect is achieved. In this application, the inventory of article cabinet not only can be realized through the inventory article peg, can also realize through the RFID electronic tags on the RFID near field antenna direct reading article storage bag of every storage chamber fixed mounting, avoided the article storage bag to be changed, the risk of stealing, for the inventory mode that only reads the article peg, the technical scheme of this application has further improved in the security, the hidden danger that exists among the prior art has been solved, the efficiency of inventory is improved.
The application also adds a mechanical lock on the upper cover at the top of the article storage cabinet, and the number of the original mechanical locks is two. The double-lock structure ensures that two persons can open the upper cover on site at the same time, and then some subsequent internal operations, such as emergency door opening operation, are carried out, so that the use safety of the article storage cabinet is improved.

article storage cabinet
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, an article storage cabinet includes: the cabinet body 1, the cabinet body 1 is one side open-ended rectangle structure, a plurality of independent storage chambeies are separated into through a plurality of horizontal separators that the level set up from top to bottom to the cabinet body 1 inside, and every storage chamber is sealed through the electromagnetic lock by a cabinet door 101, is equipped with an article storage mechanism 5' and a scanning mechanism of checing respectively in every storage chamber. The cabinet body 1 is also internally provided with an RFID reader-writer (not shown in the figure), and the RFID reader-writer is in communication connection with an upper computer through a network board.
Referring to fig. 2(a) to 2(b) and 5 to 6, each of the article storage units 5' includes: an article hanger bar support 501 ', an article hanger bar contact rack 504 ', at least one article hanger bar 505 ', and at least one article storage bag 2. The article hanging rod support 501 ' comprises a first support arm 502 ' and a second support arm 503 ' which are arranged oppositely, wherein the first support arm 502 ' and the second support arm 503 ' are respectively in sliding connection with the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the storage cavity through guide rails and can be horizontally pulled out or pushed into the storage cavity. The article hanging bar contact frame 504 ' is provided on the first support arm 502 ' along the length direction of the first support arm 502 '. The article hanging bar 505 'is bridged between the first supporting arm 502' and the second supporting arm 503 ', and one end of each article hanging bar 505' is detachably connected with the article hanging bar contact frame 504 ', and the other end thereof is detachably connected with the second supporting arm 503'. A circuit board is arranged in each article hanging rod 505 ', a unique ID number corresponding to the article hanging rod 505' is stored in the circuit board, and each circuit board is in communication connection with the upper computer through a control board. Each article storage bag 2 is arranged corresponding to an article hanging rod 505 ', the upper end of each article storage bag 2 is provided with a hollow channel for accommodating the article hanging rod 505 ' to pass through, and the article storage bag 2 is hung on the article hanging rod 505 ' through the hollow channel. An RFID electronic tag is arranged at the sealing position of each article storage bag 2 in a sealing mode.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, each of the scanning and counting mechanisms includes: at least two (preferably two or three) RFID near field antennas 3 are mounted side by side on a non-metallic plate-like part 4, said non-metallic plate-like part 4 being fixedly mounted on an inner side wall of said storage chamber. The RFID near field antenna 3 faces the article storage bag 2 in the storage cavity and is in wireless communication connection with the RFID electronic tag in the article storage bag 2; each RFID near field antenna 3 is also in communication connection with an RFID reader-writer in the cabinet body 1.
Fig. 9 to 13 show a schematic structural view of an article storage bag 2. Fig. 9 is a schematic perspective view of the article storage bag 2, fig. 10 is a side view thereof, and fig. 11 to 13 are right side views of fig. 10.
Referring to fig. 9 to 13, an article storage bag 2 includes: the bag body 21 is a cavity structure with an opening at the top end. The bag body 21 may be made of polyethylene or other materials capable of storing articles, preferably flexible materials. Specifically, the bag body 21 is a first bag sheet 2101 and a second bag sheet 2102 formed by folding a rectangular bag sheet, the heat-seal positions 2103 are respectively arranged at the same positions of the left end edge and the right end edge of the first bag sheet 2101 and the second bag sheet 2102, the heat-seal positions are connected to form a sealed edge through heat sealing, and an article accommodating cavity is formed inside the sealed edge and used for storing articles 25. The first bag sheet 2101 is longer than the second bag sheet 2102, the longer part of the first bag sheet 2101 is a first sealing tongue 22, and the first sealing tongue 22 and the bag body 21 are integrally formed and extend upwards from the opening of the bag body 21. The edge of the first sealing flap 22 is folded inward and then bonded or ironed to the inner wall of the bag body 21, and a hollow channel 2201 is formed, and the hollow channel 2201 is used for inserting the article hanging rod 505'. As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, an ironing area 2202 is disposed on one side of the edge of the first sealing flap 22, which is turned inward and faces the inner wall of the bag body 21, and the edge of the first sealing flap 22 is turned inward and then ironed on the inner wall of the bag body 21. A second sealing tongue 23 is further disposed at the opening of the bag body 21, and the second sealing tongue 23 is used for being bonded to the first sealing tongue 22 to completely seal the opening of the bag body 21.
In a preferred embodiment, the second sealing tongue 23 includes an anti-theft adhesive tape 2301, an RFID electronic tag 2304 and a release film 2305, which are sequentially arranged, that is, the RFID electronic tag 2304 is arranged between the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 and the release film 2305. The anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 is adhered to the outer side of the edge of the second bag sheet 2102 at the opening, and the width of the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 is the same as that of the bag body 21; the release film 2305 is arranged on the inner side of the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 facing the opening of the bag body 21, an adhesive layer is arranged on one side of the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 facing the release film 2305, and the release film 2305 is bonded on the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 through the adhesive layer. The lower edge of the release film 2305 is bonded to the joint of the anti-theft tape 2301 and the second bag panel 2102. The upper edge of the release film 2305 may be beyond the upper edge of the anti-theft tape 2301 (as shown in fig. 10 and 11), or may be flush with the upper edge of the anti-theft tape 2301. The edge of the first sealing flap 22 is folded inward to form a folded layer structure, which includes a first surface (i.e., a folded surface) facing the release film 2305 and a second surface facing away from the release film 2305, and a hollow channel 2201 is formed between the first surface and the second surface for inserting the article hanging rod 505'. The upper edges of the release film 2305 and the anti-theft tape 2301 may not exceed the upper edge of the first surface, and after the release film 2305 is completely torn off, the anti-theft tape 2301 is adhered to the first surface of the first sealing tongue 22; or, the upper edges of the release film 2305 and the anti-theft tape 2301 exceed the upper edge of the first surface, after the release film 2305 is completely torn off, the anti-theft tape 2301 is adhered to the first surface of the first sealing tongue 22, and the part of the anti-theft tape 2301 exceeding the upper edge of the first surface is adhered to the second surface.
Referring specifically to the example shown in fig. 12, there is shown in fig. 12 a pouch opening position line 2104, a pouch cut schematic line 2105, a hot press position 2106 to form a hollow channel, and a hot press position margin position line 2107. Meanwhile, referring to the example shown in fig. 13, the mark 2104 is a pouch opening position line from which the pouch 21 is opened at the pouch opening position line 2104. The location of the tamper tape 2301 is specifically shown in fig. 13, where the marking 2302 indicates a lower edge line of the tamper tape and the marking 2303 indicates an upper edge line of the tamper tape. The location of the release film 2305 is specifically shown in fig. 13, where reference 2306 denotes the lower release film edge line and reference 2307 denotes the upper release film edge line. FIG. 13 also illustrates an arrangement of the RFID tag 2304, for example, where the transverse centerline of the RFID tag 2304 is aligned with the pocket opening location line 2104.
Fig. 14 is an enlarged schematic view of an RFID tag 2304.
The ID number of the RFID tag 2304 is bound with the article information in the bag 21 (for example, the number of a document stored in the bag 21) one by one in the system. When sorting and checking are carried out, the ID number of the RFID electronic tag 2304 is read only through the RFID reader-writer, and the article information corresponding to the ID number can be called from the database, so that the difficulty of manual sorting is greatly reduced, and the time is saved.
Referring to fig. 14, the RFID tag 2304 specifically includes an RFID antenna and a radio frequency identification chip electrically connected to the RFID antenna, wherein the radio frequency identification chip is bound to the RFID antenna and adhered to the RFID antenna. Preferably, the RFID chip portion is located on the transverse centerline of the RFID tag 2304.
In another preferred embodiment, the second sealing flap 23 includes an anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 and a release film 2305, and the RFID electronic tag 2304 may also be disposed on a side of the first sealing flap 22 (i.e. the folding side) facing the release film 2305. The structure and the operation principle of the RFID tag 2304 are the same as those described above, and are not described herein again.
The RFID tag 2304 is adhered and fixed to the anti-theft tape 2301, or the RFID tag 2304 is adhered and fixed to a first surface (i.e., a folded surface) of the first sealing flap 22. The adhesive force between the RFID antenna and the anti-theft tape 2301 is greater than the adhesive force between the RFID chip and the RFID antenna. When an article 25 is put into the bag body 21, the release film 2305 on the anti-theft tape 2301 is completely torn off, the anti-theft tape 2301 is adhered to the folded surface of the first sealing tongue 22, and the opening of the bag body 21 is completely sealed, the RFID electronic tag 2304 is also sealed between the anti-theft tape 2301 and the folded surface. Thus, if the anti-theft tape 2301 is torn halfway to take out the article 25 stored in the bag body 21, the RFID tag 2304 will be damaged, and even if the anti-theft tape 2301 is stuck on the folded surface of the first sealing tongue 22, the RFID reader/writer cannot read the information of the torn RFID tag 2304, and the bag body 21 can be found clearly after being opened halfway, so that the article storage bag 2 can be effectively prevented from being stolen, forged or replaced, thereby achieving the anti-theft effect.
The article storage bag 2 of the present application has an article hanging rod 505 'inserted into the hollow channel 2201 of the first sealing flap 22, and both ends of the article hanging rod 505' extend out of the hollow channel 2201 for hanging the bag body 21. Fig. 15 is a view showing an example of the structure of an article storage bag 2 through which an article hanging bar 505' is inserted, and fig. 16 is a partially enlarged view of a portion a of fig. 15.
Referring to fig. 15 to 16, both ends of the article hanging bar 505' extend from both ends of the hollow passage. One end of the article hanging rod 505' is provided with a contact module 6, the contact module 6 comprises a downward opening 21274, the interior of the 21274is provided with a cavity for accommodating a circuit board, and the circuit board is arranged in the cavity. The v-shaped housing is provided with a downward opening to form a first clamping groove, and the first clamping groove is clamped on the article hanging rod contact frame 504 'on the first supporting arm 502'; the other end of the article hanging rod 505 'is provided with a second clamping groove with an opening at the lower end, and the second clamping groove is clamped on the second supporting arm 503'. Two groups of elastic elements 601 are arranged on the circuit board in the cavity, and are respectively a first elastic element and a second elastic element. Each group of elastic elements 601 has two legs, and the two legs of each group of elastic elements 601 are symmetrically disposed on two opposite inner sidewalls of the first slot and respectively protrude outward from the inside of the cavity to the surface of the inner sidewall of the first slot.
Specifically, referring to fig. 17(a) to 17(c), the article hanging rod contact frame 504 'is a rectangular strip structure, two PCB circuit boards, namely a first circuit board 7 and a second circuit board 8, are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side plates of the article hanging rod contact frame along the length direction of the article hanging rod contact frame 504', two parallel copper foil layers, namely a first bus copper foil 9 and a second bus copper foil 10, are respectively laid on the opposite surfaces of the first circuit board 7 and the second circuit board 8 along the respective length directions, the first bus copper foil of the first circuit board 7 is symmetrically arranged with the first bus copper foil of the second circuit board 8, and the second bus copper foil of the first circuit board 7 is symmetrically arranged with the second bus copper foil of the second circuit board 8. With reference to fig. 18(a) to 18(b), when the first card slot of the contact module 6 is clamped on the article hanging rod contact frame 504', the two ends of the first elastic element respectively abut against the first bus copper foil of the first circuit board 7 and the first bus copper foil of the second circuit board 8, and the two ends of the second elastic element respectively abut against the second bus copper foil of the first circuit board 7 and the second bus copper foil of the second circuit board 8. In this embodiment, the two sets of elastic elements 601 are equivalent to two power contacts and two signal contacts, for example, the two legs of the first set of elastic elements are a power positive contact and a signal contact, the two legs of the first set of elastic elements are a power negative contact and a signal contact, and the power positive contact and the power negative contact are arranged diagonally, so as to avoid short circuit when the power pins contact the metal sheet at the same time; only when the article hanging rod 505' is installed in place can the power be supplied normally.
In a preferred embodiment, an LED indicator is further disposed on the circuit board, and the LED indicator is electrically connected to the circuit board; the light of the LED indicator light is emitted through the transparent light guide piece on the v-shaped housing 21274.
The method of using the article storage bag 2 of the present embodiment is as follows:
1) placing an article 25 inside the bag body 21;
2) completely tearing off a release film 2305 on the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301;
3) adhering the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 to the folded surface of the first sealing tongue 22, and completely sealing the opening, wherein at the moment, the article 25 is sealed in the storage area inside the bag body 21, and the RFID electronic tag 2304 is also sealed between the anti-theft adhesive tape 2301 and the folded surface of the first sealing tongue 22;
4) one end of the article hanging rod 505 'is inserted into the hollow channel 2201 of the first sealing tongue 22, and two ends of the article storage bag 2 are blocked by the L-shaped limiting rods on the article hanging rod 505' to prevent the article hanging rod from shaking left and right;
5) the engagement portions at both ends of the article hanging bar 505 ' are engaged with the article hanging bar contact frame 504 ' and the second support arm 503 ' of the first support arm 502 ', respectively, and the bag body 21 is hung under the article hanging bar 505 ' by its own weight.
Referring to fig. 19, in a preferred embodiment, an upper cover 102 is disposed on the top of the article storage cabinet, a first mechanical lock 1021 and a second mechanical lock 1022 are disposed on the upper cover 102, the first mechanical lock 1021 and the second mechanical lock 1022 are respectively configured for users with different operation authorities, and when the first mechanical lock 1021 and the second mechanical lock 1022 are unlocked simultaneously, the upper cover is opened. The double-lock structure ensures that two persons can open the upper cover 102 on site at the same time, and then some subsequent internal operations, such as emergency door opening, are performed, so that the use safety of the article storage cabinet is improved.
(II) an article storage system
The application also discloses an article storage system. Fig. 20 is a schematic composition diagram of an item storage system. FIG. 21 is a hardware network topology diagram of an item storage system of the present invention.
In combination with the above article storage cabinet, and referring to fig. 20 and 21, an article storage system comprising:
an upper computer;
each network board is arranged corresponding to one article storage cabinet and is communicated with the upper computer through the Ethernet;
each control panel is arranged corresponding to one article storage cabinet and is in communication connection with a network board of the article storage cabinet through an RS485 bus, and the control panels are used for receiving control instructions sent by an upper computer, executing corresponding operations based on the control instructions and uploading operation result information for executing the operations to the upper computer through the network board;
at least one article storage cabinet described above, where the article storage cabinet includes a cabinet body 1, and an RFID reader is arranged in the cabinet body 1, and the RFID reader is in communication connection with a network board of the article storage cabinet through an RS232 bus; the interior of the cabinet body 1 is divided into a plurality of independent storage cavities from top to bottom through a plurality of horizontal partition plates which are horizontally arranged, a cabinet door 101 which is opened in a single direction is arranged at an opening of each storage cavity, the cabinet door 101 is locked through an electromagnetic lock, and each electromagnetic lock is connected with a control panel of the article storage cabinet; each storage cavity is internally provided with an article storage mechanism 5 'and a scanning and checking mechanism, each scanning and checking mechanism comprises at least two RFID near-field antennas 3 fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the storage cavity, each article storage mechanism 5' comprises an article hanging rod bracket 501 'capable of being horizontally pulled out or pushed into the storage cavity, at least one article hanging rod 505' detachably connected with the article hanging rod bracket 501 ', and an article storage bag 2 passing through each article hanging rod 505'; a circuit board is arranged in each article hanging rod 505 ', a unique ID number corresponding to the article hanging rod 505' is stored in the circuit board, each circuit board is respectively connected with a control board of the article storage cabinet through an IIC bus, an RFID electronic tag is arranged at the sealing part of each article storage bag 2 in a sealed mode, and each RFID electronic tag is in wireless communication with the RFID reader-writer through the RFID near-field antenna 3.
Each of the article storage bins further comprises: and the LED indicator lamps are respectively arranged on each circuit board and are electrically connected with the control board of the article storage cabinet through the circuit boards.
Each of the article storage bins further comprises: and the nixie tube display screens are respectively arranged on each cabinet door 101 and are electrically connected with the control panel of the article storage cabinet.
(III) management method of article storage cabinet
The application further discloses a management method of the article storage cabinet, and the management method is applied to the article storage cabinet.
Referring to fig. 22, the management method includes: generating a control command according to an external instruction of a user, and performing management operation on the articles stored in a plurality of article storage cabinets on a cabinet layer, wherein the management operation comprises storage/taking operation, article hanging rod checking operation or article storage bag checking operation.
(1) The access operation comprises:
step A1, the upper computer determines the article storage bag 2 and the article hanging rod 505 ' corresponding to the article storage bag 2, and sends the warehousing/ex-warehouse instruction to the control panel, wherein the article storage bag 2 and the article hanging rod 505 ' correspond to the article storage bag 2, and the article hanging rod 505 ' correspond to the article storage bag 2.
And step A2, the control board generates a first control command according to the warehousing/ex-warehousing command, and sends the first control command to the electromagnetic lock of the corresponding cabinet layer to control the electromagnetic lock to unlock, so that the cabinet door 101 of the corresponding cabinet layer is opened.
Step A3, the control board generates a second control command according to the warehousing/ex-warehousing command and sends the second control command to the circuit boards on the article hanging rod 505 'associated with the articles to be stored/taken, each circuit board is connected with an LED indicator light, and the circuit boards control the LED indicator light corresponding to the appointed article hanging rod 505' to flicker according to the second control command to prompt the position.
And step A4, when the control panel detects that the cabinet door 101 of the corresponding cabinet layer is opened and then is closed again, reading the state data of the article hanging rod 505' and uploading the state data to the upper computer.
(2) The article hanging rod checking operation comprises:
and step B1, the upper computer sends an article hanging rod checking instruction to the control panel, wherein the article hanging rod checking instruction comprises a checking list, the checking list comprises at least part of ID numbers of the article hanging rods 505 ', and the ID number of each article hanging rod 505 ' is uniquely allocated when the article hanging rods 505 ' leave the factory.
And step B2, the control board generates a third control command according to the article hanging rod checking instruction, sequentially reads the ID numbers corresponding to all article hanging rods 505 'to be checked according to the checking list, and sequentially checks the state data of each article hanging rod 505' according to the ID numbers.
And step B3, the control board uploads all the read ID numbers and state data thereof to the upper computer.
Specifically, the article hanging rod checking operation comprises the following steps:
step S1, the control board sequentially sends a first reading instruction point to point according to the ID number included in the article hanging rod checking instruction, and obtains the identification information of the corresponding article hanging rod 505', where the identification information includes the ID number and the status data.
Step S2, the control board receives an article hanging rod supplement checking instruction, and sends a second reading instruction according to a number in a number group preset in the article hanging rod supplement checking instruction to acquire the ID number of the unknown article hanging rod 505'; if the unknown article hanging rod 505 'exists, a temporary number is randomly generated on the circuit board corresponding to the unknown article hanging rod 505', and the number group comprises the temporary number.

the cabinet body is of a rectangular structure with an opening at one side, the interior of the cabinet body is divided into a plurality of independent storage cavities from top to bottom through a plurality of horizontal partition plates which are horizontally arranged, each storage cavity is sealed by a cabinet door through an electromagnetic lock, and an article storage mechanism and a scanning and counting mechanism are respectively arranged in each storage cavity; the cabinet body is also internally provided with an RFID reader-writer which is in communication connection with the upper computer through a network board; wherein each of the item storage mechanisms comprises:
the article hanging rod support comprises a first support arm and a second support arm which are oppositely arranged, and the first support arm and the second support arm are respectively connected with the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the storage cavity in a sliding manner through guide rails and can be horizontally pulled out of or pushed into the storage cavity;
the article hanging rod contact frame is arranged on the first support arm along the length direction of the first support arm;
at least one article hanging rod which is bridged between the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm, one end of each article hanging rod is detachably connected with the article hanging rod contact frame, and the other end of each article hanging rod is detachably connected with the second supporting arm; a circuit board is arranged in each article hanging rod, a unique ID number corresponding to the article hanging rod is stored in the circuit board, and each circuit board is in communication connection with the upper computer through a control board;
each article storage bag is arranged corresponding to one article hanging rod, a hollow channel capable of accommodating the article hanging rod to penetrate through is formed in the upper end of each article storage bag, the article storage bags penetrate through the article hanging rods through the hollow channels, and the sealing positions of the article storage bags are sealed and provided with RFID electronic tags;
wherein each of the scanning inventory mechanisms comprises:
the RFID near field antennas are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the storage cavity, face to the article storage bag in the storage cavity and are in wireless communication connection with the RFID electronic tag in the article storage bag; each RFID near field antenna is also in communication connection with the RFID reader-writer in the cabinet body.
2. The article storage bin of claim 1, wherein the article storage bag comprises:
the bag body is of a cavity structure with an opening at the top end, and a first sealing tongue and a second sealing tongue are arranged at the opening of the bag body; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

a3, generating a second control command by the control board according to the warehousing/ex-warehousing command, and sending the second control command to circuit boards on article hanging rods associated with articles to be stored/taken, wherein each circuit board is connected with an LED indicator lamp, and the circuit boards control the LED indicator lamps corresponding to the specified article hanging rods to flicker according to the second control command to prompt positions;
a4, when the control panel detects that the cabinet door of the corresponding cabinet layer is opened and then closed again, reading the state data of the article hanging rod and uploading the state data to the upper computer;
the article hanging rod checking operation comprises:
b1, the upper computer sends an article hanging rod checking instruction to the control panel, the article hanging rod checking instruction comprises a checking list, the checking list comprises at least part of ID numbers of the article hanging rods, and the ID number of each article hanging rod is uniquely allocated when the article hanging rods leave a factory;

s1, the control board sends a first reading instruction point to point in sequence according to the ID number included in the article hanging rod checking instruction, and obtains the identification information of the corresponding article hanging rod, wherein the identification information includes the ID number and the state data;
