In the present application, after the first rack 612 slides 3.57mm, the toothed segment 6121 contacts the first gear 63 and meshes with the first gear 63 to realize the driving of the first gear 63 to rotate.
The application also comprises an electronic cigarette tray 623, wherein the electronic cigarette tray 623 is arranged on the second shell 3 in a sliding way, the bottom of the electronic cigarette 100 is supported in the electronic cigarette tray 623, and the second rack 622 is fixedly connected with the electronic cigarette tray 623; after that, the consumer slides the first housing 2 reversely to make the first rack 612 move back, at this time, the toothed segment 6121 of the first rack 612 is meshed with the first gear 63, the first rack 612 is located at the associated moving segment 300, and the first rack 612 can drive the first gear 63 to rotate back to drive the second rack 622 to move back, so as to drive the electronic cigarette tray 623 to move back to the initial position; thereafter, the first rack 612 continues to slide such that the toothed segment 6121 moves away from the first gear 63 and the non-toothed segment passes through the first gear 63, while the first rack 612 is in the independently moving segment 200, and the first rack 612 does not drive the first gear 63 to rotate.
In the application, a plurality of gears can be arranged to increase the transmission ratio between the first rack 612 and the second rack 622, for example, the transmission ratio between the first rack 612 and the second rack 622 can be increased to 1:2, when the first rack 612 moves by one distance length, the second rack 622 can move by two distances length, and the first shell 2 can also be slid by a short distance to drive the electronic cigarette 100 to pop up by a long distance; the specific arrangement is also required in connection with production practice and will not be described in detail here.

Specifically, the consumer manually slides the first housing 2 to pull the force transmission rope 613 to drive the slider 66 to slide in the sliding groove 6231, at this time, the force transmission rope 613 is in the independent movement section 200, the force transmission rope 613 pulls the slider 66 to slide in the sliding groove 6231, the slider 66 does not drive the electronic cigarette tray 623 to move, i.e. does not drive the electronic cigarette 100 to move, the electronic cigarette 100 does not pop up, but at this time, the elastic member 65 is in a stretched state, and the elastic member 65 accumulates elastic force; then, the first housing 2 is continuously slid to pull the force transmission rope 613, the force transmission rope 613 is positioned in the associated movement section 300, the force transmission rope 613 can drive the sliding block 66 to slide to abut against the electronic cigarette tray 623, and further drive the electronic cigarette tray 623 to move so as to drive the electronic cigarette 100 to rise and pop up, and the elastic piece 65 is continuously pulled; in the process of sliding the first housing 2 to eject the electronic cigarette 100, the force transmission rope 613 is always in a tight state, so that the force transmission rope 613 can be ensured to transmit the acting force of the first housing 2.
After that, the consumer can slide the first housing 2 reversely, and as the movement direction of the first housing 2 changes, the force transmission rope 613 gradually becomes not tight, at this time, the elastic member 65 can be contracted to pull the electronic cigarette tray 623 to move back, and drive the sliding block 66 to move, so that the force transmission rope 613 becomes tight again, which can also be understood as the fact that the force transmission rope 613 is in the associated movement section 300; after that, the electronic cigarette tray 623 returns to the initial position, the position of the electronic cigarette tray 623 does not change, the elastic member 65 does not shrink again, at this time, the force transmission rope 613 does not return to the initial position on the electronic cigarette tray 623, and if the first housing 2 is slid continuously, the force transmission rope 613 is likely to be not tightened, and the force transmission rope 613 may be separated from the pulley 64, so that an elastic member 65 may be provided between the slider 66 and the electronic cigarette tray 623 to provide a force for returning to the initial position on the electronic cigarette tray 623 to the slider 66, thereby ensuring that the force transmission rope 613 is tightened, which may be achieved by adopting a structure commonly used in the prior art, and not described in detail herein.
The number of the pulleys 64 can be increased to increase the transmission ratio between the force transmission rope 613 and the electronic cigarette tray 623, so that when the force transmission rope 613 moves for one distance, the electronic cigarette tray 623 can move for two or more distances to slide the first housing 2 for a short distance, and the electronic cigarette 100 is driven to move for a long distance.
In the present application, the elastic member 65 includes, but is not limited to, a spring, a bungee cord.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the first driving member 51 is a third rack 511 and the first driven member 52 is a fourth rack 521; the first transmission mechanism 5 further includes a second gear 53, and the second gear 53 is simultaneously meshed with the third rack 511 and the fourth rack 521; when the consumer drives the first housing 2 to slide relative to the second housing 3, the first housing 2 drives the third rack 511 to move so as to drive the second gear 53 to rotate, and further drive the fourth rack 521 to move along the direction opposite to the third rack 511, and the fourth rack 521 is hinged with the upper cover 1, so that the fourth rack 521 can drive the upper cover 1 to rotate so as to open the upper cover 1; in the present application, the maximum opening angle of the upper cover 1 is 110 °, but when the opening angle of the upper cover 1 is 67 °, the second driving member 61 enters the associated moving section 300, and can drive the second driven member 62 to move, so as to drive the electronic cigarette 100 to rise and pop up.
In some embodiments, the first transmission 5 further comprises a first magnet 54 and a second magnet 55; the first magnet 54 is disposed on the fourth rack 521, the second magnet 55 is disposed on the second housing 3, the magnetism of the first magnet 54 and the magnetism of the second magnet 55 repel, in the present application, the third rack 511 is meshed with the second gear 53, the second gear 53 is meshed with the fourth rack 521, the first magnet 54 is disposed on the fourth rack 521, the second magnet 55 is disposed on the second housing 3, the magnetism of the first magnet 54 and the magnetism of the second magnet 55 repel, i.e. the first magnet 54 is biased to move away from the second magnet 55 or has a tendency to move away from the second magnet 55 under the magnetic force of the second magnet 55, so that the fourth rack 521 is driven to move towards the second gear 53 or the fourth rack 521 has a tendency to move towards the second gear 53, so as to ensure that the fourth rack 521 and the second gear 53 are meshed tightly, so as to ensure that the third rack 511, the second gear 53 and the fourth rack 521 can well realize transmission, so as to ensure that the upper cover 1 can be opened smoothly.
In some embodiments, the first transmission mechanism 5 further includes an arc-shaped rod 56, the fourth rack 521 is hinged to one end of the arc-shaped rod 56, the other end of the arc-shaped rod 56 is hinged to the upper cover 1, the fourth rack 521 moves to pull the arc-shaped rod 56 to move, and the arc-shaped rod 56 correspondingly rotates around the fourth rack 521, so that the arc-shaped rod 56 can pull the upper cover 1 to rotate to enable the upper cover 1 to be opened or the upper cover 1 to be covered on the first casing 2 and the second casing 3; the arc-shaped rod 56 can well transmit the acting force of the fourth rack 521 to the upper cover 1, so as to ensure that the upper cover 1 can smoothly rotate. The first transmission mechanism 5 comprises a third rack 511, a fourth rack 521, a second gear 53 and an arc-shaped rod 56, so that the acting force of the first shell 2 can be transmitted to the upper cover 1, the upper cover 1 can be opened or closed when the first shell 2 is slid, the third rack 511 and the second gear 53, the second gear 53 and the fourth rack 521 and the arc-shaped rod 56 are tightly connected, the transmission is smooth, and good transmission can be realized in a small electronic cigarette box space.
As shown in fig. 2-4, in some embodiments, a sliding bar 7 and a securing bar 8 are also included; the sliding strip 7 is fixedly connected to the first shell 2, the first driving piece 51 is fixedly connected to the sliding strip 7, and the power input end of the second driving piece 61 is connected with the sliding strip 7; the fixed strip 8 is fixedly connected to the second shell 3, and the first driven piece 52 is slidably arranged on the fixed strip 8; the sliding bar 7 is provided with the sliding hole 71, the fixed bar 8 is internally provided with the sliding bar 81, the sliding bar 81 is inserted into the sliding hole 71, generally, the first shell 2 is in sliding cover on the second shell 3, and meanwhile, the first shell 2 can also slide relative to the second shell 3 through the sliding hole 71 on the sliding bar 7 and the sliding bar 81 on the fixed bar 8, so that the first shell 2 can slide relative to the second shell 3 smoothly, and the first shell 2 can be well connected with the second shell 3 during sliding, so that the first shell 2 can drive the first driving part 51 and the second driving part 61 to move smoothly.
Specifically, in the first embodiment of the present application, the driving shaft 21 is fixedly connected to the sliding bar 7, the middle part of the rocker 611 is rotatably connected to the fixing bar 8, the electronic cigarette tray 623 is slidably connected to the fixing bar 8, and the driving shaft 621 is fixedly connected to the electronic cigarette tray 623; in the second embodiment of the present application, the first rack 612 is fixedly connected to the sliding bar 7, the second rack 622 is fixedly connected to the e-cigarette tray 623, and the first gear 63 is rotatably connected to the fixed bar 8; in the third embodiment of the present application, the force transmission rope 613 is fixedly connected with the sliding strip 7, the pulley 64 is rotatably connected with the fixed strip 8, the electronic cigarette tray 623 is slidably connected with the fixed strip 8, specifically, a perforation is formed on the fixed strip 8, and one end of the force transmission rope 613 is fixedly connected with the sliding strip 7 through the perforation.
While the third rack 511 of the present application is fixedly connected to the sliding bar 7, and the fourth rack 521 is slidably connected to the fixed bar 8.
The sliding bar 7 of the present application is fixedly connected to the first housing 2 through a connection plate.
As shown in fig. 12-13, in some embodiments, a battery compartment 9 is further defined between the first housing 2 and the second housing 3, and a power supply 12 is disposed in the battery compartment 9, where the power supply 12 can charge the electronic cigarette 100 when the electronic cigarette 100 is stored in the charging compartment 4; specifically, the power supply 12 is electrically connected with the electronic cigarette tray 623, the electronic cigarette tray 623 is provided with a charging end for charging the electronic cigarette 100, and a consumer inserts the electronic cigarette 100 into the charging cabin 4, and makes the electronic cigarette 100 clamped into the electronic cigarette tray 623 and electrically connected with the charging end to charge the electronic cigarette 100.
In some embodiments, the second housing 3 is further provided with a charging coil 10, the charging coil 10 is used for charging the power supply 12, the charging coil 10 can realize wireless charging of the power supply 12, and wireless charging of the electronic cigarette case is realized, so that wires are omitted, and convenience is brought to consumers; the application can also be provided with a charging connector on one side of the electronic cigarette case so as to realize online charging when necessary. When a consumer needs to go out, the electronic cigarette box and the electronic cigarette 100 are carried, the electronic cigarette box can charge the electronic cigarette 100 when the electric quantity of the electronic cigarette 100 is used up, so that the cruising ability of the electronic cigarette 100 is prolonged, and the experience of the consumer is improved.
In some embodiments, the electronic cigarette further comprises an electronic cigarette tube 11, the electronic cigarette tube 11 is arranged between the first shell 2 and the second shell 3, the interior of the electronic cigarette tube 11 is configured as a charging cabin 4, and the electronic cigarette 100 can slide smoothly in the electronic cigarette tube 11, so that the electronic cigarette 100 can be ejected or the electronic cigarette 100 can be stored; the electronic chimney 11 is fixedly connected to the fixing strip 8.

an upper cover;
a first housing;
the upper cover is hinged with the second shell, the first shell is slidingly covered on the second shell, and a charging cabin for storing the electronic cigarettes is defined between the first shell and the second shell;
the first driving mechanism comprises a first driving piece and a first driven piece, the first driving piece is fixedly connected with the first shell, the power output end of the first driving piece is connected with the first driven piece, the first driven piece is connected with the second shell in a sliding manner, and the first driven piece is hinged with the upper cover;
the delay transmission mechanism comprises a second driving part and a second driven part, wherein the power input end of the second driving part is connected with the first shell, the power output end of the second driving part is connected with the second driven part, and the power output end of the second driven part is connected with the electronic cigarette;
the movement stroke of the second driving part comprises an independent movement section and an associated movement section, when the second driving part is in the independent movement section, the second driven part is in a static state, the electronic cigarette is static relative to the charging cabin, and when the second driving part is in the associated movement section, the second driving part drives the second driven part to move so as to drive the electronic cigarette to move relative to the charging cabin;
the first driven piece is a fourth rack;
the first transmission mechanism further comprises an arc-shaped rod, the fourth rack is hinged to one end of the arc-shaped rod, and the other end of the arc-shaped rod is hinged to the upper cover.
2. The electronic cigarette package of claim 1, wherein the second driving member is a rocker arm and the second driven member is a drive shaft;
the middle part of the rocker arm is rotationally connected to the second shell;
a driving groove is formed in the first end of the rocker arm, a driving shaft is fixedly connected to the first shell, and the driving shaft is inserted into the driving groove;
the second end of the rocker arm is provided with a transmission groove, the transmission shaft is inserted into the transmission groove, the transmission groove comprises an empty sliding section and a transmission section, when the rocker arm rotates to enable the transmission shaft to be located in the empty sliding section, the electronic cigarette is static relative to the charging cabin, and when the rocker arm rotates to enable the transmission shaft to be located in the transmission section, the electronic cigarette moves relative to the charging cabin.
3. The electronic cigarette packet according to claim 2, wherein the rocker arm has a rotation center, and the hollow slide is of an arc-shaped structure;
the ratio of the distance between the center of the driving groove and the rotation center to the radius of the free slide section is 1: (1.5-2).
4. The electronic cigarette package of claim 1, wherein the second driving member is a first rack and the second driven member is a second rack;
the first rack comprises a toothed section and a non-toothed section;
the delay transmission mechanism further comprises a first gear, and the first gear is meshed with the second rack;
the first rack moves so that the electronic cigarette is stationary relative to the charging pod as the toothless section passes over the first gear;
the first rack moves such that the electronic cigarette moves relative to the charging pod when the toothed segment contacts and engages the first gear.
5. The electronic cigarette package of claim 1, wherein the second driving member is a force transmission rope and the second driven member is an electronic cigarette tray;
the delay transmission mechanism further comprises a pulley, an elastic piece and a sliding block;
the pulley is rotationally connected to the second shell, one end of the force transmission rope is fixedly connected with the first shell, and the other end of the force transmission rope surrounds the pulley and is fixedly connected with the sliding block;
the electronic cigarette tray is connected to the second shell in a sliding way and used for supporting the electronic cigarettes, a sliding groove is formed in the electronic cigarette tray, and the sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding way;
two ends of the elastic piece are respectively connected with the electronic cigarette tray and the charging cabin;
the first shell moves to pull the force transmission rope so as to pull the sliding block to slide in the sliding groove, and the electronic cigarette is static relative to the charging cabin;
and when the first shell moves to pull the force transmission rope so as to pull the sliding block and the electronic cigarette tray to move together, the electronic cigarette moves relative to the charging cabin.
6. The electronic cigarette package of claim 1, wherein the first active member is a third rack;
the first transmission mechanism further comprises a second gear, and the second gear is meshed with the third rack and the fourth rack at the same time.
7. The electronic cigarette package of claim 1, wherein the first drive mechanism further comprises a first magnet and a second magnet;
the first magnet is arranged on the fourth rack, the second magnet is arranged on the second shell, and the magnetism of the first magnet and the magnetism of the second magnet repel each other.
8. The electronic cigarette package of claim 1, further comprising a sliding bar and a securing bar;
the sliding strip is fixedly connected to the first shell, the first driving part is fixedly connected to the sliding strip, and the power input end of the second driving part is connected with the sliding strip;
