s2: starting a fan and a heating cylinder in the heating mechanism, allowing airflow to enter the dewatering box through a connecting pipe, a rotary driving mechanism and an air outlet mechanism in sequence, allowing the airflow to flow out through a rectangular air outlet cover and flow along the upper side and the lower side of the placing box, and allowing the airflow carrying away fruit and vegetable moisture to flow into the heating mechanism again through a return pipe;
s3: when the airflow passes through the rotating driving mechanism, the impeller is pushed by the airflow to drive the reciprocating screw rod in the adjustable dredging mechanism to rotate, the dredging rod is driven to reciprocate along the surface of the reciprocating screw rod, and the dredging rod combs the fruits and vegetables placed in the placing box;

s5: after dehydration is finished, closing the fan and the heating cylinder, opening a box door of the dehydration box, taking out the placing box, and taking out the fruit and vegetable materials;
the adjustable dredging mechanism comprises a reciprocating screw rod, the reciprocating screw rod is rotatably connected to the inside of the dewatering box and is positioned above the placing box, a thread block is connected to the surface of the reciprocating screw rod in a threaded manner, and a mounting box is fixedly connected to the bottom of the thread block;
