In order to overcome the defects that the chicken cutlet is manually cut into small pieces, so that the speed of cutting the chicken cutlet is low, and the waiting time of customers is long, the technical problem to be solved is that: provided is a cutting device for fried chicken which can automatically cut chicken and collect the cut chicken.

Preferably, the pouring mechanism comprises: the middle of one side of the first support frame, which is close to the cutting knife, is rotatably provided with a charging frame; ratchet gears are arranged on two sides of the charging frame; the ratchet bars are arranged on two sides of the cutting knife, and the ratchet bars on the upper side and the lower side are in contact fit with the ratchet gears.
Preferably, the placement mechanism comprises: the top of the first support frame is circumferentially provided with four third support frames at one side far away from the cutting knife; the top of the third support frame is provided with a first movable rod in a sliding manner; the second springs are connected between the first movable rod and the third support frame; place the frame, the frame has been placed to the activity between four third support frame tops, and first movable rod all is connected with placing the frame slip.

3. according to the chicken cutlet feeding device, the cutting knife moves upwards to drive the ratchet bar to move, and then the ratchet bar is meshed with the ratchet gear, so that the feeding frame is turned over, chicken cutlets can be poured into the placing frame, and the cut chicken cutlets are collected through the collecting frame.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3-7, the pouring mechanism 7 comprises a charging frame 71, ratchet gears 72 and ratchet bars 73, the middle of the left part of the first supporting frame 1 is rotatably provided with the charging frame 71, the front side and the rear side of the charging frame 71 are respectively provided with the ratchet gears 72, the front side and the rear side of the cutting knife 4 are respectively provided with the ratchet bars 73, and the ratchet bars 73 on the upper side and the lower side are in contact fit with the ratchet gears 72.
When the cutter 4 drives the ratchet bar 73 to move downwards and cuts the chicken cutlet, the ratchet bar 73 can not drive the ratchet gear 72 to rotate at the moment, and when the chicken cutlet is cut, the cutter 4 drives the ratchet bar 73 to move upwards to reset, and the charging frame 71 is turned right through the engagement of the ratchet bar 73 and the ratchet gear 72, so that the cut chicken cutlet can be poured into the placing mechanism 8.
The placement mechanism 8 comprises a third support frame 81, a first movable rod 82, a second spring 83 and a placement frame 84, wherein four third support frames 81 are circumferentially arranged on the right side of the top of the first support frame 1, the top of the third support frame 81 is provided with a first movable rod 82 in a sliding mode, the first movable rod 82 is connected with the third support frame 81, the second spring 83 is movably placed between the first movable rod 82 and the third support frame 81, the placement frame 84 is movably placed between the top of the four third support frames 81, and the first movable rod 82 is connected with the placement frame 84 in a sliding mode.
After cutting, the chicken cutlet will drop down into the placement frame 84, then the user can move the first movable rod 82 upwards, so that the first movable rod 82 does not clamp the placement frame 84 any more, the second spring 83 deforms, then the user can take down the placement frame 84 and pour out the chicken cutlet therein, after the chicken cutlet is poured out, the user can place the placement frame 84 at a position between the tops of the four third supporting frames 81, then clamp the placement frame 84 through the first movable rod 82, and the second spring 83 resets.

On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 8-13, the device further comprises a prompt mechanism 9, the prompt mechanism 9 comprises a fixed block 91, a third spring 92, a first movable block 93, a second movable rod 94, a fourth spring 95, a support frame 96, a loudspeaker 97, a fifth spring 98, a third movable rod 99 and a second fixed rod 910, wherein the fixed block 91 is symmetrically arranged in front-back on the left upper side of the first support frame 1, the first movable block 93 is slidably connected on the right side of the fixed block 91, the third spring 92 is slidably connected between the first movable block 93 and the fixed block 91, the second movable rod 94 is slidably arranged on the top of the fixed block 91, the fourth spring 95 is slidably connected between the second movable rod 94 and the fixed block 91, the support frame 96 is arranged on the front-back on the left upper side of the first support frame 1, the loudspeaker 97 is slidably connected on the outer side of the bottom of the loudspeaker 97, the fifth spring 98 is slidably connected between the third movable rod 99 and the loudspeaker 97, and the loudspeaker 97 is symmetrically arranged on the front-back of the left side of the second movable rod 94.
In the process that the cutter 4 drives the second fixed rod 910 to move up and down, the second fixed rod 910 is in contact with the first movable block 93, the first movable block 93 is extruded inwards, the third spring 92 is compressed, the first movable block 93 moves leftwards, the second movable rod 94 is jacked upwards, the fourth spring 95 is deformed, the second movable rod 94 moves upwards to extrude the third movable rod 99, the fifth spring 98 is compressed, the loudspeaker 97 sounds at the moment, so that a user can be reminded of waiting for cutting the chicken cutings and finishing the chicken cutings, when the second fixed rod 910 is not in contact with the first movable block 93, the first movable block 93 moves rightwards under the reset action of the third spring 92, the second movable rod 94 is not jacked upwards any more, the fourth spring 95 drives the second movable rod 94 to move downwards to reset, the second movable rod 94 is not in contact with the third movable rod 99, the fifth spring 98 drives the third movable rod 99 to reset, and the loudspeaker 97 does not sound any more at the moment.

The user can paste a layer of oil absorbing paper above the sponge 105, when the cutter 4 drives the third fixed rod 1011 to move downwards, the third fixed rod 1011 contacts with the wedge block 108 and pushes the wedge block 108 to the rear side, so that the third rack moves to the rear side, the sixth spring 1010 is compressed, at this time, the full rack 109 is meshed with the full gear 106, so that the inter-flower shaft 102 rotates, and under the guiding action of the first supporting frame 1, the fourth movable rod 103 drives the upper part of the fourth movable rod 103 to move upwards, and in the process, the charging frame 71 gradually overturns for half a circle, so that when the fourth movable rod 103 drives the fifth movable rod 104 and the sponge 105 to move upwards, the oil absorbing paper on the sponge 105 can absorb oil at the bottom of the charging frame 71, when the third fixed rod 1011 moves upwards and does not contact with the wedge block 108, the full rack 109 moves to the front side under the resetting action of the sixth spring 1010, so that the full gear 106 and the inter-flower shaft 102 are driven to rotate reversely, the fourth fixed rod 111 and the upper part of the fourth movable rod are moved downwards, and the sponge 105 can be replaced every time.
The movable mechanism 11 comprises a fourth fixed rod 111, a seventh spring 112, a second movable block 113, an eighth spring 114 and a fifth fixed rod 115, wherein the fourth fixed rod 111 is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the fifth movable rod 104, the second movable block 113 is arranged on the fourth fixed rod 111 in a sliding mode, the seventh spring 112 is connected between the second movable block 113 and the fourth fixed rod 111, the eighth spring 114 is connected between the fifth movable rod 104 and the fourth movable rod 103, the fifth fixed rod 115 is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the charging frame 71, and the fifth fixed rod 115 is positioned on the outer side of the ratchet gear 72.
When the charging frame 71 is turned over, the fifth fixing rod 115 is driven to rotate, the fifth fixing rod 115 rotates to be in contact with the second movable block 113, and drives the second movable block 113, the fourth fixing rod 111 and the fifth movable rod 104 to move leftwards, so that the sponge 105 moves leftwards, the eighth spring 114 is compressed, when the charging frame 71 discharges chicken in the chicken cutlet, the chicken cutlet cannot be poured onto the sponge 105, when the fifth movable rod 104 cannot move leftwards, the fifth fixing rod 115 presses the second movable block 113 leftwards, so that the second movable block 113 moves leftwards, the seventh spring 112 is compressed, when the fifth fixing rod 115 is no longer in contact with the second movable block 113, the seventh spring 112 drives the second movable block 113 to move rightwards to reset, and under the reset action of the eighth spring 114, the fifth movable rod 104 drives the chicken cutlet not to move rightwards to reset.
The novel rotary table further comprises a beating mechanism 12, the beating mechanism 12 comprises a fourth supporting frame 121, a rotating plate 122 and torsion springs 123, the fourth supporting frame 121 is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the third supporting frame 81, the rotating plate 122 is arranged on the upper side of the fourth supporting frame 121 in a rotating mode, and the torsion springs 123 are connected between the rotating plate 122 and the fourth supporting frame 121.
The user can rotate the rotating plate 122 so that the rotating plate 122 is in contact with the charging frame 71, the torsion spring 123 deforms, and when the user does not apply force to the rotating plate 122, the rotating plate 122 reversely rotates and resets under the resetting action of the torsion spring 123, so that the chicken cutlet in the charging frame 71 can be poured out in an auxiliary manner under the intermittent contact of the rotating plate 122 and the charging frame 71.
