The ginger is an important economic crop, is a main economic income source of farmers and an important way for leading to enrichment, the current ginger combined harvest has low mechanization degree, high labor harvesting cost, high labor intensity and low efficiency, and the manual operation leads the ginger to have high breakage rate, is not beneficial to the storage of the ginger and seriously restricts the development of the ginger industry. The existing mechanical harvesting mainly comprises two categories of digging and seedling pulling, mainly solves the problems of soil loosening and digging technology and does not have a related device for cleaning soil blocks.

The ginger cleaner is simple in structure and ingenious in design, and different gingers can be cleaned through the matching of the two brushes and the two L-shaped screw rods.

As described in the background of the invention, the shortcomings of the prior art are overcome, and in order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a self-propelled ginger combine harvester with a self-adaptive adjusting function.
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying fig. 1-3. As shown in figure 1, the soil cleaning mechanism with the self-propelled ginger combine harvesting function comprises two brush supports 2 which are arranged in bilateral symmetry, the two brush supports 2 are respectively connected to a frame 1 of the ginger combine harvester through a hinge, the angle between the two brush supports 2 is adjusted through two L-shaped lead screws, namely one L-shaped lead screw is connected with one brush support 2, the two L-shaped lead screws are vertically arranged on the frame 1, specifically, a threaded part at the upper end of the L-shaped lead screw with a spring 7 is connected with an ear ring 14 on the frame 1, a bent polished rod end 4 is connected with the brush supports 2, the lower end of the brush supports 2 is provided with a through hole to be connected with two bearings 10, a rotating shaft 8 on a brush 9 is assembled on the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft 8 with one end is connected with a motor 13 through a coupler 12, the rotation of the brush 9 is mainly powered by the motor 13 connected with the coupler 12, the rotation speed and direction are adjusted through the motor 13; the two brushes 9 move towards or away from each other under the drive of the two motors.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in this embodiment, the frame 1 is at an angle to the horizontal, the brush holder 2 includes a horizontal arm connected to the frame 1 and a vertical arm integrally formed with the horizontal arm, the vertical arm extending forward is short, the vertical arm extending rearward is long, and the brush 9 is positioned to be generally parallel to the ground. Two perpendicular arm below of brush support 2 are equipped with multiunit hole site, through bolt and nut connection bearing 11, as 8 rotatory strong points of brush rotation axis, position about the position adjustment of hole site can be changed to bearing 11 to change the upper and lower position of brush 9, help cleaing away the soil on the different centre gripping length gingers.
As shown in fig. 3, the L-shaped lead screw comprises two parts, one part is a vertical rod and the other part is a cross rod, the upper end of the vertical rod is provided with an external thread 5, the cross rod is a polished rod 4 and is connected with an ear ring 10 welded with a brush support, the horizontal polished rod 4 is provided with a pin hole, and a bolt brush is inserted into the pin hole to restrain the support. The part of the external thread 5 is provided with a spring 7, the bottom of the spring 7 is pressed against the lower end cover 15-2, the top of the spring 7 is pressed against the upper end cover 15-1, and two nuts 6 matched with the external thread 15 are arranged above the upper end cover 15-1; there is the through-hole in the middle of the upper and lower end cover, and the through-hole is with the axle center with montant 5, and welded earrings 14 contact in the frame below the lower end cover 15-2, can set for the initial position of brush 8 through swivel nut 6, and the different shape size of ginger can make the spring tensioning or tensile, changes the brush at last around the hinge in certain extent internal rotation, and symmetrical arrangement's brush changes relative position between them along with different ginger, and then realizes the clear soil work of at utmost, effectual protection ginger.

The ginger soil cleaning mechanism with the self-adaptive adjusting function is characterized by comprising two L-shaped lead screws, two brushes and two brush supports, wherein the two brush supports are symmetrically connected to a rack of a ginger combine through hinges, the two brush supports are respectively adjusted in angle with the rack through one L-shaped lead screw, threads are arranged at the upper end of a vertical rod of each L-shaped lead screw, the threads penetrate through lug rings on the rack to be matched with nuts, springs are sleeved on the threaded parts, the tops of the springs are positioned through upper end covers, the bottoms of the springs are positioned through lower end covers, the nuts are arranged at the tops of the upper end covers, a cross rod of each L-shaped lead screw is a polished rod, the cross rod is connected with the lug rings of the brush supports, each cross rod is provided with a pin hole, a bolt is inserted to restrain the brush supports, the L-shaped lead screws are adjusted to move up and down through rotation of the nuts, and then the initial relative positions of the two brushes are adjusted, the lower ends of the two brush supports are provided with through holes which are respectively connected with two bearings, the rotating shaft on the brush is assembled in the bearings, and the rotating shaft is driven by a motor.
2. The ginger soil cleaning mechanism with the self-adaptive adjusting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame is at a certain angle with the horizontal position, and the axes of the two brushes are integrally inclined to be parallel to the ground.

The ginger soil cleaning mechanism with the self-adaptive adjusting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brush support comprises a cross arm and two vertical arms arranged at two ends of the cross arm, a plurality of groups of hole sites are arranged below the two vertical arms, and the hole sites are connected with bearings through bolts and nuts and serve as rotating support points of the brush rotating shaft.
4. The ginger soil cleaning mechanism with the self-adaptive adjusting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two brush supports are identical in structure.
5. The ginger soil cleaning mechanism with the self-adaptive adjusting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the through hole in the center of the upper end cover and the lower end cover is coaxial with the vertical part of the L-shaped screw rod.
6. The ginger soil removing mechanism with the self-adaptive adjusting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the lower end cover is in contact with an earring welded on the frame.
7. The ginger soil cleaning mechanism with the self-adaptive adjusting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein two nuts are provided.
8. A ginger combine harvester, characterized by comprising a ginger soil cleaning mechanism with an adaptive adjustment function according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
