一种信息处理方法,下行控制信息包括第一字段时,第一字段包括(N+2)个比特b0,b1,…,bN+1;根据第一字段确定TB个数L,1≤L≤N;L大于1时,L个TB中能够既有新传TB也有重传TB;第一字段中j个连续比特bk,bk+1,…,bk+j‑1中,只有1个比特的比特状态为1,j‑1个比特的比特状态都为0,j=N+1‑L;k=0,第一字段中bj比特的比特状态为1,且第一字段中L个连续比特bj+1,bj+2,…,bN+1携带L个TB的新数据指示NDI信息;或者,k=L+1,第一字段中bL比特的比特状态为1,且第一字段中L个连续比特b0,b1,…,bL‑1携带L个TB的NDI信息;确定L个TB中每个TB的HARQ进程号;根据L个TB中每个TB的HARQ进程号,每个TB的NDI信息,发送L个TB,或者接收L个TB。减少下行控制信息的指示开销。
