The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-counterfeit labels, and particularly relates to an easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label and a removal method thereof. The anti-counterfeiting label easy to tear off is provided with the folding part arranged on the main paper layer, the folding part is not adhered to the surface paper layer and the release paper layer, the movable adhesive layer is prepared from the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersoid, the aqueous polyacrylic resin and the polyacrylamide, and the easy-to-tear structure is matched with the adhesive layer, so that the label has two functions of easy removal and anti-transfer which are seemingly contradictory to each other, the label is ensured to be easily torn off, and no trace is left on an adhered object after the label is torn off; the label can be bound with an applied object, and has the anti-counterfeiting or traceable function, so that the use characteristic is improved.

The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-counterfeit labels, and particularly relates to an easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label and a removal method thereof.
Background
The anti-counterfeiting label is an anti-counterfeiting label, can be adhered to the surface of a label object or a label object package and an object attachment of the anti-counterfeiting label, and has an anti-counterfeiting function, and comprises a flat anti-counterfeiting label, a reel anti-counterfeiting label, an adhesive anti-counterfeiting label, a 315 anti-counterfeiting label, an electric code anti-counterfeiting label, a digital anti-counterfeiting label and a two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label. In order to achieve the anti-counterfeiting purpose, such as fragile paper labels, lift-off anti-counterfeiting labels, VOID anti-counterfeiting labels and the like appear on the market, but the labels cannot be easily removed, or traces can be remained on the pasted objects after the labels are removed, so that the attractiveness of the original pasted objects is affected, and the labels are not convenient to be directly pasted on some commodity bodies.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label, aiming at solving the technical problems that the anti-counterfeit label in the prior art cannot be easily torn off, or traces can be remained on an application after the anti-counterfeit label is torn off, so that the appearance of the original application is influenced, and the anti-counterfeit label is inconvenient to be directly attached to a commodity body.

the anti-counterfeit label easy to tear off comprises a main paper layer, a surface paper layer arranged above the main paper layer and a release paper layer arranged below the main paper layer, wherein the main paper layer comprises sticking parts at two ends and a folding part positioned between the sticking parts, the main paper layer is only provided with a sticky glue layer and a movable glue layer at the sticking part, the top surface of the sticking part is connected with the surface paper layer through the sticky glue layer, and the bottom surface of the sticking part is connected with the release paper layer through the movable glue layer;
the removable adhesive layer comprises, by weight, 100-150 parts of aqueous polyurethane resin dispersoid, 850-900 parts of aqueous polyacrylic resin and 0.5-1 part of polyacrylamide.

In some embodiments, the tensile strength of the main paper layer is higher than that of the removable adhesive layer, and the tensile strength of the surface paper layer is lower than that of the removable adhesive layer.

In some embodiments, the removable layer is prepared by the following method: stirring and uniformly mixing the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersoid, the aqueous polyacrylic acid resin and the polyacrylamide to obtain colloid, and coating the colloid on the pasting part to form a removable adhesive layer.
The invention also provides a method for removing the easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label, which comprises the following steps of:
s1, removing the removable adhesive layer below the adhesive part at one end;
s2, stretching the surface paper layer, and tearing the surface paper layer to expose the main paper layer;
s3, pulling the main paper layer, and removing the removable adhesive layer below the pasting part at the other end.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the anti-counterfeiting label easy to tear off is provided with the folding part arranged on the main paper layer, the folding part is not adhered to the surface paper layer and the release paper layer, the movable adhesive layer is prepared from the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersoid, the aqueous polyacrylic resin and the polyacrylamide, and the easy-to-tear structure is matched with the adhesive layer, so that the label has two functions of easy removal and anti-transfer which are seemingly contradictory to each other, the label is ensured to be easily torn off, and no trace is left on an adhered object after the label is torn off; the label can be bound with an applied object, and has the anti-counterfeiting or traceable function, so that the use characteristic is improved.

The easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label that this embodiment provided, specific technical scheme is as follows:

1. The anti-counterfeiting label easy to tear is characterized by comprising a main paper layer, a surface paper layer arranged above the main paper layer and a release paper layer arranged below the main paper layer, wherein the main paper layer comprises sticking parts at two ends and a folding part positioned between the sticking parts, the main paper layer is only provided with a sticky glue layer and a removable glue layer at the sticking part, the top surface of the sticking part is connected with the surface paper layer through the sticky glue layer, and the bottom surface of the sticking part is connected with the release paper layer through the removable glue layer;
the removable adhesive layer comprises, by weight, 100-150 parts of aqueous polyurethane resin dispersoid, 850-900 parts of aqueous polyacrylic resin and 0.5-1 part of polyacrylamide.
2. The easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label according to claim 1, wherein the folded portion is in a shape of a "mouth", a grid or a ring in an orthographic projection of the face paper layer.
3. The easy-to-remove anti-counterfeit label according to claim 1, wherein the tensile strength of the main paper layer is higher than that of the removable adhesive layer, and the tensile strength of the face paper layer is lower than that of the removable adhesive layer.
4. The easy-to-remove anti-counterfeit label according to claim 1, wherein the sum of the thicknesses of the adhesive layer and the sticking portion is equal to the thickness of the folding portion.

The easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label according to claim 1, wherein the removable adhesive layer is prepared by the following method: stirring and uniformly mixing the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersoid, the aqueous polyacrylic acid resin and the polyacrylamide to obtain colloid, and coating the colloid on the pasting part to form a removable adhesive layer.
6. The method for removing the easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label is based on the easy-to-tear anti-counterfeit label in claims 1 to 5, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, removing the removable adhesive layer below the adhesive part at one end;
s2, stretching the surface paper layer, and tearing the surface paper layer to expose the main paper layer;
