The defects of different detected objects or different types of defects are irradiated by light with different angles, colors and brightness degrees, the definition and the stereoscopic impression of images obtained by the CCD are improved, and the precision and the stability of a visual detection system are further improved.
The size of the lamp holder 100, the size of the arc-shaped groove and the number of the lamp beads in each sector ring area can be determined according to the size of the detected object. In this embodiment, the number of the B beads 300 and the number of the R beads 400 are both 18, and the number of the G beads 200 is 138.
