Abstract

Although a part of the adhesive on the edge of the adhesive layer 2 is squeezed into the adjacent micro gap 6 and the other part is squeezed out of the edge of the adhesive layer 2, so that the thickness of the edge of the adhesive layer 2 is also thinned, because the micro gap 6 is mainly concentrated at the center of the lower sticking end surface 22, in the process of pressing the adhesive layer 2, the adhesive at the center of the adhesive layer 2 can be better filled into the adjacent micro gap 6 to be finely adjusted compared with the adhesive at the edge of the adhesive layer 2, so that the thickness difference between the edge and the center of the adhesive layer 2 is smaller, the attachable nail plate 4 has better adaptability, the thickness of the whole pressed adhesive layer 2 is more uniform, and the sticking force of the adhesive layer 2 to the surface of the nail 5 is more average, so that the nail 5 of a user feels more comfortable. Alternatively, the concave corrugations 321 'may be provided on the entire upper surface of the second release film layer 32' instead of being concentrated on the center of the upper surface as shown in fig. 8, and the thickness of the edge of the adhesive layer 2 becomes thinner during the attaching process of the attachable nail plate, so that the difference between the thickness of the edge and the thickness of the center of the adhesive layer 2 is larger than the above-mentioned preferred embodiment, but the adaptability of the attachable nail plate is still better than that of the prior art.
It should be noted that, in the process of manufacturing the attachable nail plate 4, the operator needs to tear the first release film layer 31 of the adhesive member 1 and leave the second release film layer 32 as shown in fig. 1, and in order to facilitate the first release film layer 31 to be torn off before the second release film layer 32, the adhesion force between the first release film layer 31 and the upper adhesion end surface 21 of the adhesive layer 2 should be smaller than the adhesion force between the second release film layer 32 and the lower adhesion end surface 22 of the adhesive layer 2. The adhesion force is affected by the two layers of materials adhered together, so the first release film layer 31 and the second release film layer 32 should be made of different materials, and the selection of the material of the release film layers belongs to the conventional technical means in the field. Similarly, in the process of adhering the attachable nail 4 to the surface of the nail 5, the user needs to tear off the second release film 32 on the back of the nail body 41 as shown in fig. 5, and avoid the nail body 41 from separating from the upper adhering end surface 21 of the adhesive layer 2, for this reason, the adhering force between the second release film 32 and the lower adhering end surface 22 of the adhesive layer 2 should be smaller than the adhering force between the nail body 41 and the upper adhering end surface 21 of the adhesive layer 2.
