The wire diameter, the bending radius, the length, the bending direction and the like of the cable assembly in the case have very definite requirements, and the damage of an outer conductor caused by undersize bending radius and secondary bending is prevented in the forming process, so that the once-formed semi-rigid and rigid cables are the key for improving the qualified rate.
The existing cable forming device has certain disadvantages when in use, and the existing cable forming device cannot realize accurate size forming of semi-rigid and rigid cable components when in use; when the existing cable forming device is used, the forming consistency of the cable components in the same batch is low; when the existing cable forming device is used, the cable forming qualification rate is low, and certain influence is brought to practical use.
