9. The method for processing the mixing device for the sodium hyaluronate compound solution capable of being sterilized according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the mixing device comprises: the method comprises the following steps:
a. selecting filtering sterilization or non-filtering sterilization according to the materials to be mixed, and enabling the materials to be mixed to enter from the second feed port (4) to the inner side of the stirring tank body (1) when the materials to be mixed do not need filtering sterilization, and enabling the materials to enter from the first feed port (5) to the inner side of the stirring tank body (1) when the materials to be mixed do not need filtering sterilization;
b. the motor drives the stirring main rod (13) to rotate, the stirring main rod (13) drives the filtering and stirring plate (11) to move, the mixed material on the filter screen (22) is pushed by the filtering and stirring plate (11) to move, and the mixed material sequentially passes through the filter membrane (20), the filter screen (22) and the inner side of the partition plate (14) to filter and sterilize the mixed material;
c. the first gear (19) is meshed with the second gear, the stirring main rod (13) drives the stirring auxiliary rod (17) to rotate through the first gear (19), the stirring auxiliary rod (17) drives the stirring auxiliary plate to move, and meanwhile, the stirring main rod (13) drives the stirring main plate (16) and the scraper (15) to move;
d. hot water is externally connected with the hot water inlet (10), the hot water flows into the inner side of the heat exchange pipe (18) through the hot water inlet (10), and heat is transferred to the inner side of the stirring tank body (1) so as to be convenient for constant-temperature sterilization;
e. the steam inlet (7) is externally connected with steam, the steam is discharged into the inner side of the stirring tank body (1) through the two steam outlets (23), and the heating sterilization temperature is increased;
f. scraper blade (15) motion is struck off agitator tank body (1) inner wall adnexed misce bene, drives second stirring board (24) motion simultaneously, and the effect is mixed in the increase, and elastic deformation takes place in scraper blade (15) and closely contradicts with agitator tank body (1), and rubber (25) are inhaled and vibration is absorbed when striking off.
