Background
The filter press is a general intermittent operation pressure filtration device, and is suitable for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions. The washing filter press mainly comprises a frame, a pressing mechanism, a filtering and washing mechanism (filter plate), a plate pulling mechanism, a hydraulic driving mechanism, an electrical control system and the like, and the working process comprises the steps that a feeding pump conveys solid-liquid mixed materials into each filter chamber from a material hole to perform low-pressure static filtration; filtering particles in the solid-liquid mixture by using a filter cloth to form a filter cake; washing liquid is injected into a water collecting channel of the filter plate from washing holes at the upper corner and the lower corner by a washing pump, filter cakes are subjected to side washing, and filter liquor penetrates through the filter cakes and is discharged from the other filter plate; high-pressure medium fluid is introduced into the diaphragm plate squeezing holes, the diaphragm expands outwards to squeeze water in the filter cake, the aim of reducing the water content of the filter cake and improving the recovery rate of filtrate is fulfilled, and simultaneously, the regeneration of anhydrous filter cloth is realized; the plate pulling device pulls open the filter plate, and the filter cake falls off due to dead weight, so that the intermittent reciprocating cycle work is completed, and the solid-liquid separation process of the filter press is realized.

Furthermore, the matched filter plates are integrally injection-molded by an injection molding machine, the mounted cloth clamping device is removed, the feeding holes of the matched plates are changed into petal-shaped feeding holes, the petals and the feeding holes are integrally molded, four petals are uniformly distributed around the feeding holes and are in smooth transition connection with the feeding holes, the petals are the same in shape and are flush in height, the total height of the petal-shaped feeding holes is slightly lower than the thickness (1-2) mm of the filter plates, and the thickness of the feeding holes is larger than that of the petals; the membrane plate feed holes are tall bosses, gentle slopes are formed around the feed holes and gradually decrease to be level with the filtering surface, the height of the bosses is 1-3 mm lower than the thickness of the filter plate, and the feed holes of the two plates are completely communicated in the same plane, so that a solid-liquid mixture can smoothly pass through the bosses.
Furthermore, the matched filter plate and the membrane matched plate change the arrangement mode and the structural spacing of filter points, no matter which filter point is seen, the filter points and the surrounding filter points form a plum blossom, the filter points are increased, the spacing distance between the filter points is shortened, the time of the washing liquid flowing through the filter surface is shortened, the washing effect is improved, and the washing water consumption is saved by about 20-30 percent.
Furthermore, the matched filter plates are reasonably arranged to increase the number of liquid inlet and outlet holes from the original one to three, so that the circulation speed of filtrate and washing liquid is increased, and the diameter of the water collecting channel is increased along with the increase of the diameter of the water collecting channel so as to adapt to the change of liquid flow, thereby improving the production efficiency of the filter press.

The invention also provides a special white carbon black filter press, which uses the matched filter plates to form an integrated mechanism and consists of a thrust plate, a head and tail anti-corrosion plate, a plurality of matched filter plates, a pressing plate, filter cloth, an opening valve, a closing valve, a hydraulic driving system, a plate pulling system, an electric appliance control system and the like; during feeding, a solid-liquid mixture is conveyed to each cavity through a filter plate feeding hole by the pressure of a pump, solid particles in the solid-liquid mixture are intercepted by filter cloth to form a filter cake, filtrate is discharged from four corner liquid inlet and outlet holes, four corner dark current liquid discharge is realized, and neither volatilization nor leakage is realized; the washing mode is side washing, and the side washing process comprises the following steps: the washing liquid is introduced from one side of the filter plate, penetrates through the filter cake and the filter cloth, is discharged from the side surface of the other adjacent plate, finally flows into the ear hole through the water collecting channel and then is discharged, and the test proves that the washing water is saved and the washing effect is better than that of cross washing; the filter press has good sealing effect, water and time saving in washing and good economic benefit, is consistently good praised by users in the industry, and once becomes a special filtering tool in the field of white carbon black.
The matched filter plate with the ears and the corresponding white carbon black filter press provided by the invention have the advantages of high liquid outlet speed, high filtering and washing efficiency, small occupied area, dry and comfortable filter cakes and the like, the filtering mode of the industry is innovated, the production cost of the industry is reduced, and the economic benefit of the industry is improved.
