In the method for extracting the chenopodium ambrosioides, the impurities of the allergen are effectively reduced by coarse crushing, precipitation and filtration for multiple times, the filtration effect is improved by multiple filtration modes, the method has simple process, is beneficial to industrialized production, and has large extraction amount.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant extraction, in particular to an extraction method for extracting effective components from chenopodium ambrosioides.
Background
Chenopodium ambrosioides is an annual or perennial herb, 50-80 cm high, and has strong fragrance. The stem is upright, and is multi-branched, and the stem has colored strips and blunt edges; branches are usually thin. The blade is rectangular and round, and is in the shape of a needle, the tip of the blade is sharp or tapered, and the edge of the blade is provided with sparse and irregular large saw teeth. Flowers are both sexually and female, usually 3-5 clusters, and originate in the upper axilla. The cygon is oblate and completely covered in the flower quilt. The seeds are transverse or oblique, black or dark red, smooth and glossy. The time of the flowering phase and the fruit phase is long. The whole herb is used as a medicine for treating ascariasis, ancylostomiasis and enterobiasis, and externally used for treating skin eczema and maggot.
