Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品领域,公开了彩色油菜花护手霜及其制备方法。护手霜,包括:彩色油菜花提取物、银耳提取物、山茶籽油、油橄榄果油、牛油果树果脂、甘油、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、丙二醇、卡波姆、黄原胶、尿囊素、精氨酸、季戊四醇四(双‑叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯、硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠、蔗糖多油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、聚丙烯酸钠、月桂醇聚醚‑6、矿油、金盏花香精等。其制备方法,包括将上述组分混合均匀。该护手霜加入天然植物成分,具有补水、锁水及长效保湿的效果,能有效防治手部肌肤干燥皲裂等问题,同时还具有清爽不黏腻,安全性高,不刺激,吸收快,抗炎抗过敏及美白等功能,具有很好的皮肤保湿修复效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体而言,涉及彩色油菜花护手霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
油菜是十字花科芸薹属作物,抗逆性强,国内种植面积超1亿亩,是我国种植面积最大、产量最高的油料作物。我国每年可生产500多万吨的菜籽油,占国内油料作物产油量的41%左右。油菜除了具有榨油的价值,还具有花用、蜜用、菜用、肥用等多重价值,具有很大的发展潜力。
油菜不同提取物中含有的有效成分不同,各自所具有的功能也不同。油菜(芽)提取物含有各种维生素、蛋白质和必须营养元素,可以给皮肤提供所需的营养,补充皮肤新陈代谢所需要的成分,让皮肤恢复活力和光泽。
油菜的菜籽油中含有饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸,主要是由油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等各种成分组成的,且在化妆品和护肤品中的作用又有差异。其中油酸成分在化妆品、护肤品里主要作为清洁剂和柔润剂,能快速渗透皮肤,帮助皮肤牢牢锁住水分和养分,防止皮肤表面水分流失造成皮肤干燥,让皮肤通透莹润;亚油酸具有消炎、去除粉刺和保湿功能,有助于保持皮肤细嫩,防止皮肤干燥和生成色斑;α-亚麻酸(ω-3)具有抗击皮肤慢性炎症,可以大大减缓皮肤细胞的衰老和平复面部皮肤微小皱纹,能有效改善皮肤灰暗状态,还可以抑制痤疮的发生和皮肤过敏。
油菜籽中还含有较多的油菜甾醇、角鲨烯、卵磷脂、维生素E等成分,均可以用在化妆品和护肤品中。其中油菜籽甾醇类为表面活性剂、柔润剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂,同时具有一定的抗炎作用,用作抗炎剂;角鲨烯具有非常强的抗氧化性,能向细胞供应大量氧气恢复细胞活力,提高皮肤的自愈能力,而且角鲨烯与皮脂的成分相同,帮助肌肤建立天然的保护屏障,软化角质,使皮肤柔软光滑,还能有效抑制肌肤的松弛、皱纹,其次角鲨烯能调节肌肤细胞的新陈代谢,促进肌肤更新并修复肌肤损伤,使皮肤匀净光滑;卵磷脂在化妆品、护肤品里主要作用是保湿剂,抗氧化剂,可改善营养效果、湿润效果,又可增加皮肤弹性,降低油腻性,是化妆品的重要添加剂,在护肤膏霜、口红、护发素等高级化妆品中均可使用卵磷脂;维生素E能加快皮肤的新陈代谢,促进血液循环,有加快细胞的修复和再生的功效,有利于祛除色斑。同时还能产生抗自由基的成分,抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素的形成,也能促进维生素C和A的吸收,并帮助细胞更好地吸收外部护肤品的营养成分。
目前较多的是将油菜籽油、油菜花粉提取物等作为化妆品原料。但是到目前为止,很少有将油菜花的提取物作为原料应用于化妆品中,更未见将彩色油菜花提取物应用至化妆品中,而彩色油菜花富含天然的花青素成分,其抗氧化性能远高于常见的维生素C、维生素E等,能够起到增强血管弹性、稳定血压、抗炎、缓解过敏等多种好处。
鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供彩色油菜花护手霜及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的:
第一方面,本发明提供一种彩色油菜花护手霜,其组分按质量百分含量计包括:彩色油菜花提取物0.01-1%、银耳提取物0.09-0.5%、山茶籽油0.01-2%、油橄榄果油0.1-5%、牛油果树果脂0.1-5%、甘油0.1-20%、异壬酸异壬酯0.1-10%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.1-5%、乳化剂0.2-10%、丙二醇0.1-5%、卡波姆0.01-1%、尿囊素0.01-1%、精氨酸0.01-1%、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.01-1%、第一混合料0.1-5%、第二混合料0.1-5%、金盏花香精0.01-1%和水50.2-70%;
所述第一混合料为硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠,蔗糖多油酸酯与水的混合物,硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠含量占所述第一混合料质量的0.18-0.22%,蔗糖多油酸酯含量占所述第一混合料质量的2.3-2.7%;
所述第二混合料为聚丙烯酸钠,矿油与月桂醇聚醚-6的混合物,聚丙烯酸钠的含量占所述第二混合料质量的0.09-0.5%,月桂醇聚醚-6含量占所述第二混合料质量的0.06-0.08%。
在可选的实施方式中,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-5%。
在可选的实施方式中,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:对羟基苯乙酮0.01-1%。
在可选的实施方式中,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物0.1-1%,其中氯苯甘醚占彩色油菜花护手霜质量的0.008-0.012%,苯氧乙醇占彩色油菜花护手霜质量的0.09-0.6%。
在可选的实施方式中,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:黄原胶0.01-1%。
在可选的实施方式中,乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯0.1-5%和鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1-5%。
第二方面,本发明提供如前述实施方式任一项的彩色油菜花护手霜的制备方法,包括将各组分混合均匀。
在可选的实施方式中,将各组分分别分成以下几相,将各相混合均匀:
A相:所述卡波姆、所述甘油、所述尿囊素以及占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量50-60%的水;
B相:所述第一混合料;
C相:所述乳化剂、所述牛油果树果脂、所述辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、所述山茶籽油、所述油橄榄果油、异壬酸异壬酯以及季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯;
D相:所述第二混合料;
E相:所述精氨酸及占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量0.1-5%的水;
F相:所述银耳提取物和水的混合物占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量的0.1-5%;
G相:所述彩色油菜花提取物及占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量0.1-5%的水;
H相:所述丙二醇;
优选地,A相还包括占所述彩色油菜花护手霜含量0.01-1%的黄原胶;
优选地,C相还包括占所述彩色油菜花护手霜含量0.1-5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷;
优选地,F相还包括氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物0.1-1%,其中氯苯甘醚占护手霜质量的0.008-0.012%,苯氧乙醇占护手霜质量的0.09-0.6%;
优选地,H相还包括占所述彩色油菜花护手霜含量0.01-1%的对羟基苯乙酮。
在可选的实施方式中,制备方法包括:
在均质速度1900-2100r/min下,将A相中的粉料依次缓慢地加入水中,再边搅拌边加热,至60-65℃,均质5-8分钟后,继续加热至82-85℃,再加入A相剩余的物料,搅拌至完全溶解后,将B相加入到A相中,充分搅拌均匀,再均质2-5分钟,保温至少15min消毒,消泡;
将C相加热到78-82℃,保温搅拌至完全熔为液体;
在真空条件下,搅拌转速2400-2600r/min,均质速度1900-2100r/min下,C相缓慢加入A相和B相的混合体系中,加完后,提升均质速度到2400-2600r/min,保温至少15min,消泡后开始降温;降温至70-75℃,加入D相,均质2-3分钟至乳化均匀,搅拌降温;
待主锅温度降至55-65℃时加入E相;
待主锅温度降至42-45℃时,依次加入F相物料搅拌至完全均匀,然后加入G相混合均匀,最后加入温度为45-50℃预混后透明的H相混合均匀。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本申请提供的彩色油菜花护手霜,应用于护肤领域可取得较好的效果,特别是将其应用至护手霜中可明显改善手部裂纹、手部粗糙等皮肤问题,相比与黄色油菜花提取物,其效果更好。彩色油菜花提取物尤其是与牛油果树果脂、油橄榄果油、山茶籽油、金盏花香精等相互配合作用,对手部皮肤问题改善效果显著。

本申请实施例提供的一种彩色油菜花护手霜,其组分按质量百分含量计包括:彩色油菜花提取物0.01-1%、银耳提取物0.09-0.5%、山茶籽油0.01-2%、油橄榄果油0.1-5%、牛油果树果脂0.1-5%、甘油0.1-20%、异壬酸异壬酯0.1-10%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.1-5%、乳化剂0.2-10%、丙二醇0.1-5%、卡波姆0.01-1%、尿囊素0.01-1%、精氨酸0.01-1%、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.01-1%、第一混合料0.1-5%、第二混合料0.1-5%、金盏花香精0.01-1%和水50.2-70%;
第一混合料为硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠,蔗糖多油酸酯与水的混合物,硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠含量占第一混合料质量的0.18-0.22%(优选为0.2%),蔗糖多油酸酯含量占第一混合料质量的2.3-2.7%(优选为2.5%);
第二混合料为聚丙烯酸钠,矿油与月桂醇聚醚-6的混合物,聚丙烯酸钠的含量占第二混合料质量的0.09-0.5%(优选为0.4%),月桂醇聚醚-6含量占第二混合料质量的0.06-0.08%(优选为0.07%)。
本申请中所提到的彩色油菜花是指目前已有的非黄色的油菜花;彩色油菜花提取物为水提物。
发明人将彩色油菜花提取物与普通黄色油菜花提取物进行代谢组学分析,发现彩色油菜花的提取物中含有更多的类黄酮、亚油酸及黄酮和黄酮醇生物合成这三个途径的代谢物,这三个途径的代谢物的累积使彩色油菜花提取物比普通黄色油菜花提取物更有价值,应用于护肤领域可取得较好的效果,特别是将其应用至护手霜中可明显改善手部裂纹、手部粗糙等皮肤问题。牛油果树果脂具有一定的去除皱纹、祛斑美白以及保湿的效果,油橄榄果油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和维生素E滋养肤质,可促进血液循环和肌肤新陈代谢,山茶籽油含有一定的皂苷和多种维生素,具有杀菌解毒的作用,可改善因皮肤自身机能下降而导致的水分流失、氧化加剧等问题,金盏花香精具有促进皮肤新陈代谢、镇定皮肤、修复疤痕、抗衰老、消炎杀菌等作用,银耳提取物中主要成分是银耳多糖,银耳多糖有明显抗氧化作用,并具有增强人体细胞免疫和体液免疫的作用,彩色油菜花提取物尤其是与牛油果树果脂、油橄榄果油、山茶籽油、金盏花香精以及银耳提取物等相互配合作用,对手部皮肤问题改善效果显著。
优选地,护手霜中的组分按质量百分含量计还包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-5%。
聚二甲基硅氧烷加入至护手霜中,起到提供润滑性、抗紫外线的和防尘等作用。
优选地,护手霜中的组分按质量百分含量计还包括:对羟基苯乙酮0.01-1%。
对羟基苯乙酮添加至护手霜中起到作为防腐剂的作用,使护手霜具有更长的保质期。
优选地,银耳提取物是以其与水的混合物的形式加入至护手霜中,银耳提取物与水的混合物占护手霜质量的0.1-5%,其中提取物占护手霜质量的0.09-0.5%(优选为0.4%)。
优选地,护手霜中的组分按质量百分含量计还包括:氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物0.1-1%,其中氯苯甘醚占护手霜质量的0.008-0.012%(优选为0.01%),苯氧乙醇占护手霜占护手霜质量的0.09-0.6%(优选为0.5%)。
氯苯甘醚与苯氧乙醇均为化妆品领域中较为常用的防腐剂,抑菌效果好。
优选地,护手霜中的组分按质量百分含量计还包括:黄原胶0.01-1%。
黄原胶在护手霜中主要作为增稠剂,但其同时还具有使化妆品具有保湿和润滑的效果。
进一步地,乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯0.1-5%和鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1-5%。
上述两种乳化剂为目前常见且乳化效果较好的乳化剂,两者配合使用效果更好。
综上,本申请优选的实施例中,彩色油菜花护手霜的配方为:
本申请实施例提供的彩色油菜花护手霜的制备方法,用于制备本申请实施例提供的彩色油菜花护手霜,包括将各组分混合均匀。
制备方法具体为:
首先将各组分分别分成以下几相:
A相:卡波姆、甘油、黄原胶、尿囊素以及占彩色油菜花护手霜质量50-60%的水;
B相:第一混合料;
C相:乳化剂、牛油果树果脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、山茶籽油、油橄榄果油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯以及季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯;
D相:第二混合料;
E相:精氨酸及占彩色油菜花护手霜质量0.1-5%的水;
F相:银耳提取物与水的混合物,氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物,金盏花香精;
G相:彩色油菜花提取物及占彩色油菜花护手霜质量0.1-5%的水;
H相:丙二醇和对羟基苯乙酮。
然后进行混合:
在均质速度1900-2100r/min下,将A相中的粉料依次缓慢地加入水中,再边搅拌边加热,至60-65℃,均质5-8分钟后,继续加热至82-85℃,再加入A相剩余的物料,搅拌至完全溶解后,将B相加入到A相中,充分搅拌均匀,再均质2-5分钟至完全分散均匀,保温至少15min消毒,消泡,备用;
将C相加热到78-82℃,保温搅拌至完全熔为液体,备用;
在真空条件下,搅拌转速2400-2600r/min,均质速度1900-2100r/min下,C相缓慢加入A相和B相的混合体系中,加完后,提升均质速度2400-2600r/min,保温至少15min,消泡后开始降温;降温至70-75℃后,加入D相,均质2-3分钟至乳化均匀,搅拌降温;
待主锅温度降至55-65℃时在2400-2600r/min搅拌速度下,加入提前已经溶为液体的E相;
待主锅温度降至42-45℃时,保持搅拌速度,依次加入F相物料搅拌至完全均匀,然后加入G相混合均匀,最后加入温度为45-50℃预混后透明的H相混合均匀。
需要说明的是,为了保证制得的护手霜具有更好的稳定性,保证彩色油菜花提取物在护手霜中分散均匀,在F相加入之前,还包括将彩色油菜花提取物溶于水搅拌加热溶解后,600目滤网过滤后,将滤液过滤后投入主锅中参与混合。
各项均投入均质锅内混合均匀后停止加热,继续搅拌冷却至室温后,取样,检测,合格后,过滤出料。需要说明的是,可根据制得的护手霜的实际情况补加一定份量的去离子水,此过程注意避免产生过多气泡。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
下述各实施例中,第一混合料中硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠质量百分含量为0.2%,蔗糖多油酸酯质量百分含量为2.5%;第二混合料中聚丙烯酸钠质量百分含量为0.4%,月桂醇聚醚-6质量百分含量为0.07%。
实施例1
本申请实施例提供的油菜花护手霜,其配方为:
极血红色油菜花提取物0.5%、银耳提取物与水的混合物2%(其中银耳提取物0.1%,水1.9%)、山茶籽油0.01-2%、油橄榄果油0.1-5%、牛油果树果脂0.1-5%、甘油10%,异壬酸异壬酯5%,甘油硬脂酸酯2%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2%,鲸蜡硬脂醇2%,丙二醇2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,卡波姆0.5%,黄原胶0.1%,尿囊素0.5%,精氨酸0.5%,季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.5%,香精0.5%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5%,第一混合料2%,第二混合料2%,氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物0.5%(其中氯苯甘醚0.01%、苯氧乙醇0.4%、甘油0.09%),余量为水。
制备方法为:
将上述组分分为以下几相:
A相:卡波姆、甘油、黄原胶、尿囊素以及占彩色油菜花护手霜质量50%的水;
B相:第一混合料;
C相:乳化剂、牛油果树果脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、山茶籽油、油橄榄果油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯以及季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯;
D相:第二混合料;
E相:精氨酸及占彩色油菜花护手霜质量4.9%的水;
F相:银耳提取物与水的混合物、氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物、金盏花香精;
G相:彩色油菜花提取物及占彩色油菜花护手霜质量5%的水;
H相:丙二醇和对羟基苯乙酮。
在均质速度2000r/min下,将A相中的粉料依次缓慢地加入水中,再边搅拌边加热,至62℃,均质7分钟后,继续加热至83℃,再加入A相剩余的物料,搅拌至完全溶解后,将B相加入到A相中,充分搅拌均匀,再均质3分钟至完全分散均匀,保温15min消毒,消泡,备用;
将C相加热到80℃,保温搅拌至完全熔为液体,备用;
在真空条件下,搅拌转速2500r/min,均质速度2000r/min下,C相缓慢加入A相和B相的混合体系中,加完后,提升均质速度2500r/min,保温15min,消泡后开始降温;降温至72℃后,加入D相,均质2分钟至乳化均匀,搅拌降温;
待主锅温度降至60℃时在2500r/min搅拌速度下,加入提前已经溶为液体的E相;
待主锅温度降至43℃时,保持搅拌速度,依次加入H相物料搅拌至完全均匀,然后加入F相混合均匀,最后加入温度为48℃预混后透明的G相混合均匀。
各项均投入均质锅内混合均匀后停止加热,继续搅拌冷却至室温后,取样,检测,合格后,过滤出料。
实施例2
本实施例的制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于,组分含量不同,具体为:
深粉色油菜花提取物0.1%、银耳提取物与水的混合物2%(其中银耳提取物0.5%、水1.5%)、山茶籽油0.01-2%、油橄榄果油0.1-5%、牛油果树果脂0.1-5%、甘油0.1%、异壬酸异壬酯10%、甘油硬脂酸酯5%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1%、丙二醇5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷5%、卡波姆1%、黄原胶0.01%、尿囊素1%、精氨酸0.01%、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯1%、香精0.01%、对羟基苯乙酮1%、第一混合料0.1%、第二混合料0.5%,氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物1%(其中氯苯甘醚0.01%、苯氧乙醇0.05%、甘油0.04%)、余量为水。
实施例3
本实施例的制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于,组分含量不同,具体为:
极紫色油菜花提取物1%、银耳提取物与水的混合物2%(其中银耳提取物0.4%、水1.6%)、山茶籽油0.01-2%、油橄榄果油0.1-5%、牛油果树果脂0.1-5%、甘油20%、异壬酸异壬酯0.1%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.1%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇5%、丙二醇0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1%、卡波姆0.01%、黄原胶1%、尿囊素0.01%、精氨酸1%、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.01%、香精1%、对羟基苯乙酮0.01%、第一混合料5%、第二混合料0.1%,氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物0.1%(其中氯苯甘醚0.01%、苯氧乙醇0.05%、甘油0.04%)、余量为水。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于:本对比例采用相同量的黄色油菜花提取物。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于:将彩色油菜花提取物以等量去离子水替换。
实验例1
分析彩色油菜花和黄色油菜花中有效成分,将类黄酮、亚油酸及黄酮和黄酮醇生物合成这三个途径的代谢物含量情况记录至下表中。

通过表1可看出,彩色油菜的提取物中含有更多的类黄酮、亚油酸及黄酮和黄酮醇生物合成这三个途径的代谢物,这三个途径的代谢物的累积使彩色油菜花提取物比普通黄色油菜花提取物更有价值。
实验例2
挑选100名手部肌肤有皲裂症状的人员作为实验志愿者,各自平均分成5组进行实验,5组分别使用实施例1-3和对比例1、2的产品。实验具体内容为:志愿者每天早晚清洗干净双手后,在手部涂抹护手霜,5-10分钟,试用两周,实验结果统计如下:

通过表2可看出,本申请实施例提供的护手霜,可明显改善手部肌肤问题。将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3与对比例1对比,虽然对比例1也对手部肌肤问题有改善效果,但是从统计结果可看出其改善效果明显差于实施例1、实施例2和实施例3,说明彩色油菜花的提取物相对于黄色油菜花的提取物对于皮肤的改善效果更好。将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3与对比例2对比可看出,对比例2虽然对皮肤问题有改善效果,但是明显差于实施例1、实施例2和实施例3,说明在护手霜中添加彩色油菜花的提取物可显著提高护手霜对皮肤的改善效果。
综上,本申请提供的彩色油菜花护手霜,应用于护肤领域可取得较好的效果,特别是将其应用至护手霜中可明显改善手部裂纹、手部粗糙等皮肤问题,相比与黄色油菜花提取物,其效果更好。彩色油菜花提取物尤其是与牛油果树果脂、油橄榄果油、山茶籽油、金盏花香精等相互配合作用,对手部皮肤问题改善效果显著。

Claims (9)
1.一种彩色油菜花护手霜,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分含量计包括:彩色油菜花提取物0.01-1%、银耳提取物0.09-0.5%、山茶籽油0.01-2%、油橄榄果油0.1-5%、牛油果树果脂0.1-5%、甘油0.1-20%、异壬酸异壬酯0.1-10%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.1-5%、乳化剂0.2-10%、丙二醇0.1-5%、卡波姆0.01-1%、尿囊素0.01-1%、精氨酸0.01-1%、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.01-1%、第一混合料0.1-5%、第二混合料0.1-5%、金盏花香精0.01-1%和水50.2-70%,
所述第一混合料为硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠,蔗糖多油酸酯与水的混合物,硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠含量占所述第一混合料质量的0.18-0.22%,蔗糖多油酸酯含量占所述第一混合料质量的2.3-2.7%;
所述第二混合料为聚丙烯酸钠,矿油与月桂醇聚醚-6的混合物,聚丙烯酸钠的含量占所述第二混合料质量的0.09-0.5%,月桂醇聚醚-6含量占所述第二混合料质量的0.06-0.08%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩色油菜花护手霜,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的彩色油菜花护手霜,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:对羟基苯乙酮0.01-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的彩色油菜花护手霜,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物0.1-1%,其中氯苯甘醚占彩色油菜花护手霜质量的0.008-0.012%,苯氧乙醇占彩色油菜花护手霜质量的0.09-0.6%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的彩色油菜花护手霜,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分含量计还包括:黄原胶0.01-1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的彩色油菜花护手霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯0.1-5%和鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1-5%。
7.如权利要求1或6所述的彩色油菜花护手霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各组分混合均匀。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备的方法,其特征在于,将各组分分别分成以下几相,将各相混合均匀:
A相:所述卡波姆、所述甘油、所述尿囊素以及占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量50-60%的水;
B相:所述第一混合料;
C相:所述乳化剂、所述牛油果树果脂、所述辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、所述山茶籽油、所述油橄榄果油、异壬酸异壬酯以及季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯;
D相:所述第二混合料;
E相:所述精氨酸及占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量0.1-5%的水;
F相:所述银耳提取物和水的混合物,该混合物占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量的0.1-5%、所述金盏花香精;
G相:所述彩色油菜花提取物及占所述彩色油菜花护手霜质量0.1-5%的水;
H相:所述丙二醇;
优选地,A相还包括占所述彩色油菜花护手霜含量0.01-1%的黄原胶;
优选地,C相还包括占所述彩色油菜花护手霜含量0.1-5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷;
优选地,F相还包括氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇与甘油的混合物0.1-1%,其中氯苯甘醚占护手霜质量的0.008-0.012%,苯氧乙醇占护手霜质量的0.09-0.6%;
优选地,H相还包括占所述彩色油菜花护手霜含量0.01-1%的对羟基苯乙酮。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法包括:
在均质速度1900-2100r/min下,将A相中的粉料依次缓慢地加入水中,再边搅拌边加热,至60-65℃,均质5-8分钟后,继续加热至82-85℃,再加入A相剩余的物料,搅拌至完全溶解后,将B相加入到A相中,充分搅拌均匀,再均质2-5分钟,保温至少15min消毒,消泡;
将C相加热到78-82℃,保温搅拌至完全熔为液体;
在真空条件下,搅拌转速2400-2600r/min,均质速度1900-2100r/min下,C相缓慢加入A相和B相的混合体系中,加完后,提升均质速度到2400-2600r/min,保温至少15min,消泡后开始降温;降温至70-75℃,加入D相,均质2-3分钟至乳化均匀,搅拌降温;
待主锅温度降至55-65℃时加入E相;
待主锅温度降至42-45℃时,依次加入F相物料搅拌至完全均匀,然后加入G相混合均匀,最后加入温度为45-50℃预混后透明的H相混合均匀。
