Detailed Description
Features and exemplary embodiments of various aspects of the present invention will be described in detail below, and in order to make objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely intended to provide a better understanding of the present invention by illustrating examples of the present invention.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone.
In order to meet industries that have strict requirements on data security and network quality, such as medical, education, public security, etc., 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) introduces a technology of Non-public networks (NPN) to provide low latency and high reliability requirements and support services such as a fifth Generation mobile communication network (5G) local area network.
Non-public networks are commonly used for private entities, such as enterprises, and may be deployed for various configurations using virtual and physical elements.
After the non-public Network is deployed, one or more Network Slice (Network Slice) instances are allocated to User Equipment (UE) to implement the application of the non-public Network.
Common deployment forms for non-public networks are:
independent non-Public networks (SNPN), i.e. independently constructed and operated by NPN operators, do not rely on Network functions provided by Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs).
A non-Public Network implemented and deployed in a PLMN, which is a Public Network Integrated NPN (Public Network Integrated NPN), or a "Public Network Integrated NPN".
At present, since a user device which is not authorized to use the non-public network can also request or attempt to access the non-public network when entering a cell providing the non-public network, although the core network device can check the unauthorized user device and refuse the unauthorized user device to access the non-public network, the request or attempt of the unauthorized user device to access the non-public network would cause waste of wireless resources of the non-public network and also cause adverse effects on services of the authorized user of the non-public network. Especially when the number of concurrent requests of the unauthorized user equipment is large, the service of the unauthorized user of the public network is influenced.
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a network configuration method, apparatus, device, and computer storage medium. To describe the embodiment of the present invention more clearly, before introducing the network configuration method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the following first briefly describes the network slice management framework shown in fig. 1.
Wherein, in a Communication Service Management Function (CSMF) of a 5G Core Network (5G Core Network, 5GC), the Network Slice Management Function (NSMF) may further include: a wireless sub-Slice Management Function (NSSMF), a core Network sub-Slice Management Function (NSSMF), and a bearer Network sub-Slice Management Function (NSSMF).
In order to realize the control of the user equipment to Access the non-public network, a Closed Access Group (CAG) implementation may be selected. By adding a CAG Management Function (CMF) to the communication service Management Function.
Wherein, the CMF can at least realize the following functions: the CAG is allocated and managed by performing the addition, deletion and modification of CAG identification (CAG ID), the configuration of CAG attributes and the like; the CAG user management is realized through adding, deleting, modifying, inquiring and the like of the CAG user.
Wherein the CAG ID is unique within the range of its home PLMN ID, the CAG ID may be used to identify a group of users allowed to access one or more CAG cells associated with the CAG, and only user equipment subscribed to the relevant CAG is allowed to access the cell, so as to prevent user equipment not allowed to access the NPN from automatically selecting and accessing the NPN cell.
Wherein, the CAG ID is unique within the range of its home PLMN ID, and can be used to identify a group of users allowed to access one or more CAG cells associated with the CAG, and only the user equipment subscribed to the concerned CAG is allowed to access the cell, so as to prevent the user equipment not allowed to access NPN from automatically selecting and accessing NPN cells.
In some embodiments, when a user device subscribes to an NPN network service, an operator may configure a network slice of PNI-NPN for the user by:
first, the CSMF receives SLA information of the NPN user, which may include: coverage requirements, isolation requirements, downlink/uplink throughput requirements, latency requirements, etc. within a particular geographic area.
The CSMF then translates the received SLA information into SLA requirements, i.e. service and network requirements derived from the SLA, and SLA into a solution to the SLA requirements.
Then, the NSMF determines the requirements of the wireless part, the core network part and the bearing network part according to the NPN SLA requirement converted by the CSMF, and the requirements are respectively provided for the corresponding NSSMFs; and, determining, by the NSMF, to reconfigure based on the existing NSI or create a new NSI for the NPN.
Finally, NSMF allocates NSI for PNI-NPN.
According to the steps, after the network slice is configured for the user equipment, the association relationship between the CAG and the network slice, namely the CAG ID and the NSSAI (S-NSSAI set) associated with the CAG ID, can be sensed and stored through the CMF. Wherein, the association relationship between the CAG and the network slice can be used as the attribute 30 of the CAG
In order to facilitate access of an authorized user equipment to the NPN and avoid an unauthorized user equipment from initiating an access request, in the embodiment of the present invention, after a network slice is configured for the user equipment for the first time, the core network equipment may perform the following steps as shown in fig. 2:
s210, acquiring incidence relation information of a network access identifier and a slice information set corresponding to user equipment; and sending storage capability query information to the user equipment.
The storage capacity query information is sent to the user equipment, and the user equipment can feed back the storage capacity feedback information according to the storage capacity query information.
In some embodiments, after the user equipment subscribes to the PNI-NPN, the 5GC may update the CAG and slice configuration information of the user equipment after receiving the CAG and slice configuration information of the user equipment sent by the CMF, where the configuration information may include an association relationship between the CAG and the network slice.
Before initiating the configuration updating process, the core network equipment sends storage capacity query information to the user equipment, so that the user equipment feeds back storage capacity feedback information according to the storage capacity query information.
S220 may be performed next.
And S220, receiving the storage capacity feedback information.
If the storage capability feedback information includes that the user equipment has the storage capability of storing the association relationship information between the network access identifier and the slice information set, the core network device may execute S230.
As a specific example, after receiving the storage capability query information sent by the core network device, if the user device has a capability of "saving the association relationship between the CAG and the network slice", the user device sends a feedback information to the core network device, where the feedback information includes "saving the association relationship between the CAG and the network slice" supported by the user device. After receiving the feedback information of the user equipment, the core network device may send a configuration update instruction to the user equipment.
In one example, the 5GC first updates the CAG and slice configuration information of the user equipment in a Unified Data Management Function (UDM), and then triggers a configuration update procedure of the user equipment according to a configuration update instruction of the UDM by an Access and Mobility Management entity Function (AMF).
Triggering the configuration updating process of the user equipment, and executing the step S230 by the core network equipment.
And S230, sending a configuration updating instruction to the user equipment.
In some embodiments, the configuration update instruction includes association information of a network access identifier and a slice information set, and may be used for the user equipment to store the association information of the network access identifier and the slice information set.
The configuration update instruction is sent to the user equipment, and the configuration update instruction can be used for instructing the user equipment to store the association relationship information of the network access identifier and the slice information set.
In some embodiments, the configuration update instruction may further include Network Slice Selection Assistance Information (NSSAI) corresponding to the user equipment, a CAG ID list, and a CAG-Only indication, where CAG-Only indicates whether access to the 5G core Network is allowed Only through a CAG cell. The CAG list (Allowed CAG list) may include 0 or more CAG-IDs.
In some embodiments, the core network device executes S230, and when sending the configuration update instruction to the user equipment, may first obtain a connection state of the user equipment; and when the connection state is the connection state, sending storage capacity query information to the user equipment. To determine if the user equipment has the capability to "save CAG to network slice association".
In some embodiments, the user equipment may receive storage capability query information sent by the core network device; and feeding back storage capacity feedback information according to the storage capacity query information, wherein the storage capacity feedback information comprises the storage capacity of the user equipment for storing the incidence relation information of the network access identification and the slice information set.
In some embodiments, if the connection state of the user equipment acquired by the core network device is an idle state, the core network device may send storage capability query information to the user equipment after waiting for the user equipment to become a connection state.
In some embodiments, the user equipment receives a configuration update instruction sent by the core network equipment, where the configuration update instruction includes association relationship information between a network access identifier corresponding to the user equipment and a slice information set; and storing the incidence relation information of the network access identification and the slice information set. That is to say, on the user equipment subscribing to PNI-NPN, a CAG information list (CAG information list) may be maintained, where the CAG information list may include 0 or more CAG information entities, and each entity may include: PLMN ID, Allowed CAG list (Allowed CAG list), 0 or more CAG-IDs. Optionally, a CAG-only indication may be included in the CAG information list, where the CAG-only indication is used to indicate whether access to the 5G core network is allowed only through the CAG cell.
In some embodiments, after the ue completes storing the association relationship information between the network access identifier and the slice information set, it may send feedback information that the ue completes configuration and update to the core network device. After receiving the feedback information of the updated configuration of the user equipment, the core network device may correspondingly update the configuration state of the user equipment internally, for example, update "the updated slice configuration of the user equipment" in the UDM.
In some embodiments, since the user equipment is in a connected state, the core Network device may further determine whether a Network slice accessed by the current user equipment is included in association relationship information between a Network Access identifier and a slice information set stored in the user equipment, and when the association relationship information between the Network Access identifier and the slice information set stored in the user equipment includes a Network slice connected to the current user equipment, the core Network device may not release AN Access Network (AN) of the current user equipment.
And when the incidence relation information of the network access identification and the slice information set stored by the user equipment does not comprise the network slice connected with the current user equipment, releasing the network connection of the user equipment and the network slice connected with the current user equipment so as to be used for the user equipment to reinitiate the network access request.
According to the network configuration method described in the embodiment of the present invention, after the user equipment completes configuration according to the configuration update instruction, the user equipment may reinitiate the network access request, and as shown in fig. 3, the user equipment may perform S310 to S320.
S310, network access information of the current cell is obtained.
The network access information may include a network access identifier of an accessible non-public network of the current cell.
It can be understood that after the user equipment completes configuration according to the configuration update instruction, if there is no network requirement, it may not request to access the network, and when there is a network requirement, it may initiate a network access request.
In some embodiments, a base station providing PNI-NPN access, e.g., a 5G base station (gNB), will broadcast a message in the SIB that includes a network selection message for the user equipment. For example: the PLMN ID.
In some embodiments, each PLMN ID may correspond to a list of CAG IDs, which may be used to identify a list of cells that may provide the PNI-NPN with access, each CAG ID corresponding to a readable network name, and in one example, the user may also manually select the PNI-NPN at the user device. Thus, when a user equipment is in a CAG cell, one or more CAG identities (CAG IDs) may be configured and broadcast in accordance with the cell, wherein a CAG ID is unique within the range of its home PLMN ID.
When the ue in the current cell can know the accessible non-public network of the cell according to the broadcast message, and the ue needs to access the non-public network, S320 is executed.
S320, according to the network access identification which can be accessed to the non-public network, a network access request is sent to the core network equipment.
The network access request comprises a slice information set corresponding to the network access identifier, and the slice information set is used for the core network equipment to configure a network for the user equipment according to the network access request.
In some embodiments, the network access request of the user equipment may be set to Mobility Registration Update (Mobility Registration Update).
After receiving the network access request of the user equipment, the core network device may perform S330-S340:
s330, receiving a network access request of User Equipment (UE), wherein the network access request comprises a slice information set corresponding to a network access identifier.
S340, configuring a network for User Equipment (UE) according to the network access request.
Because the network access request comprises the slice information set corresponding to the network access identifier, the core network device can directly determine that the user equipment is authorized according to the network access request, and can more conveniently configure the network slice connected with the user equipment to the user equipment, thereby effectively enhancing the network slice selection and access functions.
In one example, even if the user equipment is also subscribed to other access networks, for example: the SNPN may also use the network configuration method described in the embodiment of the present invention in the user equipment, where the switching of the accessibility and mobility of each type of User Equipment (UE) in the NPN related cell may be as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002736927140000111
In the network configuration method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the core network device may obtain association relationship information between the network access identifier corresponding to the user equipment and the slice information set, and may then send storage capability query information to the user equipment. When the received storage capability feedback information of the user equipment comprises the storage capability of the user equipment for storing the incidence relation information of the network access identification and the slice information set, the core network equipment can send a configuration updating instruction to the user equipment so that the user equipment stores the incidence relation information of the network access identification and the slice information set included in the configuration updating instruction, and when the user equipment has the requirement of accessing a non-public network, the slice information set corresponding to the network access identification can be carried in the information of the access request, so that the core network equipment can directly configure the network slice for the user terminal equipment according to the request information of the user terminal equipment, therefore, the network configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention enhances the selection and access functions of the network slice, and effectively avoids the request of the non-authorized user terminal equipment or tries to access the non-public network, non-public network radio resources are saved.
