A connector, characterized by: the tongue piece assembly is inserted into the socket (1) and comprises a main tongue piece (2) and an auxiliary tongue piece (3) inserted into the main tongue piece (2), a socket inner slot (11) is formed in the socket (1), and the main tongue piece (2) is detachably inserted into the socket inner slot (11); wherein, at least two groups of main tongue piece terminal holes (24) are arranged in the main tongue piece (2), the auxiliary tongue piece (3) is positioned between the two groups of main tongue piece terminal holes (24), a group of auxiliary tongue piece terminal holes (31) are arranged on the auxiliary tongue piece (3), and each main tongue piece terminal hole (24) respectively comprises a main tongue piece front opening (24C), a main tongue piece side opening (24B) and a main tongue piece tail opening (24A); the auxiliary tongue piece terminal holes (31) respectively comprise an auxiliary tongue piece front opening (31C), an auxiliary tongue piece side opening (31B) and an auxiliary tongue piece tail opening (31A); each of the plurality of terminals is provided with a positioning protrusion (41), each of the plurality of terminals (4) is inserted into the main tongue terminal hole (24) and the auxiliary tongue terminal hole (31), and the positioning protrusions (41) of the plurality of terminals are embedded into the corresponding main tongue side opening (24B) or auxiliary tongue side opening (31B).
