The distribution service provides convenience for people, and particularly the appearance of the instant distribution service meets the consumption requirements of people on high timeliness and convenience. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a distribution business scenario shown in this specification according to an exemplary embodiment, a business platform built by a business party may provide services to a commodity supplier, a distributor and a commodity requester, and specifically, the business party may provide clients respectively facing the commodity supplier, the distributor and the commodity requester to provide the services through the clients. Wherein, the goods supplier provides the delivered objects, and the delivered objects can be the goods such as food, living goods or medicine; the commodity requesting party requests the delivered object in the form of placing an order; the delivery party is a party that delivers the delivered object from the commodity supplier to the commodity requester.
The above-mentioned distribution parties may also be referred to as distribution capacity, i.e. mechanical equipment and/or personnel engaged in distribution transportation, e.g. in takeaway distribution business, distribution capacity may include riders, distribution drones, etc. The goods supplier needs to establish a business relationship with the transportation capacity service supplier, that is, the transportation capacity is acquired from the transportation capacity service supplier, so as to distribute the goods provided by the goods supplier through the acquired transportation capacity. The transportation capacity service provider is a party integrating and scheduling the delivery transportation capacity, and the transportation capacity service provider can be a business party, and also can be an agent party which receives the entrustment of the business party and provides the delivery transportation capacity for the commodity provider. In practical applications, the goods supplier may collect and distribute the transportation capacity from the transportation capacity service supplier by itself, or may collect and distribute the transportation capacity from the transportation capacity service supplier through a BD (Business Development), that is, the transportation capacity service requester corresponding to the transportation capacity service supplier may be the goods supplier or the BD.
After the goods supplier is parked in the service platform, the distribution capacity can be acquired from the capacity service supplier, however, since the goods supplier generally acquires the goods according to subjective will, the supply capacity of the acquired distribution capacity may reach the limit, which leads to the situation that the capacity is insufficient in the fulfillment link after the acquisition is completed, and further the fulfillment quality cannot be ensured.
Based on this, the embodiments of the present specification provide a capacity scheduling scheme to solve the above problems. The following provides a detailed description of examples of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a capacity scheduling method for scheduling delivery capacity sets for goods suppliers in a target business district according to an exemplary embodiment, where a delivery capacity set includes at least one delivery capacity for delivering goods provided by a goods supplier to a goods requester;
because the business activity ranges of the commodity suppliers generally have certain geographic boundaries, relatively stable business circles can be divided according to the business activity ranges of the commodity suppliers. The business circle is composed of a grid and comprises a plurality of commodity suppliers. The target business circle mentioned in this embodiment may be any business circle covered by the business of the business party. Generally, in order to improve the distribution efficiency, the transportation service provider sets several distribution sites for each business district, and each distribution site is responsible for the distribution of orders in the corresponding business district. The delivery capacity of each delivery site may be a single delivery capacity set, although in some larger delivery sites, the delivery capacities included therein may be grouped into two or more delivery capacity sets. The delivery capacity set mentioned in this embodiment may also be referred to as a capacity team, which is a grouping unit of capacity service providers after grouping delivery capacities.
In the related art, a merchant generally establishes a commercial relationship with a certain transportation team by virtue of subjective will, and thus the transportation supply may not reach the balance between supply and demand, for example, a new store initiates a purchase after entering a residence, and establishes a commercial relationship with a transportation team in the current business district, but since the supply capacity of the transportation team has reached the limit, no more orders can be accepted, and therefore, the new demand brought by the new store easily causes the transportation team to have a delivery delay, and further causes the performance quality of the transportation team to be reduced. The method of the embodiment can provide reasonable decision basis for the commodity supplier in the purchasing link by combining the current regional transportation capacity supply condition.
The method of the embodiment can be applied to a server of a capacity service provider, and the method comprises the following steps:
step 201, receiving a delivery capacity scheduling request sent by a client of a capacity service requester, wherein the delivery capacity scheduling request carries a target delivery amount of a target commodity supplier in a preset time period;
the transportation capacity service requester mentioned in this step may be the target goods supplier itself, or a party who takes a transportation capacity service of the target goods supplier, such as a BD or a business party. When a target commodity supplier is newly located in a service platform of a service party or needs to replace a delivery capacity set during operation, a delivery capacity scheduling request can be sent to the delivery capacity service supplier through a client of the delivery capacity service requester so as to request for acquiring proper delivery capacity.
In this embodiment, the preset time period corresponding to the delivery capacity scheduling request may reflect the time period in which the target commodity supplier needs to deliver the capacity set to deliver the commodities, so that when the target delivery capacity set is subsequently determined, the delivery capacity set in which the delivery time period includes the time period may be screened out, that is, a part of unsuitable delivery capacity sets are removed, for example, if the capacity demand period of a commodity supplier is seven pm to ten pm, the delivery capacity set in which the delivery time period does not include a period from seven pm to ten pm or the intersection time with the period does not satisfy the preset condition may be considered as the delivery capacity set, and may be directly ignored when the unsuitable delivery capacity set is subsequently determined, to reduce the computational effort. The preset condition may be set according to the needs of a specific scenario, for example, the preset condition may be that the ratio of the intersection time to the delivery time period is greater than one half, or the intersection time exceeds one hour, and the like. The predetermined time period may be a time period specified by the target merchandise supplier, and in an alternative embodiment, the predetermined time period may be any time period of the day, such as eight o 'clock half a morning to five o' clock half an afternoon; in another alternative embodiment, the preset time period may be a time period divided by a unit time, and the unit time may be 1 hour, such as eight to nine hours, nine to ten hours, or the unit time may be half an hour, 2 hours, or the like.
The target delivery amount mentioned in this step may be regarded as a demand amount of the target commodity supplier for delivery capacity in a preset time period, and may alternatively be obtained based on an estimated value of an order amount submitted by the target commodity supplier for the preset time period, and/or based on historical order data of similar commodity suppliers of the target commodity supplier, wherein the commodities provided by the similar commodity suppliers may be the same or similar to the commodities provided by the target commodity supplier. For example, a merchant camps on a service platform and initiates a purchase, the client of the merchant or the client of the BD may obtain an estimated value of the order amount of the merchant in the preset time period, and obtain the order amount of the same merchant in the preset time period by using the historical order data of the same merchant of the merchant, and then obtain the target distribution amount in an average or weighted average manner. Therefore, the demand of the target commodity supplier for the delivery capacity can be accurately obtained, and a good foundation is laid for realizing the balance of the supply and demand of the capacity. Of course, in other embodiments, the similar goods suppliers of the target goods supplier may also be the goods suppliers whose straight-line distance to the target goods supplier is less than the preset distance, such as the merchants on the same street with the target goods supplier, or the goods suppliers of the target goods supplier in other business circles, such as the same-brand branch of the target goods supplier in other business circles, and the like, which is not limited in this specification.
Step 202, determining a target delivery capacity set for delivering for the target commodity supplier based on the target delivery capacity and the delivery allowance of each delivery capacity set in the preset time period; the distributable surplus of one distribution capacity set in the preset time period is determined based on the distributable total quantity of the distribution capacity set in the preset time period and the scheduled distribution quantity; the scheduled delivery volume is the delivery volume of the delivery capacity set to other commodity suppliers except the target commodity supplier in the target business circle;
the total distributable amount of the distribution capacity set in the preset time period can be regarded as the total supply capacity of the distribution capacity set in the preset time period, and can be determined according to the distributable amount of each distribution capacity in the distribution capacity set in the preset time period. For example, if a delivery capacity set includes 3 delivery capacities, the deliverable amounts of the 3 delivery capacities in a preset time period are 4 units, 5 units and 6 units respectively, then the total deliverable amount of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period is 15 units. In some examples, the deliverable amount of a delivery capacity over a preset time period may be based on historical manifest data for the delivery capacity and/or an estimate of the deliverable amount submitted by the delivery capacity for the preset time period. The historical waybill data is the data of the waybill with the completed distribution capacity, and can reflect the supply capacity of the distribution capacity to a certain extent, and the estimation value submitted by the distribution capacity is the data reported by the distribution capacity according to the actual situation of the distribution capacity, and can also reflect the supply capacity of the distribution capacity. Therefore, according to at least one of the two data, the number of orders that can be delivered in the preset time period of each delivery capacity can be determined, and the total amount of delivery of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period can be further determined.
Besides the distributable amount of the distribution capacity in the preset time period, the distributable total amount of the distribution capacity set in the preset time period can be calculated according to other capacity factors. Taking the delivery capacity as a rider for example, the total deliverable amount of the team can be calculated according to the rider effect, the number of riders, the rider delivery time, the team business hours, and the like, wherein the rider effect can be expressed as the deliverable amount of the rider per hour in the delivery time thereof. Some riders may still be delivered in a part-time manner before the team business hours begin or after the team business hours end, i.e., the rider delivery times may also include times other than team business hours, e.g., a rider's delivery time is eight morning to nine evening hours, and the team's team business hours for the rider is nine morning to six evening hours, and the rider's delivery times include eight morning to nine morning hours, and six evening to nine night hours, in addition to team business hours. Since the delivery of the riders is unstable in the time other than the team business hours, the delivery amount of the riders other than the team business hours may not be considered when calculating the total deliverable amount of the team, and the delivery amount of the riders other than the team business hours may be supplemented to the total deliverable amount of the team based on a preset conversion method, which is not limited in the present specification.
Since the capacity consumed by different delivery distances is different, for example, the time required for the rider to deliver an order with a single delivery distance of 5 km may be 2 times the time required to deliver an order with a single delivery distance of 3 km, in order to improve the accuracy of the determined supply capacity of the delivery capacity, in some examples, the deliverable amount of a delivery capacity in a preset time period may include: the delivery capacity is a deliverable amount for each of the at least two delivery distances over a preset time period. For example, the dispensable amount of rider a for a preset time period of 10 to 11 o' clock may be expressed as: 4 single deliveries with delivery distance of 0-3 kilometers and 2 single deliveries with delivery distance of 3-5 kilometers; the dispensable amount of rider B for the preset time period of 10 o 'clock to 11 o' clock can be expressed as: in the case where the deliverable amount for the delivery distance of 0 to 3 km is 3 sheets and the deliverable amount for the delivery distance of 3 to 5 km is 3 sheets, although the deliverable amounts for the rider a and the rider B are both 6 sheets in the preset time period, actually, since the amount of transportation required for the order with the delivery distance of 3 to 5 km is larger, the delivery efficiency of the rider B in the preset time period should be larger than that of the rider a, and thus, it can be seen that the deliverable amount for the delivery capacity is represented based on the deliverable amounts for different delivery distances in the present embodiment, and the delivery efficiency for the delivery capacity can be reflected more reasonably and accurately. In addition, in other embodiments, different weights may be set for different delivery distances, and the distributable amount of the delivery capacity may be calculated by a weighted summation, which is not limited in this specification.
The distributable margin mentioned in this step may be regarded as an actual supply capacity of each distribution capacity set within a preset time period. One delivery capacity set may provide capacity service for one or more commodity suppliers, and when a target commodity supplier acquires the capacity, the total supply capacity of some delivery capacity sets may be already consumed partially or completely by other commodity suppliers, and the consumed supply capacity is the scheduled delivery volume mentioned in this step, that is, the delivery volume of the delivery capacity set scheduled to other commodity suppliers in the target business circle except the target commodity supplier. Therefore, based on the total amount of deliveries of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period and the scheduled delivery amount, the delivery capacity of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period can be determined. For example, if the total amount of deliveries of a delivery capacity aggregate in a preset time period from 8 o 'clock to 9 o' clock is 100 orders, and the delivery capacity that has been scheduled to other commodity suppliers is 20 orders, the delivery capacity aggregate has a delivery capacity of 80 orders in the preset time period, that is, the delivery capacity aggregate can also take over 80 orders in the preset time period. In addition, similar to the distributable amount of the distribution capacity in the preset time period, the scheduled distribution amount of the distribution capacity set in the preset time period may also be determined according to the historical waybill data of the distribution capacity set, and meanwhile, considering that there may be a case that the distribution capacity set has already established a commercial relationship with part of other commodity suppliers but has no corresponding historical waybill data, the scheduled distribution amount may also be determined according to the target distribution amount in the distribution capacity scheduling request sent by the other commodity suppliers in the process of buying the capacity.
It should be noted that the server of the transportation capacity service provider may store the data of the total distributable amount and the distributable surplus of each distribution transportation capacity set in the target business district in the preset time period through any one of the storage forms such as a graph and a table, so that the data may be reused when needed in the future, and the calculation cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, the target delivery capacity set for delivering to the target commodity supplier is determined based on the target delivery amount of the target commodity supplier in the preset time period and the delivery available capacity of each delivery capacity set in the preset time period, so that an appropriate delivery capacity set can be determined according to the demand of the target commodity supplier and the current regional delivery capacity supply condition.
In some examples, the target delivery capacity set may be determined from delivery capacity sets in which a ratio between the distributable surplus for the preset time period and the target delivery amount is greater than a preset threshold. Alternatively, the preset threshold is 1, that is, the target delivery capacity set may be determined from the delivery capacity sets whose deliverable remaining amount is greater than the target delivery capacity for the preset time period. For example, if the target delivery amount of the target product supplier is 50 items from eight to nine points and the currently available three delivery capacity sets are 30 items, 45 items, and 55 items, respectively, the delivery capacity set having the delivery capacity set of 55 items may be determined as the target delivery capacity set, and thus, the new demand from the target product supplier does not easily cause the order accepted by the delivery capacity set to exceed the limit of the supply capacity, and thus, the quality of performance can be ensured. Of course, the preset threshold may be set according to the requirements of a specific scenario, which is not limited in this specification.
Further, considering that the number of the delivery capacity sets satisfying the screening condition may be larger in some scenarios, the target delivery capacity set may be determined from the delivery capacity sets satisfying the screening condition according to a preset priority level in some examples. Optionally, the preset priority may be determined based on at least one of a quality of service of each delivery capacity set, a deliverable margin of each delivery capacity set in the preset time period, and a number of service classes provided by each delivery capacity set. The service quality of each delivery capacity set can be determined according to the effective completion rate, the poor evaluation rate and other factors of each delivery capacity set, and the preset priority can be positively correlated with the service quality, namely the better the service quality of the delivery capacity set is, the higher the preset priority is, so that a target delivery capacity set with better service quality can be recommended to a target commodity supplier; similarly, the preset priority can be positively correlated with the distributable allowance, so that a target distribution transport capacity set with abundant actual supply capacity can be recommended to a target commodity supplier; the service class refers to a class of the delivery service provided by each delivery capacity set, and includes general delivery services and delivery services with specified requirements, such as "30-minute must reach", "constant temperature delivery", "night delivery", etc., since the larger the number of the service classes provided by one delivery capacity set, the higher the delivery price, the preset priority may be negatively related to the number of the service classes. Of course, in other embodiments, the factors referred to by the priority and the correlation between the factors referred to by the priority may be set differently according to the requirements of a specific scenario. The determined target delivery capacity set may be a delivery capacity set with the highest preset priority in the delivery capacity sets meeting the screening condition, or may be delivery capacity sets with a preset number of priorities ranked from high to low in the delivery capacity sets meeting the screening condition, for example, the total number of delivery capacity sets meeting the screening condition is 6, and the delivery capacity sets are respectively marked as team 1, team 2, team 3, team 4, team 5 and team 6, and the ranking from high to low according to the preset priority may be team 2, team 3, team 4, team 1, team 5 and team 6, so that the target delivery capacity set may be the delivery capacity set with the highest preset priority, namely team 2, or the delivery capacity set with the highest preset priority ranked from high to low, such as team 2 and team 3.
It should be noted that, in other examples, the number of the target delivery capacity sets may be greater than or equal to 2, and a ratio between a sum of the distributable margins of the target delivery capacity sets in the preset time period and the target delivery capacity is greater than a preset threshold. That is, at least two target delivery capacity sets may be determined to deliver for the target commodity supplier, as long as the supply capacities of the target delivery capacity sets in the preset time period are enough to meet the demand of the target commodity supplier. For example, if the target delivery amount of the target commodity supplier is 150 units at two to three points and the currently available three delivery capacity sets are 50 units, 75 units, and 90 units at two to three points, respectively, both the two delivery capacity sets having the available delivery capacity of 75 units and 90 units may be determined as the target delivery capacity sets, so that the appropriate allocation of capacity supply may be realized in a combined manner when the supply capacity of any one delivery capacity set cannot individually satisfy the demand of the target commodity supplier.
And step 203, pushing the information of the target delivery capacity set to the client of the capacity service requester.
After the target delivery capacity set is determined, the information of the target delivery capacity set can be pushed to the client of the capacity service requester, so that the target commodity supplier can acquire the appropriate capacity according to the recommended target delivery capacity set. That is to say, the method of the embodiment can enable the target product supplier to clearly know the transportation capacity supply condition of the current area, thereby reducing the condition of reduced performance quality caused by the fact that the target product supplier fully acquires the transportation capacity with subjective intention, improving the experience of the target product supplier, and ensuring the benefit of the distribution transportation capacity.
Further, some goods suppliers may adopt the transportation capacity based on the dimension of the service class due to the specificity of the goods or the strict distribution time requirement. Based on this, in some examples, the aforementioned delivery capacity scheduling request may further carry the first service class requested by the target commodity supplier; the target delivery capacity set may be determined based on the target delivery amount and a deliverable allowance of each delivery capacity set providing the first class of service for the preset time period. Each of the shipment capacity sets provides at least one service class, and the actual supply capacity for the first service class within the target business circle may be determined based on a sum of the actual supply capacities of the respective shipment capacity sets providing the first service class. For example, there are multiple capacity teams in the target business circle, where the capacity teams providing the first service class are team 1 and team 2, and if the distributable margin of team 1 is 180 sheets from eight to nine points and the distributable margin of team 2 is 200 sheets from eight to nine points, the actual supply capacity of the target business circle for the first service class is 380 sheets from eight to nine points. Corresponding to the foregoing, when the actual supply capacity of the target business district for the first service class in the preset time period meets the demand of the target commodity supplier, if the ratio between the sum of the distributable residual amounts of the respective distribution capacity sets providing the first service class in the preset time period and the target distribution amount is greater than the preset threshold, the determined target distribution capacity set may include the following two cases:
first, if there is a single distribution capacity set that meets the requirement of the target commodity supplier for the actual supply capacity of the first service class in a preset time period, that is, there is a distribution capacity set (denoted as a distribution capacity set meeting the screening condition) whose ratio of the self distributable remaining amount to the target distribution capacity is greater than a preset threshold, the target distribution capacity set may be determined from the distribution capacity sets meeting the screening condition, optionally, the target distribution capacity set may be determined from the distribution capacity sets meeting the screening condition according to a preset priority, for example, the target distribution capacity set may be a distribution capacity set with a highest preset priority in the distribution capacity sets meeting the screening condition; for the information about the preset priority, reference may be made to the foregoing contents, which are not described herein again;
secondly, if there is no single delivery capacity set, which satisfies the requirement of the target commodity supplier for the actual supply capacity of the first service class in the preset time period, that is, there is no delivery capacity set whose ratio of the self-deliverable allowance to the target delivery volume is greater than the preset threshold, the number of the target delivery capacity sets may be greater than or equal to 2, and the ratio of the sum of the deliverable allowances of each target delivery capacity set in the preset time period to the target delivery volume is greater than the preset threshold.
In addition, in other examples, if a ratio between a sum of the distributable remaining amounts of the respective distribution capacity sets providing the first service class in the preset time period and the target distribution amount is not greater than a preset threshold, information of the second service class may be pushed to the client of the capacity service requester. That is to say, when the actual supply capacity of the target business circle in the preset time period for the first service class does not meet the requirement of the target commodity supplier, the information of other service classes can be actively recommended to maintain the transportation capacity supply and demand balance of the purchasing link. The second service class may be a service class with the highest similarity to the first service class, and in implementation, the multiple service classes provided by the multiple delivery capacity sets may be clustered in advance to obtain multiple types, so that the second service class may be a service class belonging to the same type as the first service class, for example, when the first service class is a service class "must reach in 30 minutes", the second service class may be a service class "must reach in 40 minutes", so that the rationality of capacity service recommended for a merchant or a BD may be enhanced, and the use experience of the service class may be further improved.
In addition to the above-described embodiment improvements in mining capacity, the present specification also provides embodiments corresponding to improvements in fulfillment orders. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of another transportation capacity scheduling method shown in the present specification according to an exemplary embodiment, the method is used for scheduling delivery transportation capacity sets for goods suppliers in target business circles, one delivery transportation capacity set includes at least one delivery transportation capacity, and the delivery transportation capacity is used for delivering goods provided by the goods suppliers to goods requesters, and the method includes:
step 301, determining, for each delivery capacity set in a plurality of delivery capacity sets, a total distributable amount of each delivery capacity set in the delivery capacity set in a preset time period according to the distributable amount of each delivery capacity set in the preset time period;
this step is consistent with the content of the total amount of deliveries of each delivery capacity set in the preset time period determined in the previous embodiment, and thus is not described again.
Step 302, determining the health degree of the distribution capacity set according to the total distributable amount and the real-time order amount of the distribution capacity set in the preset time period; the health degree is used for representing the supply and demand balance degree of the distribution capacity set;
the total amount of the delivery capacity set which can be delivered in the preset time period can be regarded as the total supply capacity of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period, so that the delivery efficiency of the delivery capacity set can be reflected, and the real-time order amount of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period can reflect the consumption rate of the supply capacity of the delivery capacity set. Ideally, the consumption rate of the supply capacity of the distribution capacity set should be kept on the same level as the distribution efficiency, otherwise, the supply and demand of the distribution capacity set are unbalanced, which easily causes the situation of reduced performance quality or wasted capacity resources. For example, the total amount of deliveries of a delivery capacity set in a preset time period from eight to nine points is 240 units, that is, the average delivery efficiency of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period is 4 units/minute, if the current time is eight and a half, the delivery capacity set already takes over 150 orders in the time period from eight to eight points, that is, the average consumption rate of the supply capacity of the delivery capacity set in the preset time period is 5 units/minute, since the delivery efficiency is less than the consumption rate, it indicates that if the delivery capacity set is developed according to a trend, the delivery capacity set may have delivery delay caused by taking over the supply capacity. Similarly, if the delivery efficiency is greater than the consumption rate, the delivery capacity set may be wasted due to less capacity of a single unit if it is developed according to the trend.
In some examples, the health of a distribution capacity set may be determined based on a ratio between an average distribution efficiency and an average consumption rate of the distribution capacity set over a preset time period. The closer the ratio is to the preset ratio, the higher the health degree of the distribution capacity set is, that is, when the ratio is the preset ratio, the higher the health degree of the distribution capacity set is, that is, the better the supply and demand balance degree of the distribution capacity set is. Optionally, the preset ratio may be 1, and of course, in other embodiments, the preset ratio may also be set differently according to the requirements of a specific scenario. For example, the health degree of the delivery capacity set may be calculated according to a comparison result between the total distributable amount and the estimated value. This is not limited by the present description.
And step 303, outputting prompt information for prompting the health degree of the distribution capacity set.
After the health degree of each distribution capacity set is determined, prompt information for prompting the health degree of each distribution capacity set can be output to a business party, so that the business party can adjust the distribution capacity set with lower health degree in time. The output prompt message may be used to trigger adjustment operations of the business party, which may include adding or reducing activity engagement, such as increasing/decreasing the number of issued coupons, and the like. Therefore, the health degree of each distribution and transportation capacity set can be obtained in real time in the performance process, so that the balance of the transportation capacity supply and demand of the performance link can be maintained, and the benefits of each distribution and transportation capacity are guaranteed while the performance quality of the distribution and transportation capacity set is maintained.
In addition, in some examples, an estimated value of the increase of the amount of the orders in the target business circle may also be determined according to historical order data of similar commodity suppliers of the commodity suppliers to be hosted in the business platform and the increase of the order quantity of each commodity supplier, and prompt information for prompting the estimated value of the increase of the amount of the orders may also be output. This prompt may provide the capacity service provider with an effective basis for decisions such as determining whether to increase delivery capacity (off-line rider recruitment, purchase an incubator, add delivery cars, etc.). Therefore, the supply capacity of the distribution capacity can be adjusted in advance according to the development of the demand of the target business district for the distribution capacity, so that the supply and demand balance of the distribution capacity in the target business district can be maintained.
To illustrate the solution of the present specification in more detail, a specific embodiment is described below:
embodiments of the present description are directed to building a capacity inventory based digital decision system to establish a benign supply mechanism. The capacity scheduling method of the present specification is applied to a server of a capacity service provider, and is used for scheduling a delivery capacity set (referred to as a team in this embodiment) for a commodity provider in a target business district. In this embodiment, the delivery capacity is a rider, and the flow of scheduling the delivery capacity by the server of the capacity service provider is as follows:
s401, calculating the total amount of the dispatchable team according to the transport capacity factors;
in the embodiment, the transportation capacity factors comprise the number of riders, the efficiency of riders, the working hours of the riders, the number of teams and the business hours of the teams; wherein the rider human effect is the number of orders that the rider can distribute in a unit time, and is calculated based on the historical waybill data of the rider and filled data submitted by the rider, for example, the human effect data of the rider between eight points and ten points is represented as: 8 to 9, the distributable quantity of the distribution distance of 0-3 kilometers is 4 orders, the distributable quantity of the distribution distance of 3-5 kilometers is 1 order, and the total human effect in an hour is 5 orders; 9 to 10, the distributable quantity of the distribution distance of 0 to 3 kilometers is 3 orders, the distributable quantity of the distribution distance of 3 to 5 kilometers is 2 orders, and the total human effect in an hour is 5 orders;
correspondingly, the total amount of the team deliveries can be calculated according to the transport capacity factors; for example, the total amount of team dispatchable for a team between eight and ten points may be expressed as: 8 to 9, the total distributable amount of the distribution distance of 0 to 3 kilometers is 100 sheets, the total distributable amount of the distribution distance of 3 to 5 kilometers is 80 sheets, and the total distributable amount of the team in hours is 180 sheets; from 9 to 10, the total distributable amount of the distribution distance of 0-3 kilometers is 120 sheets, the total distributable amount of the distribution distance of 3-5 kilometers is 90 sheets, and the total distributable amount of the team in the hour is 210 sheets.
S402, calculating the distributable total amount of each service class according to the distributable total amount of the team;
based on the dimensions of a service class, the total dispatchable amount of the service class is calculated from the total amount of team dispatchable of the teams offering the service class, for example, if the name of a service class is "Standard 8888", and the teams offering the service class in the target business circle are team T1 and team T2, then the total dispatchable amount of the service class may be the sum of the total team dispatchable amount of team T1 and the total team dispatchable amount of team T2.
S403, calculating the available dispatching surplus of the team and the available dispatching surplus of each service class according to the total available dispatching amount of the team and the dispatched dispatching amount;
the scheduled delivery volume refers to the delivery volume scheduled by the team to other commodity suppliers, and is determined according to historical waybill data of the team and the delivery volume bought by other commodity suppliers; the team dispatchable margin is the total team dispatchable minus the scheduled dispatch. The dispatchable margin for a service class may be the sum of the team dispatchable margins for the team providing the service class, and the dispatchable margin, such as "standard 8888," may be the sum of the team dispatchable margin for team T1 and the team dispatchable margin for team T2.
S404, when the target commodity supplier requests to acquire the capacity, recommending a proper team and/or service class for the target commodity supplier according to the team distributable allowance and the distributable allowances of the service classes;
the request sent by the target commodity supplier can carry the target delivery amount and the target service class requested to be purchased, and if the delivery allowance of the target service class is smaller than the target delivery amount, other suitable service classes are recommended to the target commodity supplier; and if the distributable surplus of the target service class is larger than the target distribution amount, recommending a proper team to the target commodity supplier according to the team distributable surplus of each team providing the target service class.
S405, determining the transport capacity health degree of the team according to the total amount of the dispatchable team and the real-time order amount of the team;
the real-time order quantity is the quantity of orders distributed to the teams after the system receives orders of commodity suppliers, the team carrying total quantity is estimated according to the real-time order quantity of the teams, the team transport health degree is determined according to the team distributable total quantity and the team carrying total quantity, for example, the team distributable total quantity between eight and nine points of a team T1 is 180 orders, the current time is forty-ten times eight points, the real-time order quantity between eight and forty points of a team T1 is 160 orders, the team carrying total quantity between eight and nine points of a team T1 is estimated according to the real-time order quantity is 240 orders, that is, if the team T1 possibly needs to carry 240 orders between eight and nine points according to the current order development trend, the team transport health degree is determined to be lower based on the fact that the team transport health degree is higher;
the transport capacity and the health degree of the team can be determined according to the difference between the total amount of the dispatchable team and the total amount of the accepted team; for example, if the team member T2 between eight and nine points has a total deliverability of 200 and a total team acceptance of 220, it may be determined that the team member health of team member T2 is higher than the team member health of team member T1.
S406, in the order fulfillment process, outputting prompt information according to the transport capacity and health degree of the team to trigger adjustment operation;
the team transport capacity health degree can reflect whether the current transport capacity of the team is sufficient or not, according to the team transport capacity health degree, corresponding adjustment operation can be triggered, for example, activity investment strength is added or reduced, for example, for a team T1, the team transport capacity health degree in a time period from eight to nine points can be an estimated ratio of the total amount of accepted total units of the team to the total amount of distributable groups of the team, namely 4/3, since the ratio is greater than 1, it is indicated that the risk of insufficient transport capacity exists, in this case, prompt information output to a business party can trigger the business party to reduce the activity investment strength, for example, for a merchant providing transport capacity service for the team T1, the number of issued coupon offers is reduced or the discount strength of the coupon is reduced, so as to reduce the generation of subsequent units, of course, it needs to be stated that after the adjustment operation is triggered, the service end can still continuously obtain the team transport capacity health degree of each team, when the team sports health degree of the team T1 is restored to a reasonable range, prompt information for prompting restoration of the original activity strength may also be output to the business side.
S407, outputting early warning information according to the single quantity increase estimated value in the target business circle if the single quantity increase estimated value exceeds an early warning threshold;
according to historical order data of similar commodity suppliers of commodity suppliers about to enter a business platform and the increase condition of the order quantity of each commodity supplier, the increase estimation value of the single quantity in a target business circle can be determined, so that effective decision basis is provided for a transport capacity service provider, such as determining whether offline rider recruitment, thermostat purchase and the like are required to be increased.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a process flow of scheduling delivery capacity according to the present embodiment, in which the team dispatchable sheet amount calculated according to each capacity element is the aforementioned team dispatchable total amount; the total amount of the standard products which can be delivered and is calculated according to the amount of the team products is the total amount of the services which can be delivered and is mentioned above; the accepted orders are counted from the capacity data as the aforementioned scheduled delivery amount and the real-time order amount, respectively. After calculating the remaining stock of the team dimension (i.e. the aforementioned remaining stock of the team and the real-time remaining deliverable amount of the team, which is the difference between the total amount of the team and the real-time order amount) and the remaining stock of the standard dimension (i.e. the remaining stock of the aforementioned various service categories), based on the stock data, when the merchant/BD adopts the capacity, the appropriate team and/or service category is recommended for the merchant/BD; when the rider fulfills the order, the transport capacity health degree of the team is acquired in real time, so that the operation of a service platform is conveniently adjusted; and whether early warning is needed is determined according to the single quantity growth condition so as to provide effective decision basis for the transport capacity service provider.
As can be seen from fig. 4, the solution of this embodiment may provide a digital decision basis for the allocation of the transportation capacity supply in the links of acquiring and buying the transportation capacity, performing orders, and the like for the commodity supplier, the business development, and the transportation capacity service supplier by combining the transportation capacity load condition of the current area, thereby maintaining the transportation capacity supply and demand balance in the target business circle.
