The optical fiber ribbon cable with the elastic coated outer sheath according to any embodiment of the above embodiments is characterized in that the material of the cloth shaft 15 is steel.
The invention solves the problems in the prior art that: 1. when the optical fiber ribbon is taken out, the outer protective layer and the inner protective layer need to be damaged; 2. after the optical fiber in the optical cable is welded, a special junction box is needed for fixing, so that the cost is high and the convenience is high; 3. the optical cable protective layer is required to be extruded during production and cannot be increased in the later period; 4. the problem of replacement when the optical fiber ribbon can not be maintained later.

The protection scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, and includes equivalents of technical features of the claims. Claims (10)
1. An optical fiber ribbon cable with an elastic wrapping outer sheath comprises an outer sheath (1), a cable core (3) and an optical fiber ribbon body (2), and is characterized in that the cable core (3) is composed of a cable core main body (31), a plurality of open fiber containing grooves (32) are formed around the outer edge of the cable core main body (31), the optical fiber ribbon body (2) is arranged in each fiber containing groove (32), a clamping groove (33) is formed between every two adjacent fiber containing grooves (32), an embedded groove (34) is formed towards the outer side of the cable core by each clamping groove (33), an open containing groove (36) is further formed between one fiber containing groove (32) and the clamping groove (33) on the left side, an outer sheath containing cavity (38) is formed in the cable core main body (31), and the outer sheath containing cavity (38) is communicated with the containing grooves (36) through a cloth outlet channel (37); the outer protection layer (1) is composed of an outer protection layer main body (11), a limiting rod (12) and a cloth shaft (15), one end of the outer protection layer main body (11) is connected with the side wall of the cloth shaft (15), the outer protection layer main body (11) is wound on the cloth shaft (15), the other end of the outer protection layer main body (11) is connected with the side wall of the limiting rod (12), the cloth shaft (15) is located in an outer protection layer containing cavity (38), the outer protection layer main body (11) penetrates through a cloth channel (37), the outer diameter of the limiting rod (12) is smaller than the outer diameter of a clamping groove (33) and larger than the width of an embedded groove (34), and the outer diameters of the cloth shaft (15) and the limiting rod (12) are larger than the width of the cloth channel (37); the outer protective layer main body (11) has elasticity, and the limiting rod (12) is clamped into the clamping groove (33) adjacent to the left side of the accommodating groove (36), and the outer protective layer main body (11) is in a stretching state at the moment.

The optical fiber ribbon cable with the elastic coated outer sheath of claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the cable core main body (31) is provided with a second burr layer (39), and the inner wall of the outer sheath main body (11) is a burr surface and can be adhered to the second burr layer (39).

The optical fiber ribbon cable with the elastic coated outer sheath as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein a third stopper (35) is disposed at two ends of the opening of the fiber accommodating groove (32), and a distance between end points of the third stopper (35) is smaller than a width of the optical fiber ribbon body (2).
