Abstract
A closed system pressure buffering device, comprising: the buffer tank body and the water injection pipe joint are of a sealed hollow cylindrical structure; the top of the buffer tank body is provided with a discharge device for discharging gas or liquid in the buffer tank body and an air-filling valve for filling air into the buffer tank body; a drainage pipeline is arranged in the buffer tank body; the upper end of the drainage pipeline is connected to a drainage device; the lower end of the drainage pipeline extends to the middle part of the buffer tank body; the water injection pipe joint is arranged at the bottom of the buffer tank body; the lower side part of the buffer tank body is also provided with a water discharge ball valve. The invention adopts the air volume compressibility of the buffer tank to absorb the pressure expansion or contraction of the system; the air pressure is utilized to buffer the whole system pressure by supplementing water to store the air of the buffer water tank and utilizing the fixed space gas volume; the arrangement of the drainage pipeline in the buffer tank body can buffer the internal drainage pipeline in time under the action of the internal air retention pressure, so that the safe, stable and reliable operation of the system is met.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pressure buffering, and particularly relates to a pressure buffering device of a closed system.
Background
In the closed pure water cooling circulation water cooling system, the pressure of the water cooling system fluctuates due to the volume change caused by the expansion and contraction of the water cooling liquid due to the change of the environment and the temperature of the water cooling liquid, and the pressure of the water cooling system rises in a specific space due to the expansion caused by the rise of the temperature of the water cooling liquid. Shrinkage occurs when the temperature of the water cooling liquid is reduced, so that the pressure of the water cooling system is reduced. The fluctuation of the pressure of the water cooling system causes the flow change, and the whole system is unstable in operation, so that the pressure of the whole water cooling system is required to be stabilized.
The buffer device of the existing water cooling system mainly adopts a buffer mode of an expansion tank, a rubber air bag is arranged in the expansion tank, the air bag is communicated with the system, buffer liquid is filled in the air bag, compressed air is filled between the air bag and the tank wall, the expansion and the contraction of the air bag are mainly utilized to meet the pressure buffer tank of the whole system, and the buffer mode of the expansion tank has the defects that 1, the air bag needs to be replaced periodically; 2. the sealing performance is poor, and the regular air supplement is needed.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art without making any inventive effort, are within the scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a pressure buffer device of a closed system according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view of a pressure buffer device of a closed system according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a closed pressure buffer device of the present invention mainly includes a buffer tank 1 and a water injection pipe joint 6.
The buffer tank body 1 is of a sealed hollow cylindrical structure, and the top of the buffer tank body 1 is provided with a discharge device 2 for discharging gas or liquid in the buffer tank body 1 and an air-filling valve 9 for filling air into the buffer tank body 1.
The inside of the buffer tank body 1 is provided with a drainage pipeline 8, the upper end of the drainage pipeline 8 is connected to the drainage device 2, and the lower end of the drainage pipeline 8 extends to the middle part of the buffer tank body 1.
The height of the drainage pipeline 8 is defined according to the water capacity and the liquid temperature change of the whole system, and the compressed air accumulated at the upper part of the closed buffer device is required to contain and absorb the liquid shrinkage and expansion of the whole system liquid caused by the temperature change as the judgment basis.
The distance between the bottom of the drain pipe 8 and the bottom of the adjustment buffer tank 1 is preferably 2/3 of the height of the adjustment buffer tank 1.
The water injection pipe joint 6 is arranged at the bottom of the buffer tank body 1 and is used for being connected with the whole system.
The lower side part of the buffer tank body 1 is also provided with a water drain ball valve 7 for draining the liquid in the buffer tank body 1. The waterproof ball valve 7 is in a normally closed state, and when the buffer tank body (1) is overhauled or cleaned, liquid in the buffer tank body 1 is discharged through the water discharging ball valve 7, so that overhauling or cleaning is facilitated.
The discharging device 2 and the air adding valve 9 are arranged at the top of the buffer tank body 1 through a sealing cover. The buffer tank 1 is internally provided with a sealing environment by a sealing cover.
The discharge device 2 and the air-entraining valve 9 are arranged on the upper side of the sealing cover, and the drainage pipeline 8 is arranged on the lower side of the sealing cover.
The lateral part of the buffer tank body 1 is provided with a visual liquid level meter 3, and the lateral part of the buffer tank body 1 is also provided with a liquid level sensor 4. When the visual level gauge 3 or the level sensor 4 shows that the liquid in the buffer tank 1 is lower than the height of the bottom of the drain pipe 8, the water will be replenished to the whole system.
The discharging device 2 is in a normally closed state in the running process of the system, and the discharging device 2 is in an open state when the system is replenished with water, so that excessive water pressure on the buffer tank 1 in the water replenishing process is avoided, and the pressure on the system is further caused.
The gas adding valve 9 is in a normally closed state.
When the liquid for supplementing water of the system passes through the bottom of the drainage pipeline 8, the liquid compresses the air in the buffer tank body 1 to play a role in buffering; when the reaction force of the compressed air is sufficient to discharge the liquid from the discharge device 2, the liquid is discharged from the discharge device 2.
The lower side part of the buffer tank body 1 is also provided with a emptying plug 5. The emptying plug 5 is used as a spare port of the system to replace the water injection pipe joint 6 or replace the water discharge ball valve 7 to discharge the liquid in the buffer tank body 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the water injection pipe joint (6) is arranged at the bottom of the buffer tank body (1) and is used for being connected with the whole system;
The lower side part of the buffer tank body (1) is also provided with a water discharge ball valve (7) for emptying the liquid in the buffer tank body (1);
a visual liquid level meter (3) is arranged at the side part of the buffer tank body (1);
the side part of the buffer tank body (1) is also provided with a liquid level sensor (4);
