Technical Field

Background
The adjusting valve is an important component of a ventilation system of a nuclear power plant, and achieves the effect of adjusting the air quantity or pressure of a pipeline by adjusting the opening of a valve blade, thereby achieving the adjusting function of the ventilation system. Different ventilation systems require different levels of internal leakage to be achieved by the regulator valve, some do not require internal leakage, some require stage III leakage, and some are stage II leakage. Wherein the level II leakage has a relatively low leakage rate and a high requirement for leakage in the valve.
The existing valve structure is a fixed sealing ring, the installation is finished when a single blade is assembled, the operation requirement on an assembly bench worker is higher for the sealing ring with longer blade length during the installation, otherwise, the sealing effect of the blade and the blade, the blade and an upper valve seat and a lower valve seat is reduced greatly, and the leakage rate of the valve cannot be ensured. Although the design principle is the same, in the actual factory production, the situation that the leakage rate does not meet the requirement due to the fact that the two blade sealing rings cannot be mutually extruded or the compression amount is small can occur. Can dismantle hexagon head bolt 11, second spring washer 12, second lock nut 13, turn around hinge 4 axis with activity curb plate 2 together with sealing washer 1, take out sealing washer 1 from activity curb plate 2 median card groove, adjust sealing washer 1 to the draw-in groove position of activity curb plate 2, rethread hexagon head bolt 11, second spring washer 12, second lock nut 13 are fixed activity curb plate 2 and long curb plate 3, specifically see fig. 5.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 10, when the electric device or the manual device drives the valve rod 10 to rotate, the vane simultaneously rotates along with the valve rod 10, the regulating valve starts to close/open, and when the regulating valve is not in a fully closed state, the sealing ring of the vane is not squeezed and is in a natural state; when the regulating valve is in a completely closed state, the sealing rings 1 on the blades contact with the arched positions of the valve seats 15 on the upper side and the lower side, are extruded, change in shape and form sealing with the valve seats 15 on the upper side and the lower side.

The adjusting valve blade is characterized by comprising a sealing ring (1), a movable side plate (2), a long side plate (3), a short side plate (6) and a valve rod (10), wherein the valve rod (10) is positioned between the long side plate (3) and the short side plate (6), the long side plate (3), the short side plate (6) and the valve rod (10) are fixedly connected through a straight pin (9) with external threads at the tail end, a first spring washer (7) and a first lock nut (8) are sleeved at the tail end of the straight pin (9), and the first lock nut (8) is used for fixing the straight pin (9); the movable side plate (2) is connected with the short side plate (6) through a hinge (4), and the movable side plate (2) and the hinge (4) as well as the short side plate (6) and the hinge (4) are fixed through cross recessed countersunk head screws (5); the sealing ring (1) is assembled in the clamping groove of the movable side plate (2) and is tightly attached to the long side plate (3); the movable side plate (2) is fixedly connected with the long side plate (3) through a hexagon head bolt (11), and a second spring washer (12) and a second locking nut (13) are sleeved at the tail end of the hexagon head bolt (11) and used for fixing the hexagon head bolt (11); the section of the blade main body formed by the long side plate (3), the short side plate (6) and the movable side plate (2) is rhombic.
2. The vane of a regulating valve according to claim 1, characterized in that one side of the sealing ring (1) is of uniform sawtooth shape, and the top end is a hollow round head; the clamping groove of the movable side plate (2) is matched with the sealing ring (1) in a zigzag manner.
3. A regulating valve blade according to claim 1, characterised in that the movable side plate (2) is fixed with closure plates (17) at both ends.
4. A method of mounting a regulator valve vane according to any of claims 1 to 3 comprising the steps of:
step S1: the long side plate (3), the short side plate (6) and the valve rod (10) are connected together through a first spring washer (7), a first locking nut (8) and a straight pin (9), so that the long side plate (3) and the short side plate (6) tightly hold the valve rod (10);
step S2: the movable side plate (2) and the short side plate (6) are connected together through a hinge (4) and a cross recessed countersunk head screw (5), so that the movable side plate (2) can be opened and closed around a central shaft of the hinge (4);
step S3: the sealing ring (1) is arranged in the clamping groove of the movable side plate (2) and can be properly adjusted through clamping of different clamping grooves;
step S4: the movable side plate (2) is pushed back manually, and the movable side plate (2) and the long side plate (3) are fixedly connected through a hexagon head bolt (11), a second spring washer (12) and a second locking nut (13).

A regulating valve using the regulating valve blade as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising a valve body (16), a valve seat support (14), a valve seat (15), wherein the valve seat support (14) is a U-shaped bent piece and is plug-welded in the valve body (16); the valve seat (15) is clamped in the valve seat bracket (14); the left side and the right side of the blade of the regulating valve are clamped into valve seats (15) on the left side and the right side of a valve body (16) and tightly attached to the valve seats (15); the sealing rings (1) at the upper end and the lower end of the blade of the regulating valve tightly prop against the valve seat (15) to form sealing with the valve seats (15) at the upper side and the lower side.
6. The regulating valve according to claim 5, characterized in that the valve body (16) is assembled and welded by bending and forming an upper frame, a lower frame and a side frame.
7. The regulating valve according to claim 5, characterized in that the valve seat (15) is a thin plate bent C-shaped part, and the valve seat (15) is clamped in the valve seat bracket (14) to generate bow; the sealing ring (1) is tightly propped against the arched position of the valve seat (15).
