活塞14具有:
-靠近杆13的较宽的第一部分19,第一部分19的直径大体上等于护套11的内径,
-指向腔室17的第二部分20,第二部分20的直径小于第一部分19的直径。
环形活塞引导元件21围绕活塞14的第一部分19放置,在第一部分19和护套11的内表面15之间,并且适于保持活塞14的平移轴线与气缸11的轴线同轴。
特定地,活塞引导元件21被插入活塞14中的设置的在活塞14的第一部分19中的专用座中。

环形密封元件16围绕活塞14的第二部分20放置,并且在活塞14和护套11的内表面15之间,并且确保气体密封在腔室17内。
特别地,由塑料材料制成的密封元件16被成形为具有两个并排的环形唇缘,环形唇缘指向腔室17:
-第一唇缘22a,其与活塞14接触,
-第二唇缘22b,其大体上平行于第一唇缘22a,与护套11的内表面15接触。
特别参照图5,第一唇缘22a在腔室17的方向上具有大于第二唇缘22b的延伸长度的延伸长度。
在图中未示出的其他实施方案中,密封元件16的两个唇缘22a、22b在腔室17的方向上具有相同的延伸长度。
根据本发明的气缸10的操作如下。
如图4b和图5中所示,在杆13的超程的情况下,活塞14将行进超过行程极限,安全孔18被定位在该行程极限之外。
当第二唇缘22b进入安全孔18时,密封元件16变形,这部分是由于两个唇缘22a、22b的不同的延伸长度,并且它不再能够确保气体的密封,气体沿杆13的方向围绕杆13排放,由此从气缸10排出。
因此,孔18(在超程的情况下被密封元件16达到)产生气体的排放。
这避免了气缸和/或设备1内过压的风险以及任何不良后果。
护套11在外侧表面上在头部部分12附近/在头部部分12处具有刻面24,刻面24适于使用适配工具(adapted tool)将气缸10旋拧到设备1的板2/从设备1的板2旋松。
护套11在与设置有头部部分12的端部相对的端部处具有管状部分25,该管状部分25具有减小的外径,该外径大体上小于护套11的其余部分的外径。
这种管状部分25在外侧表面上具有螺纹区域,在图中用27指示,该螺纹区域适于旋拧到设备1的板2中的容纳孔3的互补螺纹内表面中。
在管状部分25和护套11的其余部分之间的连接区域处,围绕管状部分25布置O形环26。
特别地,安全孔18被布置在管状部分25处,在螺纹区域27之外,在与其中O形环26被定位的区域相对的区段中。
在护套11上,在螺纹区域27处,存在从安全孔18开始朝向O形环26延伸的凹槽28,凹槽28的延伸轴线平行于气缸10的延伸轴线。
这种凹槽28适于在气缸10在压力下意外地从设备旋松的情况下排放容纳在设备1中的气体。一旦O形环26的密封脱离,气体开始排出。
在图中未示出的其他实施方案中,气缸具有多个安全孔。
在实践中,已经发现,本发明通过提供一种充气气缸、特别是用于具有单歧管的阻尼设备的充气气缸完全实现了预期的目的和目标,该充气气缸具有超程安全设备。
利用本发明,已经设计了一种充气气缸,特别是用于具有单歧管的阻尼设备的充气气缸,该充气气缸允许在超程的情况下快速排放气体,而不引起爆炸和/或人员伤害或附近装备的损害。
利用本发明,已经提供了一种充气气缸,该充气气缸具有产生气体排放的超程安全设备,从而排除了在超程情况下零件断裂的风险。
如此设想的本发明容许多种修改和变型,所有修改和变型都在所附的权利要求的范围内。此外,所有细节可以被其他技术上等效的要素来替代。
在实践中,根据需求和技术现状,所采用的材料(假设其与具体用途兼容)以及因情况而异的尺寸和形状可以是任何材料、尺寸和形状。

Claims (13)

1.一种充气气缸(10),特别是用于具有单歧管(4)的阻尼设备(1)的充气气缸,所述气缸(10)包括:
-管状护套(11),其在一端处由环形头部部分(12)封闭;
-具有活塞(14)的杆(13),所述杆(13)在所述护套(11)内穿过所述头部部分(12)平移,所述活塞(14)指向所述护套(11)的内部,所述护套(11)和所述活塞(14)限定用于所述气体的膨胀/压缩腔室(17)的一部分;
-至少一个密封元件(16),所述至少一个密封元件(16)在所述活塞(14)和所述护套(11)的内表面(15)之间,
所述气缸(10)的特征在于,所述气缸在所述护套(11)的所述内表面(15)上具有至少一个安全孔(18)。
