A waterproof paper-plastic composite hose comprises a hose cap, a hose shoulder and a hose body;
the pipe cap is made of modified polypropylene and is formed by injection molding through an injection molding machine;
the pipe shoulder is made of modified high-density polyethylene and is formed by injection molding through an injection molding machine;
the pipe body is made into a composite sheet material through an extrusion compounding process, and the composite sheet material sequentially comprises a first PE layer, a first adhesive layer, a special paper layer, a second adhesive layer and a second PE layer from outside to inside.
The first PE layer and the second PE layer are respectively composed of the following components: 60% of high density polyethylene, 30% of metallocene linear medium density polyethylene and 10% of linear low density polyethylene.
The linear low-density polyethylene is a branched chain type ethylene homopolymer with the density of 0.92g/cm3The melt index was 5g/10 min.
The first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are both 100% laminating-grade LDPE.
The special paper layer is food-grade packaging paper with high strength and high tightness.
A preparation method of a waterproof paper-plastic composite hose comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing high-density polyethylene, metallocene linear medium-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene in proportion, stirring at a speed of 600r/min to a uniform state to obtain mixed raw material resin of the first PE layer, putting the mixed raw material resin of the first PE layer into a screw extruder, performing melt extrusion at 230 ℃, and performing tape casting to obtain the first PE layer;
mixing high-density polyethylene, metallocene linear medium-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene according to a proportion, stirring at a speed of 600r/min to a uniform state to obtain mixed raw material resin of a second PE layer, putting the mixed raw material resin of the second PE layer into a screw extruder, performing melt extrusion at 230 ℃, and performing tape casting to prepare a second PE layer;
s2, preparing a composite sheet from the first PE layer, the first adhesive layer, the special paper layer, the second adhesive layer and the second PE layer through an extrusion compounding process;
s3, directly making the composite sheet material prepared in the step S2 into a sheet material with one side folded and the other side fused and sealed in a folding and hot-pressing composite mode, and directly making the sheet material into a tube body on a tube making machine without cutting;
s4, injection molding the modified polypropylene material through an injection molding machine, and forming to prepare a pipe cap;
s5, injection molding the modified high-density polyethylene material by an injection molding machine, and forming to prepare a pipe shoulder;
s6, welding the tube shoulder prepared in the step S5 to the tube body prepared in the step S3; welding the pipe cap prepared in the step S4 to the pipe shoulder;
and preparing the waterproof paper-plastic composite hose.
In the step S2, in the process of manufacturing the composite sheet by the extrusion lamination process, the slitting circular knife auxiliary device and the flash separation auxiliary device are installed at the paper unwinding station, and when the circular knife auxiliary device and the flash separation auxiliary device operate, the circular knife auxiliary device and the flash separation auxiliary device keep the same linear speed as that of the extrusion lamination machine to operate, and the paper at the fixed width position is separated, so that the paper-plastic sheet with non-full-laid paper and interval strip-shaped paper is formed.
Vulcanizing the pipe body prepared in the step S3; the temperature of the vulcanization treatment is 165 ℃, and the time of the vulcanization treatment is 40 min.
The equipment used in the folding process in the step S3 is a melt sealing machine or a palm folding machine; the hot-pressing compounding equipment is a multi-roller hot press and comprises a preheating roller and a compound roller comprising an upper steel roller and a lower steel roller.
The water resistance and the composite strength of the paper-plastic composite hoses in examples 1 to 3 were tested according to the determination methods in GB/T1034-2008 and GB/T8808-88, and the test results are shown in Table 1 below:

From the results in table 1, it can be seen that the water absorption of the paper-plastic composite hoses of examples 1-3 was still less than 1% after soaking in water at 23 ℃ for 192 hours; according to GB/T8808-88, the T-type (90 DEG) peel strength of the paper-plastic composite hose materials of the examples 1-3 is measured, and the detection results are all obviously higher than the standard value of 10N/15 mm; the paper-plastic composite hose prepared by the invention has good waterproof performance and composite strength.

the pipe body is made into a composite sheet material through an extrusion compounding process, and the composite sheet material sequentially comprises a first PE layer, a first adhesive layer, a special paper layer, a second adhesive layer and a second PE layer from outside to inside.

The waterproof paper-plastic composite hose according to claim 1, wherein: the first PE layer and the second PE layer are respectively composed of the following components: 50 to 60 percent of high-density polyethylene, 30 to 40 percent of metallocene linear medium-density polyethylene and 10 to 20 percent of linear low-density polyethylene.
3. The waterproof paper-plastic composite hose according to claim 2, wherein: the linear low-density polyethylene is a copolymer of ethylene and alpha-olefin, and the density is 0.90-0.93g/cm3The melt index is 1-10g/10 min.

s1, mixing high-density polyethylene, metallocene linear medium-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene according to a proportion, stirring at a speed of 400-;
mixing high-density polyethylene, metallocene linear medium-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene according to a proportion, stirring at a speed of 400-;
s2, preparing a composite sheet from the first PE layer, the first adhesive layer, the special paper layer, the second adhesive layer and the second PE layer through an extrusion compounding process;
s3, directly making the composite sheet material prepared in the step S2 into a sheet material with one side folded and the other side fused and sealed in a folding and hot-pressing composite mode, and directly making the sheet material into a tube body on a tube making machine without cutting;
s4, injection molding the modified polypropylene material through an injection molding machine, and forming to prepare a pipe cap;
s5, injection molding the modified high-density polyethylene material by an injection molding machine, and forming to prepare a pipe shoulder;
s6, welding the tube shoulder prepared in the step S5 to the tube body prepared in the step S3; welding the pipe cap prepared in the step S4 to the pipe shoulder;
and preparing the waterproof paper-plastic composite hose.
