s2: starting a material pumping pump (47) in the material pumping sleeve (4) to improve the flow speed of the waste gas in the whole dust removal filter bag, wherein when the waste gas enters the electrostatic rough filtering assembly (1), the smoke dust in the waste gas is adsorbed on the inner wall of the electrostatic adsorption pipe (106) through electrostatic action;
s3: after coarse filtration of a coarse filter screen (1011), the residual waste gas is extracted by an extraction pump (47) and is exhausted through an exhaust pipe (49), the exhausted waste gas firstly passes through an exhaust hole (410) and contacts with a filter bag body (34) at the outer side, and fine filtration of smoke dust is carried out through the filter bag body (34);
s4: after the waste gas of the coal-fired boiler is filtered, the combined filter bag (3) is detached, the filter bag body (34) is cleaned, meanwhile, the power supply equipment on the upper side is disconnected, the smoke dust adsorbed on the inner wall of the electrostatic adsorption pipe (106) falls down to the position of the coarse filter screen (1011), and the coarse filter screen (1011) is detached for cleaning.
