1. A one-way pressure relief valve, comprising:
the valve body is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet, a first communication port and a second communication port, and the air inlet can be communicated with the air outlet through the first communication port or the second communication port;
the plunger is connected with the valve body in a sliding mode and can seal the first communication port, an elastic piece is arranged between the plunger and the valve body, and the plunger is arranged on one side, close to the air outlet, of the first communication port;
the exhaust diaphragm can block the second communicating opening, the exhaust diaphragm is made of flexible materials, and the exhaust diaphragm is arranged on one side, close to the air inlet, of the second communicating opening.
2. The one-way pressure relief valve of claim 1, wherein: a sealing element is arranged between the plunger and the first communication port.
3. The one-way pressure relief valve of claim 1, wherein: the plunger comprises a head part and a rod part which are connected, the rod part can be connected with the valve body in a sliding mode, and the head part can seal the first communication port.

The one-way pressure relief valve of claim 1, wherein: the exhaust diaphragm comprises a connecting portion and a diaphragm portion which are connected, the connecting portion is detachably connected with the valve body, the diameter of the diaphragm portion is larger than that of the connecting portion, and the diaphragm portion can be plugged with the second communicating opening.

The one-way pressure relief valve of claim 6, wherein: the valve body is provided with a positioning groove capable of containing the diaphragm portion, the positioning groove is communicated with the second communication port, one end of the positioning groove communicated with the second communication port is an arc surface, and the arc surface is arranged on one surface, facing the second communication port, of the diaphragm portion.

The one-way pressure relief valve of claim 1, wherein: the valve body is including the gas outlet casing, middle casing and the air inlet casing that link to each other in order, the gas outlet casing with the air inlet casing respectively with middle casing can dismantle the connection, the gas outlet set up in on the gas outlet casing, the air inlet set up in on the air inlet casing, first intercommunication mouth with the second intercommunication mouth all set up in on the middle casing, the plunger can slide with the gas outlet casing links to each other, the exhaust diaphragm with the air inlet casing can be dismantled the connection.
9. The one-way pressure relief valve of claim 8, wherein: the axis of the air inlet and the axis of the air outlet are both located between the axis of the plunger and the axis of the exhaust diaphragm.

An air pressure treatment apparatus comprising the one-way pressure reducing valve according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the limb pressure sleeve comprises a plurality of groups of pressure cavities which are arranged in parallel, and the pressure cavities can be connected with a vent pipe;
the pressure cavity comprises N +1 sub-cavities, the 1 st sub-cavity is communicated with the vent pipe by utilizing a 1 st branch, the number of the sub-cavities is consistent with that of the branches and corresponds to the sub-cavities one by one, the N +1 st sub-cavity is communicated with the Nth sub-cavity by utilizing a N +1 st branch, and the N +1 st sub-cavity is provided with the one-way pressure reducing valve between the sub-cavities, wherein N is more than or equal to 1.
