When the power gear 41 drives the sector gear 32 to rotate to the bottom of the sector gear 32, the protruding column 34 on the rotating shaft 31 rotates to the moving track of the shift lever 47, and according to the above, the power gear 41 does not drive the center wheel 45 to rotate when rotating clockwise, i.e. the shift lever 47 fixedly connected with the center wheel 45 does not rotate and does not drive the protruding column 34 to rotate.

When the device is retracted, the power gear 41 rotates anticlockwise, the principle is opposite to the same process, and the anticlockwise rotation of the power gear 41 drives the deflector rod 47 to rotate anticlockwise, the deflector rod 47 rotates to drive the convex column 34 to rotate, the rotating shaft 31 and the sector gear 32 on the rotating shaft are driven to rotate anticlockwise, and the re-engagement of the sector gear 32 and the power gear 41 is ensured.
