Abstract

一种安全检测的方法和装置，涉及芯片技术领域，能够提高芯片系统(200)的安全保护的准确性和灵敏度，且能够有效控制开销成本。安全检测方法应用于系统级芯片SoC(101)，SoC(101)包括智能监测模块(201)和安全子系统(202)，具体方法包括：智能监测模块(201)获取安全监控数据，安全监控数据包括传感器获取的安全子系统的环境参数(301)；智能监测模块(201)将安全监控数据与预先配置的离线训练数据进行匹配，得到与安全监控数据匹配的目标数据类型(302)；若目标数据类型属于预设的数据类型，则智能监测模块(201)生成告警信息(303)，从而保护Soc(101)的安全。
