As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 includes: the characteristic data acquisition module 510 and the contact information level acquisition module: the module is used for acquiring information of each contact way of the terminal according to the characteristic data information, and performing analysis on the information 520, the urging level analysis module 530 and the urging strategy generation module 540;
the feature data acquisition module 510: the terminal is used for acquiring characteristic data information of the terminal;
the contact means level obtaining module 520: the system comprises a data processing module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the data processing module is used for acquiring the characteristic data information of the terminal and determining the contact information of the terminal;
the urging level analysis module 530: the terminal is used for acquiring the use state information of the terminal according to the characteristic data information of the terminal and determining the corresponding urging grade of the terminal according to the use state information;
the urging policy generation module 540: and determining contact information for prompting the terminal according to the prompting level of the terminal and the contact level.
The terminal prompting device provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the grade of the contact way by acquiring the contact way information of the terminal from the characteristic data information and grading the contact way information, and meanwhile, the terminal is graded to prompt the user with a specific prompting grade by adopting the contact way with the specific contact way grade, so that the prompting efficiency and pertinence of the terminal are improved, and the prompting success rate is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the terminal prompting device is connected to the user terminal and the database of the operator network, and interacts with the user through voice, short message, WeChat, QQ, circle of friends, and the like, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a terminal prompting system.
On the basis of the terminal prompting device, the prompting grade analysis module further comprises an internet preference analysis module and a delinquent willingness analysis module;
the internet preference analysis module is used for acquiring flow information used by the terminal under each internet contact way; if the traffic information used under each internet contact way is larger than a preset first threshold value, determining the optimal internet contact way information corresponding to the terminal according to the traffic information used by the terminal under each internet contact way, and determining the optimal internet contact way information of the terminal;
the clearing willingness analysis module is used for determining an urging grade corresponding to a terminal according to the call time information, the call duration information, the flow information and the payment time information, and if the call time information is lower than a preset call time threshold, the call duration information is lower than a preset call duration threshold and the flow information is lower than a preset flow threshold, determining the urging grade of the terminal as a first urging grade; otherwise, if the call time information is higher than a preset call time threshold value, or the call duration information is higher than a preset call duration threshold value, determining that the notification level of the terminal is a third notification level; otherwise, determining the prompting grade of the terminal as a second prompting grade; the third urging level is greater than the second urging level, and the second urging level is greater than the first urging level.
The embodiment of the invention analyzes the internet communication mode of the terminal, determines the optimal internet contact mode of the terminal, and carries out targeted urging on the terminal by combining the urging grade of the terminal, thereby improving the success rate of urging.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a terminal prompting device provided by the present invention, and a specific implementation of the terminal prompting device is not limited in the specific embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the terminal announcement device may include: a processor (processor)702, a Communications Interface 704, a memory 706, and a communication bus 708.
Wherein: the processor 702, communication interface 704, and memory 706 communicate with each other via a communication bus 708. A communication interface 704 for communicating with network elements of other devices, such as clients or other servers. The processor 702 is configured to execute the program 710, and may specifically execute the relevant steps in the terminal urging method embodiment described above.
In particular, the program 710 may include program code comprising computer-executable instructions.
The processor 702 may be a central processing unit CPU, or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal urging device comprises one or more processors which can be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
The memory 706 stores a program 710. The memory 706 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
Specifically, the program 710 may be invoked by the processor 702 to cause the terminal advisory facility to perform the following operations:
acquiring characteristic data information of the terminal;
acquiring each contact information of the terminal according to the characteristic data information, and carrying out grade division on the contact information to determine the contact grade corresponding to each contact information of the terminal;
acquiring the use state information of the terminal according to the characteristic data information of the terminal, and determining the corresponding urging grade of the terminal according to the use state information;
and determining contact information for prompting the terminal according to the prompting level of the terminal and the contact level.
Further, the contact information includes: internet contact information, voice contact information and social relationship contact information;
determining the internet contact information as a first contact information grade, determining the voice contact information as a second contact information grade, and determining the social relation contact information as a third contact information grade;
the third contact manner level is higher than the second contact manner level, which is higher than the first contact manner level.
Further, when the contact information is internet contact information, the determining a contact level corresponding to each piece of contact information of the terminal includes:
acquiring flow information used by the terminal under each internet contact mode;
and if the traffic information used under each internet contact way is larger than a preset first threshold value, determining the optimal internet contact way information corresponding to the terminal according to the traffic information used by the terminal under each internet contact way.
Further, after determining the contact way grade corresponding to each contact way information of the terminal, the method further includes:
and periodically checking each contact information of the terminal, and refreshing the contact information according to the checking result.
Further, the usage state information of the terminal includes: the call time information, the call duration information, the flow information and the payment time information are obtained;
the determining the prompting level corresponding to the terminal according to the using state information includes:
if the call time information is lower than a preset call time threshold, the call duration information is lower than a preset call duration threshold and the traffic information is lower than a preset traffic threshold, determining that the notification level of the terminal is a first notification level;
otherwise, if the call time information is higher than a preset call time threshold value, or the call duration information is higher than a preset call duration threshold value, determining that the notification level of the terminal is a third notification level;
otherwise, determining the prompting grade of the terminal as a second prompting grade;
the third urging level is greater than the second urging level, and the second urging level is greater than the first urging level.
Further, the determining, according to the notification level of the terminal and the contact information level, contact information that is to be notified to the terminal includes:
determining contact information for urging according to a preset mapping table between the urging level and the contact level;
for the terminal of the third prompting level, prompting by adopting the contact information with the contact level being the first contact level;
for the terminal of the second prompting level, prompting by adopting the contact information of which the contact level is the first contact level and the second contact level;
and aiming at the terminal with the first prompting level, prompting by adopting the contact information with the contact level of the first contact level, the second contact level and the third contact level.
Further, when the contact information with the contact information level being the first contact information level is adopted for urging, the best internet contact information corresponding to the terminal is adopted for urging.
As can be seen from the above, the terminal prompting device provided in the embodiment of the present invention determines the contact manner level by obtaining the contact manner information of the terminal from the characteristic data information and performing level division on the contact manner information, and performs notification level division on the terminal, so that a user with a specific notification level is prompted by using a contact manner with a specific contact manner level, thereby improving the efficiency and pertinence of prompting for the terminal, and improving the success rate of prompting.
The embodiment of the invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and when the executable instruction runs on a terminal prompting device, the terminal prompting device is enabled to execute a terminal prompting method in any method embodiment.
The executable instruction may be specifically configured to enable the terminal prompting device to execute the terminal prompting method provided in the foregoing embodiment.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program, where the computer program can be called by a processor to enable a terminal prompting device to execute a terminal prompting method in any of the above method embodiments.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program stored on a computer-readable storage medium, and the computer program includes program instructions, when the program instructions are run on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the terminal prompting method in any of the above method embodiments.
The algorithms or displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual system, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. In addition, embodiments of the present invention are not directed to any particular programming language. Claims (10)

1. A terminal prompting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring characteristic data information of the terminal;
acquiring each contact information of the terminal according to the characteristic data information, and carrying out grade division on the contact information to determine the contact grade corresponding to each contact information of the terminal;
acquiring the use state information of the terminal according to the characteristic data information of the terminal, and determining the corresponding urging grade of the terminal according to the use state information;
and determining contact information for prompting the terminal according to the prompting level of the terminal and the contact level.
2. The terminal advertisement method of claim 1, wherein the contact information comprises: internet contact information, voice contact information and social relationship contact information;
determining the internet contact information as a first contact information grade, determining the voice contact information as a second contact information grade, and determining the social relation contact information as a third contact information grade;
the third contact manner level is higher than the second contact manner level, which is higher than the first contact manner level.
3. The terminal urging method according to claim 2, wherein when the contact information is internet contact information, the determining a contact level corresponding to each piece of contact information of the terminal includes:
acquiring flow information used by the terminal under each internet contact mode;
and if the traffic information used under each internet contact way is larger than a preset first threshold value, determining the optimal internet contact way information corresponding to the terminal according to the traffic information used by the terminal under each internet contact way.
4. The terminal urging method according to claim 3, wherein after determining the contact information level corresponding to each piece of contact information of the terminal, the method further comprises:
and periodically checking each contact information of the terminal, and refreshing the contact information according to the checking result.
5. The terminal advertisement method according to claim 4, wherein the usage state information of the terminal includes: the call time information, the call duration information, the flow information and the payment time information are obtained;
the determining the prompting level corresponding to the terminal according to the using state information includes:
if the call time information is lower than a preset call time threshold, the call duration information is lower than a preset call duration threshold and the traffic information is lower than a preset traffic threshold, determining that the notification level of the terminal is a first notification level;
otherwise, if the call time information is higher than a preset call time threshold value, or the call duration information is higher than a preset call duration threshold value, determining that the notification level of the terminal is a third notification level;
otherwise, determining the prompting grade of the terminal as a second prompting grade;
the third urging level is greater than the second urging level, and the second urging level is greater than the first urging level.
6. The terminal advertising method according to claim 5, wherein the determining of the contact information for the terminal to advertise according to the advertising level of the terminal and the contact level comprises:
determining contact information for urging according to a preset mapping table between the urging level and the contact level;
for the terminal of the third prompting level, prompting by adopting the contact information with the contact level being the first contact level;
for the terminal of the second prompting level, prompting by adopting the contact information of which the contact level is the first contact level and the second contact level;
and aiming at the terminal with the first prompting level, prompting by adopting the contact information with the contact level of the first contact level, the second contact level and the third contact level.
7. The terminal advertisement method according to claim 6, wherein when the advertisement is performed by using the contact information whose contact information rating is the first contact information rating, the advertisement is performed by using the best internet contact information corresponding to the terminal.
8. A terminal announcement device, comprising:
the characteristic data acquisition module: the terminal is used for acquiring characteristic data information of the terminal;
a contact means grade acquisition module: the system comprises a data processing module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the data processing module is used for acquiring the characteristic data information of the terminal and determining the contact information of the terminal;
urging grade analysis module: the terminal is used for acquiring the use state information of the terminal according to the characteristic data information of the terminal and determining the corresponding urging grade of the terminal according to the use state information;
the urging strategy generation module: and determining contact information for prompting the terminal according to the prompting level of the terminal and the contact level.
9. A terminal announcement device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation of the terminal urging method according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon at least one executable instruction that, when executed on a terminal advertising device, causes the terminal advertising device to perform operations of the terminal advertising method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
