Abstract
The invention relates to a method for additionally installing a switch on a 10kV overhead line straight pole-to-strain pole, which comprises the following steps of: insulating and shielding the lead, the straight rod insulator and the cross arm, mounting a strain clamp and a strain insulator string in the second step, mounting an insulating tightener in the third step to realize the connection between the strain clamp and the strain insulator string and ensure that the strain insulator string bears the tension of the lead, mounting a switch on a column in the fourth step, measuring the current of the lead in the fifth step, and loosening the insulating tightener in the sixth step to realize that the strain insulator string bears the full tension of the lead and then removing the insulating and shielding; the invention has the advantages that: the whole installation process does not need to install an insulating drainage wire, the operation efficiency is greatly improved, and the live equipment on the rod is reduced, so that the interference increases the activity space of operators, the risks caused by overlarge contact resistance of the insulating drainage wire, limited through-current capacity and loose arc discharge in the installation process are avoided, and the safety is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for changing a straight pole into a strain pole of a 10kV overhead line and additionally installing a switch.
Background
In the process of power grid construction and maintenance, due to factors such as line installation section switches, load distribution, line tower migration and the like, an original straight pole needs to be changed into a tension pole under the conditions of no power outage and load, a pole-mounted switch is additionally arranged, and the conventional distribution network live working means is adopted to implement the working site as follows:
firstly, conducting insulation shielding measures on a lead, a straight line rod insulator and a cross arm;
secondly, removing the binding wires on the linear rod insulators, laying the wires flat, and tightening the wires on two sides of the cross arm by using an insulating wire tightener;
thirdly, a backup protection wire clamping device is arranged at the outer side (far away from the electric pole) of the insulation wire grip device, an insulation drainage wire is arranged between the backup protection wire clamping device and the insulation wire grip device,
fourthly, respectively measuring the shunts of the conducting wire and the insulating drainage wire by using a pincer-shaped ammeter, cutting off the conducting wire at the inner side (close to an electric pole) of the wire clamping device of the insulating wire grip after confirming that the shunts of the insulating drainage wire are normal, penetrating and fixing the conducting wire in an installed strain insulator string wire clamp, and removing a backup protection wire clamping device and the insulating wire grip;
fifthly, installing a pole-mounted switch, overlapping the lead of the pole-mounted switch on the leads at two sides, closing the pole-mounted switch, and removing the insulated drainage wire after normal shunt is confirmed through current measurement;
and sixthly, removing the insulation shield, and finishing the operation.
The above operation method and flow are complicated, the operation method needs to be mastered by operators, the operation method has enough skill level, and the following three disadvantages exist:
firstly, a backup protection wire clamping device is installed in the operation process, the wire clamping device occupies the operation space, and the installation and the removal of the wire clamping device increase the workload;
secondly, the insulating drainage wire is used, the workload of installing and removing the drainage wire is increased, each phase of operation needs 5 times of flow measurement, the flow is complicated, and the insulating drainage wire is particularly limited by large contact resistance and limited through-current capacity of the insulating drainage wire, so that certain hidden danger exists during installing and removing the insulating drainage wire.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for additionally installing a switch on a 10kV overhead line straight pole-to-strain pole without installing an insulated drainage wire, thereby improving the operation efficiency.

step five: measuring the current of the lead, cutting off the lead between the two strain clamps after normal shunting is confirmed, and processing a short tail wire;
step six: and slowly loosening the insulation tightener until the strain insulator string bears all tension of the lead, removing the insulation shield, and finishing the operation.
Preferably, the wires, the linear rod insulators and the cross arms in the step one are insulated and shielded by an insulating blanket.
