The laser range finder has the advantages of simple operation, high measurement precision, long working distance, strong anti-interference capability and the like, and is widely applied to military affairs and civil affairs. A laser range finder apparatus generally includes a laser emitting system and a laser receiving system, and two independent optical systems each have a respective optical axis. When the laser distance measuring instrument works, firstly, a laser emitting system is used for emitting a laser beam to a measured target, and scattered laser echoes are received by a laser receiving system, so that the distance between the measured target and an observation point is determined by using measurement parameters such as light speed, time difference and the like. Therefore, the optical axis precision of the transmitting optical axis and the receiving optical axis has a very critical influence on the accuracy of the laser ranging. The existing laser ranging instruments on the market are generally fixedly connected with the machine body through the transmitting optical axis and the receiving optical axis, so that the optical axis adjustment is difficult to realize.
