A metering secondary loop wire routing device as set forth in claim 6 wherein: the wire arranging compression roller (29) is uniformly provided with wire arranging grooves corresponding to the wire arranging grooves (5) on the wire arranging support plate (4), and the wire arranging grooves are inwards concave arc grooves.
8. A metering secondary loop wire routing device as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the top of the main box body (1) is provided with a worm support plate (15), and the worm (16) penetrates through the worm support plate (15) and is connected with the worm support plate in a rotating mode.
9. A method for metering secondary loop conductor routing using a metering secondary loop conductor routing device as set forth in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
the upper pulling plate (19) is pulled upwards, so that the flat cable pressing plate (7) is driven to move upwards through the upper pressing rod (18), the lower pressing plate (24) and the connecting guide rail (8), a plurality of cables are placed into the main box body (1) through the cable inlet (6) and are placed below the flat cable pressing plate (7), and the upper pulling plate (19) is loosened to enable the flat cable pressing plate (7) to press the cables under the action of the pressure spring (22);
starting a first motor (10), driving an eccentric wheel (9) to rotate by the first motor (10), driving a flat cable pressing plate (7) to reciprocate along the left-right direction through a push-pull plate (3) in the rotating process of the eccentric wheel (9), and closing the first motor (10) after a plurality of cables are extruded into a row by the flat cable pressing plate (7) which reciprocates under the action of a pressure spring (22);
starting a third motor (21), wherein the third motor (21) drives a worm wheel (14) to rotate through a worm (16), the worm wheel (14) drives a second motor (11) to move downwards through a screw rod (12) and a connecting guide block (26), the second motor (11) drives a wire-arranging press roller (29) to move downwards, and the wire-arranging press roller (29) closes the third motor (21) after pressing a cable;
the second motor (11) is started, the second motor (11) drives the wire arranging press roller (29) to rotate through the press roller shaft lever (28), and the wire arranging press roller (29) drives each cable to be discharged out of the main box body (1) from the cable outlet (30).
