Description

Method for preparing alcohol-containing stains for experiments
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fabric washing, in particular to a method for preparing alcohol-containing stains for experiments.
Background
In the field of fabric washing, the washing performance of a washing product needs to be researched, and the washing performance of the product is often compared by comparing the dirt-removing capacity of the product. At present, the stain removal test method specified in the national standard GB/T13174-2008 'determination of stain removal capability and circulating washing performance of a detergent for clothing' is commonly adopted in the field of fabric washing in China, wherein JB-01 carbon black oil stains, JB-02 protein stains, JB-03 sebum stains, JB-04 edible oil stains and JB-05 starch stains are adopted in the national standard. The five stains can not represent alcohol stains, the alcohol stains are developed by the method, and the problem of interference of washing tests after the stains are made into dirty cloth in the national standard is solved. The manufacture of the dirty cloth in the national standard is achieved by artificially dyeing the dirty cloth, the manufacture of the dirty cloth is greatly influenced by the quality of stains, and the premise of successful detergency measurement experiments is that the stains on the dirty cloth are uniform and consistent, and the stains and fibers are adhered within a proper strength range, so that washing products with different detergency can be obviously distinguished under the condition, and the washing comparison experiments are scientific and effective. The invention fills the gap of alcohol stains in national standards, and the alcohol stains can not be made into a state with poor water-in-oil or oil-in-water fluidity in an emulsification mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a method for preparing alcohol-containing stains for experiments, which effectively avoids the problems that the alcohol stains are attached to fabrics and are not uniformly distributed, and the bonding strength of the stains and fibers is not enough, so that the decontamination washing experiments are more scientific and effective.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a method for preparing alcohol-containing stains for experiments comprises the following steps: the thickening agent is mixed into original alcohol stains to prepare gel stains, the gel stains are uniformly coated on original cloth to form stain cloth, the viscosity of the gel stains is 150-12000cp, preferably 400-10000cp, and the alcohol original stains are alcohol-containing colored liquid.
Further, the alcohol-containing colored liquid includes dry red, wine, yellow wine, fruit wine, cooking wine and imported wine.
Further, the raw cloth comprises knitted cotton cloth, polyester cloth, wool cloth and real silk cloth.
Further, the stain also comprises a thickening agent, wherein the thickening agent is one or more of cationic guar gum, xanthan gum, polyoxyethylene, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose, and the addition amount of the thickening agent is 0.4-5%.
Further, the stain also comprises propenyl ether cross-linked acrylic acid polymer, preferably carbomer, and the addition amount of the carbomer is 0.4% -5%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: by converting the alcohol stain into the gel stain, the alcohol stain can be uniformly distributed on the fabric and can be remained on the fabric for a long time, so that higher-quality experimental conditions are provided for a decontamination washing experiment.
Detailed Description
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description is merely illustrative of the technical solutions of the present invention, and should not be construed as being all of the present invention or limiting or restricting the technical solutions of the present invention.
A method for preparing alcohol-containing stains for experiments comprises the following steps: the thickening agent is mixed into original alcohol stains to prepare gel stains, and the gel stains are uniformly coated on original cloth to form stain cloth, wherein the viscosity of the gel stains is 150-12000 cp.
The alcohol original stains comprise colored liquids such as dry red, wine, yellow wine, fruit wine, imported wine, cooking wine and the like, which are all from edible domestic drinks, and the detergency index of the alcohol original stains is representative by experimental analysis of simulated domestic original stains. After the alcohol stains are produced, the alcohol stains are attached to the original fabrics of knitted cotton cloth, polyester fabric, wool fabric, silk fabric and the like, so that uniform dirty fabrics can be formed. Adding thickeners such as cationic guar gum, xanthan gum, polyoxyethylene, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose into the alcohol original stain method I, and thickening by adding the thickeners to support gel-like stains; the second alcohol original stain method can be added with propenyl ether cross-linked acrylic acid polymer to support gel-like stains, and the addition amount of the cellulose or propenyl ether cross-linked acrylic acid polymer is 0.4-5%.
The thickener mentioned in the above process includes a polymeric thickener and cellulose.
The technical effects of the alcohol-containing soiled cloth for experiments claimed in the present invention will be described below with reference to examples.
Example 1
Adding 99 g of red wine into a beaker, adding 0.5 g of polyethylene oxide (PEO), heating, keeping constant temperature, sealing and stirring until gel solids are uniformly removed, heating to a temperature not higher than 40 ℃, sealing, and refrigerating in a refrigerator for later use.
The thickener may also be replaced with cationic guar or xanthan gum.
Example 2
Adding 10 g of pure water into a beaker, adding 0.8 g of propenyl ether crosslinked acrylic acid polymer, standing for more than half an hour, starting stirring, slowly adding 89.2 g of yellow wine, dropwise adding 1% triethanolamine aqueous solution to adjust the pH value to a neutral range, sealing, and putting into a refrigerator for cold storage for later use.
Example 3
Adding 99 g of imported wine into a beaker, adding 1 g of hydroxyethyl cellulose, heating, keeping the temperature, sealing and stirring until no gel solid exists, heating to a temperature not higher than 40 ℃, sealing, and refrigerating in a refrigerator for later use.
In the above examples, hydroxyethyl cellulose may be replaced by hydroxymethyl cellulose or hydroxypropyl cellulose.
Attaching the prepared stains to original cotton cloth, respectively attaching the same batch of stains to the cotton cloth at different times and attaching different batches of stains to the cotton cloth at the same time, detecting the viscosity change of the stains by using a viscometer, and detecting the detection value of any stain position by using a colorimeter, wherein Table 1 shows the test results of the stains attached to the cotton cloth at different times in the same batch, and Table 2 shows the test results of the stains attached to the cotton cloth at different times in different batches.
TABLE 1 test results of stains attached to cotton cloth in the same batch at different times

The color difference can be directly obtained by a color measuring instrument to obtain L, A, B values,
Figure BDA0003465356140000034
according to the detection data result, the stains of red wine and yellow wine are attached to the same batch of stains at different times, the stains of different batches are attached to the same batch of stains at the same time, the color difference and the viscosity are not obviously changed, the detection fluctuation is considered as a test detection error, and the error basically has no influence on the test washing result and can be ignored.
The red wine or yellow wine is directly attached to blank cotton cloth in an original state, and the red wine or yellow wine is dripped on the cotton cloth by a liquid transfer gun to show that stain liquid is rapidly diffused and is in an irregular shape at the initial stage, the positions of stain points are different in depth, and the same stain points cannot be repeatedly copied.
The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above description, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications to the above-described embodiments without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, and such changes and modifications should fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
