Abstract
The invention discloses an aviation seat ceramic-aluminum small table plate with built-in audio-video equipment, which can be switched in multiple use states, solves the problem of meeting the use requirements of passenger audio-video entertainment and the small table plate simultaneously, and improves the riding experience of passengers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an aviation seat, in particular to a small table plate of the aviation seat.
Background
The back of an aviation seat of a common passenger plane is provided with a small table board so as to facilitate passengers to place drinks or eat aviation catering and the like. In order to improve the riding experience, the part of passenger planes of the models provide audio-video equipment at the back of the aviation seat, entertainment enjoyment such as movies is provided for passengers, and at the moment, the small table plate at the back of the seat is cancelled so as to provide space for the audio-video equipment. This again brings the problem that the passenger can not use the small table.
Therefore, those skilled in the art are dedicated to develop an aviation seat ceramic-aluminum small table plate with built-in audio and video equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an aviation seat ceramic-aluminum small table plate with built-in audio and video equipment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an aviation seat ceramic-aluminum small table plate with built-in audio-visual equipment, wherein the small table plate can be locked at the back of the seat by a rotary buckle and can also be integrally laid flat; the small table board comprises a lower cover and an upper cover, and audio and video equipment is arranged in the small table board; when the small table board is locked on the back surface of the seat by the rotary buckle, the lower cover can be independently laid flat, so that the built-in audio and video equipment is exposed, and the inner side surface of the laid flat lower cover is used as a table top of the small table board; the upper end of the audio-visual equipment is hung at the upper frame on the inner side of the upper cover through a pivot shaft; the audio-visual equipment can be switched to a bracket state through the pivot shaft, and the lower side edge of the audio-visual equipment is abutted against the upper frame of the inner side surface of the lower cover which is placed flat at the moment; the upper cover can be laid flat continuously, the audio and video equipment is stored between the upper cover and the lower cover, and the outer side face of the upper cover serves as a desktop of the small desk board.
Further, the upper cover and the lower cover of the small table board are made of ceramic aluminum materials.
Furthermore, the side of the lower cover is provided with an opening and closing button, and after the opening and closing button is pressed down, the lock catch between the upper cover and the lower cover is separated, so that the lower cover can be put flat.
Further, the audiovisual device may be a stand-alone tablet or a liquid crystal display connected to the central system of the passenger aircraft.

Detailed Description
The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
See figures 1-4 below. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a tablet in a preferred embodiment of the present invention in a stowed position. The small table plate is locked on the back of the aviation seat 1 by the turnbuckle 2. The small table board comprises a lower cover 3 and an upper cover 4. The side of the lower cover 3 is provided with an opening and closing button 7.
As shown in fig. 2, when the opening/closing button 7 is pressed, the lock between the upper cover 4 and the lower cover 3 is disengaged, and the lower cover 3 is laid flat to expose the audio/video device 5 built in the small desk. The audiovisual device 5 may be a stand-alone tablet or a liquid crystal display connected to the central system of the passenger aircraft. At this moment, the audio-visual device 5 and the upper cover 4 can be locked at the back of the aviation seat 1 through the turnbuckle 2, passengers can enjoy the video entertainment content played by the audio-visual device 5 in this state, and meanwhile, the inner side surface 6 of the flat lower cover 3 can be used as a desktop of a small desk for the passengers to use.
The upper end of the audio/video device 5 is suspended at the upper frame inside the upper cover 4 by the pivot shaft 9, and the audio/video device 5 can be switched to the stand state shown in fig. 3 by the pivot shaft 9. The lower side of the audio-visual equipment can be propped against the upper frame on the inner side of the lower cover 3. The use state is particularly suitable for the condition that the video and audio equipment is a tablet computer which can be controlled by touch, and is more convenient for passengers to use.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the upper cover 4 can be laid flat, and the audio/video device 5 is accommodated between the upper cover and the lower cover, at this time, the outer side surface 11 of the upper cover 4 is used as a table top of the small table, and the cup placing groove 12 is provided on the outer side surface 11.
Further, still be provided with the interface 8 that charges on the lower frame of lower cover 3, when audio-visual equipment 5 is independent panel computer, and when being accomodate in the small table, the interface 8 that charges contacts with the interface that charges of panel computer, can charge for the panel computer.
Of course, the whole small table board can also be directly laid flat as a whole.
Further, in order to reduce the weight, the upper and lower covers of the tablet are preferably made of a ceramic aluminum material.
The small table plate with the built-in audio-video equipment can be switched in multiple use states, the use requirements of passenger audio-video entertainment and the small table plate are met, and the riding experience of passengers is improved.

An aviation seat ceramic aluminum small table plate with built-in audio and video equipment is characterized in that the small table plate can be locked at the back of a seat by a rotary buckle and can also be integrally laid flat; the small table board comprises a lower cover and an upper cover, and audio and video equipment is arranged in the small table board; when the small table board is locked on the back surface of the seat by the rotary buckle, the lower cover can be independently laid flat, so that the built-in audio and video equipment is exposed, and the inner side surface of the laid flat lower cover is used as a table top of the small table board; the upper end of the audio-visual equipment is hung at the upper frame on the inner side of the upper cover through a pivot shaft; the audio-visual equipment can be switched to a bracket state through the pivot shaft, and the lower side edge of the audio-visual equipment is abutted against the upper frame of the inner side surface of the lower cover which is placed flat at the moment; the upper cover can be laid flat continuously, the audio and video equipment is stored between the upper cover and the lower cover, and the outer side face of the upper cover serves as a desktop of the small desk board.
2. The aviation seat ceramic aluminum tablet of claim 1, wherein the upper cover and the lower cover of the tablet are made of ceramic aluminum.

The aviation seat ceramic aluminum small table plate with built-in video and audio equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side surface of the lower cover is provided with an opening and closing button, and after the opening and closing button is pressed down, the lock catch between the upper cover and the lower cover is separated, so that the lower cover can be laid flat.
4. The aircraft seat ceramic aluminum tablet of claim 1 with built-in audio/video equipment, wherein the audio/video equipment can be a stand-alone tablet computer or a liquid crystal display connected to the central system of a passenger plane.

The aviation seat ceramic aluminum tablet of claim 4, wherein the lower frame of the lower cover is further provided with a charging interface, and when the audio/video device is an independent tablet computer and is stored in the tablet, the charging interface contacts with the charging interface of the tablet computer to charge the tablet computer.
6. The aviation seat ceramic aluminum small table plate with built-in audio and video equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer side surface of the upper cover is provided with a cup placing groove.
