Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of diversification of the existing lifting pen and provides a lifting jump pen.

a lifting jump pen comprises a jump movement, a positioning piece, a pen holder, an outer rod, a pen core and a reset spring; the jumping movement core is provided with a jumping groove; one end of the positioning piece is provided with an adjusting boss which slides in the jumping groove of the jumping movement core, and the other end of the positioning piece is provided with a rotating boss which is in rotating fit with the pen holder; the return spring and the refill are sequentially arranged in the pen holder; the jumping groove is provided with a boss, a limit wall, a switching wall, a falling wall and a stopping part; the usage boss is also provided with a usage entering slope, a usage falling wall and a usage staying wall; the using falling wall and the using stopping wall form a using stopping place; the jumping movement core is matched with the tail part of the outer rod, and the pen holder part is sleeved in the outer rod; the upper end of the refill abuts against the lower end of the jumping movement core.
As preferred in the present invention: the adjusting lug boss has two stable position forms in the jump groove, so that the pen core has two stable position forms of retraction and exposure in the pen holder; the switching between the two position modes is as follows:
first, exposure to revenue: at the moment, the adjusting boss is positioned at the using stop position, the outer rod and the jumping movement core are kept to be motionless, and the pen holder is moved towards the jumping movement core end, so that the adjusting boss is upwards contacted with the unused switching wall, the adjusting boss is separated from the upper part of the using stop position through the unused switching wall and enters the upper part of the unused falling wall;
II, switching income to exposure: at this moment, adjust the boss and be in and not use the stop department, keep outer pole and jump the core motionless, move the pen-holder toward jump the core end, thereby make and adjust the boss up the contact use and get into the slope, jump through using and get into the slope and use the boss, with using spacing wall contact, at this moment, loosen the external force to the pen-holder, adjust the indirect influence that receives reset spring of boss and fall back, thereby contact and use the wall that falls back, through using the wall that falls back, adjust the boss and get into and use the stop department, at this moment, the refill is in the state that exposes the pen-holder.
As preferred in the present invention: the jumping groove is divided into a plane form and a curved surface form: when the jumping slot adopts a plane, the positioning piece swings left and right relative to the jumping movement core by taking the rotating boss as a fulcrum; when the jumping slot adopts a curved surface, the positioning piece rotates relative to the jumping movement core by taking the rotating boss as a rotating point, so that the requirement of adjusting the displacement of the boss in the jumping slot is met.
As preferred in the present invention: the jumping movement is provided with a loading positioning groove, and a loading slope is also arranged in the loading positioning groove; and the two sides of the loading slope are also provided with loading limiting walls.
As preferred in the present invention: the jumping slot is divided into a non-use area, a use falling area, a use area and a non-use falling area, wherein the different areas have height fall, and the specific height relationship is that the use falling area is more than or equal to the use area and more than or equal to the non-use falling area; the height difference between different areas can make the better one-way movement of adjusting the boss, and can not turn back, thereby ensuring the stability of operation and avoiding the situation of jamming.
As preferred in the present invention: the outer rod is also provided with a pen clip, the pen clip replaces the outer rod to be matched with the jumping movement core, and the jumping movement core is clamped in the pen clip.
As preferred in the present invention: the lower end of the pen holder is also provided with a pen nib, and the pen nib is detachably arranged at the lower end of the pen holder, so that the refill is convenient to replace.
As preferred in the present invention: the use of the inlet ramp and the use of the limiting wall to incline towards the upper left corner facilitates a better guiding effect for the adjustment boss and avoids the adjustment boss from entering a wrong area.
As preferred in the present invention: the number of the jumping grooves is one or more, and the number of the adjusting bosses is consistent with that of the jumping grooves.
As preferred in the present invention: a jumping limit wall is arranged beside the using lug boss; the jumping limit wall prevents the adjusting boss from separating from the jumping groove when jumping over the using boss.
As further preferred in the present invention: the specific matching rotation mode between the positioning piece and the penholder is mainly to realize the normal displacement sliding of the adjusting lug boss in the jumping groove.
As further preferred in the present invention: the jumping movement core and the outer rod can be movably matched or fixedly matched, namely the jumping movement core and the outer rod can rotate or cannot rotate relative to the outer rod after being assembled; however, for the overall effect, the jump movement is preferably not movable up and down with respect to the outer lever.
Supplementary explanation: the use limiting wall 112 is mainly used for preventing the adjusting boss from moving upwards excessively in the process of moving upwards the adjusting boss when the adjusting boss is switched from being received to being exposed; because, if the adjusting boss moves upwards excessively, the adjusting boss directly passes through the non-use switching wall and the non-use falling wall, and directly returns to the non-use stop position 115, and cannot normally enter the use stop position 1114; therefore, the limiting part 112 can be used for well avoiding misoperation of a consumer, only one switching transformation can occur when the pen holder is lifted at a single time, and the manual lifting distance of the consumer is not required, so that the misoperation can be caused by the manual lifting distance.
Compared with the prior art, after the technical scheme is adopted, the method has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, through height limiting and guide limiting, the operation process is more stable, and misoperation is avoided.
Secondly, the operation is more brief and more efficient.
And thirdly, two different schemes of a plane and a curved surface are provided, and different use scenes are adapted. Such as: when the outer pole adopts transparent material to make, then the pleasing to the eye degree of beating of inside core is comparatively important, and at this moment, it can be more suitable to adopt the curved surface. And when the outer rod is made of non-transparent materials, the outer rod is made of a plane, so that the cost is further reduced, and the outer rod is more suitable.

Example 1:
a lifting jump pen as shown in fig. 1 to 6, comprising a jump movement 1, a positioning member 2, a pen holder 3, an outer rod 6, a pen core 4 and a return spring 5. The jumping movement core 1 is provided with a jumping groove 11. One end of the positioning piece 2 is provided with an adjusting lug boss 21 which slides in the jumping groove 11 of the jumping movement core 1, and the other end is provided with a rotating lug boss 22 which forms rotating fit with the penholder 3. The return spring 5 and the refill 4 are sequentially arranged in the penholder 3. The jump groove 11 is provided with a usage boss 111, a usage limit wall 112, a non-usage switching wall 113, a non-usage falling wall 114 and a non-usage stop 115. The usage boss 111 is further provided with a usage entrance slope 1111, a usage fall-back wall 1112 and a usage stay wall 1113. The use stop 1114 is formed between the use fall back wall 1112 and the use stop wall 1113. The jumping movement 1 is matched with the tail part of the outer rod 6, and the penholder 3 is partially sleeved in the outer rod 6. The upper end of the refill 4 abuts against the lower end of the jumping movement core 1.
The operation principle is as follows: the adjustment boss 21 has two stable position forms in the jump groove 11, so that the pen core 4 can be accommodated in and exposed out of the pen holder 3. The switching between the two position modes is as follows:
first, exposure to revenue: at this time, the adjusting boss 21 is located at the using stop 1114, the outer rod 6 and the jumping movement 1 are kept motionless, the pen holder 3 is moved towards the end of the jumping movement 1, so that the adjusting boss 21 is contacted with the unused switching wall 113 upwards, the adjusting boss 21 is separated from the upper side of the using stop 1114 through the unused switching wall 113 and enters the upper side of the unused falling wall 114, at this time, the external force to the pen holder 3 is released, the reset spring 5 can promote the adjusting boss 21 to fall back, the unused falling wall 114 is contacted, the adjusting boss 21 enters the unused stop 115 through the unused falling wall 114, and at this time, the pen core 4 is in the state of being collected into the pen holder 3.
II, switching income to exposure: at this time, the adjusting boss 21 is located at the unused stop position 115, the outer rod 6 and the leap movement core 1 are kept still, the penholder 3 is moved towards the end of the leap movement core 1, so that the adjusting boss 21 is contacted upwards to use the entering slope 1111, the using boss 111 is leaped through the entering slope 1111, and the using limit wall 112 is contacted, at this time, the external force to the penholder 3 is loosened, the adjusting boss 21 indirectly falls back under the influence of the reset spring 5, so that the using fall-back wall 1112 is contacted, the adjusting boss 21 enters the used stop position 1114 through the using fall-back wall 1112, and at this time, the pen core is in a state of exposing the penholder 3.
For the convenience of production, the jumping slot 11 is divided into planes, and the positioning element 2 swings left and right relative to the jumping movement 1 with the rotating boss 22 as a fulcrum.
For the convenience of assembly, the jumping movement 1 is provided with a loading positioning groove 12, and the loading positioning groove 12 is further provided with a loading slope 121. The loading-in limiting walls 13 are further provided on both sides of the loading slope 121.
For more stability, the interior of the jump tank 11 is divided into an unused area A1, a used fall area A2, a used area A3 and an unused fall area A4, and the difference in height between the areas is such that the used fall area A2 is greater than or equal to the used area A3 and the unused fall area A4 is greater than or equal to the unused area A1. The height difference between different areas can make the better one-way movement of adjusting the boss 21, and can not turn back, thereby ensuring the stability of operation and avoiding the situation of shell clamping. The use of the entry ramp 1111 and the use of the stop wall 112 inclined toward the upper left corner facilitates providing a better guidance of the adjustment boss 21 and prevents the adjustment boss 21 from entering the wrong area. A jump limiting wall 14 is arranged beside the use boss 111. The jumping limit wall 14 prevents the adjustment protrusion 21 from being separated from the jumping groove 11 when jumping over the use protrusion 111.
In order to make the product more diversified and portable, the outer rod 6 is further provided with a pen clip 61, the pen clip 61 replaces the outer rod 6 to be matched with the jumping movement 1, and the jumping movement 1 is clamped in the pen clip 61.
In order to facilitate the replacement of the refill, the lower end of the pen holder 3 is further provided with a pen nib 31, and the pen nib 31 is detachably mounted at the lower end of the pen holder 3.
Example 2:
a lifting jump pen as shown in fig. 7 to 12 comprises a jump movement 1, a positioning member 2, a pen holder 3, an outer rod 6, a pen core 4 and a return spring 5. The jumping movement core 1 is provided with a jumping groove 11. One end of the positioning piece 2 is provided with an adjusting lug boss 21 which slides in the jumping groove 11 of the jumping movement core 1, and the other end is provided with a rotating lug boss 22 which forms rotating fit with the penholder 3. The return spring 5 and the refill 4 are sequentially arranged in the penholder 3. The jump groove 11 is provided with a usage boss 111, a usage limit wall 112, a non-usage switching wall 113, a non-usage falling wall 114 and a non-usage stop 115. The usage boss 111 is further provided with a usage entrance slope 1111, a usage fall-back wall 1112 and a usage stay wall 1113. The use stop 1114 is formed between the use fall back wall 1112 and the use stop wall 1113. The jumping movement 1 is matched with the tail part of the outer rod 6, and the penholder 3 is partially sleeved in the outer rod 6. The upper end of the refill 4 abuts against the lower end of the jumping movement core 1.

The part below the unused stop 115 is an unused stop boss, and the adjustment boss 21 cannot be separated from the jump groove 11 by the unused stop 115.
