Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a fixed shaft 4 is arranged on a side block 2, a rotating bearing 5 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 4, a mounting hole 21 for mounting a rotating group 3 is arranged on the side block 2, a locking screw 7 is arranged on the mounting hole 21, the rotating group 3 is connected with the side block 2 through a mounting plate, in actual use, an operator can adjust the distance between the two rotating groups 3 according to the length of a workpiece to be supported, a corresponding mounting hole 21 is selected, the mounting plate is locked at a corresponding position by the locking screw 7, the adjustment of the distance between the two rotating groups 3 is completed, the device is suitable for the workpiece with the corresponding length, the supporting region of the workpiece is adjusted by the two rotating groups 3, the workpiece with the thick and long type can be adjustably supported, the applicability of the device is enhanced, and the workpiece is prevented from being damaged in the grinding process.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the rotation sets 3 are two in number and located at two ends of the side stop block 2, each rotation set 3 includes a rotation shaft 31 and a rotation block 32 located on the rotation shaft 31, each rotation block 32 includes a limiting portion 321 and a supporting portion 322, the limiting portion 321 limits the whole rotation block 32, a supporting roller 6 is disposed at the top end of the supporting portion 322, the supporting roller 6 and a rotation bearing 5 form a supporting region for supporting a workpiece, a lock hole is disposed on the mounting plate, the limiting portion 321 is connected with the lock hole through a lock pin 8, after the adjustment of the distance between the two rotation sets 3 is completed, the size of the supporting region is adjusted according to the diameter of the workpiece, the rotation shaft 31 drives the rotation block 32 to rotate, during the rotation of the rotation block 32, the supporting roller 6 at the top end of the supporting portion 322 is matched with the rotation bearing 5 on the fixed shaft 4 to form a supporting region for supporting the workpiece, after the rotating shaft 31 is adjusted, the limiting part 321 of the rotating block 32 is locked into the lock hole by the lock pin 8, the adjustment of the size of the workpiece supporting area is completed, the supporting roller 6 and the rotating bearing 5 are adopted to form the supporting area, the workpiece is supported under the condition that the rotation of the workpiece is not influenced, and the workpiece can be quickly ground while being supported.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the number of the rotating blocks 32 is multiple and the rotating blocks are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the rotating shaft 31, and the existence of the multiple rotating blocks 32 can effectively support the long workpiece, thereby ensuring the supporting effect.
As shown in fig. 3, the stopper 321 and the support 322 are integrally formed, and the rotating shaft 31 penetrates through the connecting position of the stopper 321 and the support 322, so that the integrally formed rotating block 32 has high strength and can support the workpiece more stably.
As shown in fig. 4, a method of using a bearing bracket includes the steps of:
s1, primary adjustment: adjusting the distance between the two rotating groups 3 according to the length of a workpiece to be supported, selecting corresponding mounting hole positions 21, and locking the mounting plate at corresponding positions by using locking screws 7 to finish the translation adjustment of the rotating groups 3, so that the device is suitable for workpieces with corresponding lengths and effectively supports long workpieces;
s2, secondary adjustment: the size of a supporting area is adjusted according to the diameter of a workpiece to be supported, the rotating shaft 31 drives the rotating block 32 to rotate, the position of the supporting roller 6 at the top end of the supporting part 322 is adjusted, the supporting area formed by the supporting roller 6 and the rotating bearing 5 is adjusted, the size of the supporting area is adjusted, the angle between a straight line and a vertical line where the supporting part 322 is located is changed in the rotating process of the rotating block 32, when the angle is increased, the workpiece with a larger diameter can be supported, and when the angle is decreased, the workpiece with a smaller diameter can be supported;
s3, fixing: the limiting part 321 is fixed in the lock hole by the lock pin 8, the rotating block 32 is locked, and the workpiece is supported integrally and stably after the rotating block 32 is locked.
In step S1 of this embodiment, one rotation group 3 is in a fixed state, and the other rotation group 3 is installed in the corresponding installation hole 21, so as to adjust the distance between the two rotation groups 3, ensure that one rotation group 3 is located at the end of the side stopper 2, and avoid the influence on the grinding operation of the workpiece.
In step S2 of this embodiment, after the position of the supporting roller 6 is adjusted, the distance between the supporting roller 6 and the rotating bearing 5 is adjusted, and the adjustment of the size of the supporting area is further completed.
In summary, under the cooperation of the installation bottom block 1, the side stop block 2 and the rotating group 3, the invention realizes effective support of the workpiece, ensures smooth proceeding of subsequent grinding operation, and further ensures subsequent grinding effect of the workpiece.

3. The bearing bracket according to claim 2, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a locking hole, and the limiting portion is connected with the locking hole through a locking pin.
4. The bearing bracket of claim 1, wherein the number of the rotation blocks is plural and is distributed at intervals along the length direction of the rotation shaft.
5. The bearing bracket according to claim 1, wherein the position-limiting portion is integrally formed with the support portion, and the rotation shaft penetrates through a connecting position of the position-limiting portion and the support portion.
6. A method of using a bearing bracket for a bearing according to any of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1, primary adjustment: adjusting the distance between the two rotating groups according to the length of a workpiece to be supported, selecting corresponding mounting hole positions, and locking the mounting plate at corresponding positions by using locking screws to finish the translation adjustment of the rotating groups;
s2, secondary adjustment: the size of the supporting area is adjusted according to the diameter of a workpiece to be supported, the rotating shaft drives the rotating block to rotate, the position of the supporting roller at the top end of the supporting part is adjusted, the supporting area formed by the supporting roller and the rotating bearing is adjusted, and the size of the supporting area is adjusted;
s3, fixing: and the limiting part is fixed in the lock hole by adopting the lock pin, so that the rotating block is locked.
