The heating bin 6 is arranged in the cavity of the fumigating cylinder 1, the medicine box 3 is arranged in the heating bin 6 and is in sliding connection with the heating bin 6, the medicine box 3 is used for placing medicine cakes, a plurality of through holes 5 are formed in the medicine box 3, and the through holes 5 are communicated with the cavity. And the four sides of the medicine box 3 are provided with heating bins 6 for heating the medicine box 3 and medicine cakes in the medicine box 3, and the heating bins 6 are fixedly connected with the inner cavity wall of the fumigating cylinder 1. When the medicine box is used, firstly, the medicine box 3 is pulled out of the heating bin 6 through the handle, medicine cakes are placed in the medicine box 3, the switch button 12 and the grouping setting button 20 on the main control panel 8 are opened, the temperature adjusting button 10 and the time adjusting button 11 are adjusted according to the description of the medicine cakes, the confirmation button 21 is pressed for confirmation after the temperature and the time of one time period are adjusted, and the temperature and the time of the next time period are adjusted through the temperature adjusting button 10 and the time adjusting button 11, and the confirmation button 21 is pressed until all the temperature and the time groups are set according to the description of the medicine cakes. After the setting is completed, the treatment start button 22 is pressed, the main control panel 8 transmits signals to the PLC controller connected with the main control panel, and the PLC controller controls the temperature sensor 7, the heating bin 6, the axial flow fan 2 and the ultrasonic atomizer 4 which are electrically connected with the PLC controller to be turned on, and heating is performed according to the set temperature value and the set time period. The heating bins 6 arranged around the medicine box 3 heat the medicine box 3 and the medicine cake to generate medicine component volatile matters, and the medicine component volatile matters enter the fumigating cylinder 1 through the through holes 5. The required water is injected into the ultrasonic atomizer 4 through the injection port 16, the water mist generated by the ultrasonic atomizer 4 enters the fumigation cylinder 1, and the water mist is mixed with the volatile matters of the medicine components generated by the medicine box 3 forwards under the action of the air flow blown out by the axial fan 2 at the rear end and is sprayed to the acupuncture points of a patient. The temperature signal of the mixed steam of the water mist and the volatile matters of the medicine components passing through the front end of the fumigation barrel 1 is fed back to the PLC through the temperature sensor 7 arranged at the front end of the fumigation barrel 1, and the temperature is displayed in real time through the display screen 9 on the main control panel 8 electrically connected with the PLC, so that the data can be conveniently read by people. When the temperature sensor 7 senses that the temperature of the steam outlet is too high, the wind speed of the heating bin 6 is reduced, and the external wind (the flow of side wind) is increased, so that the wind temperature of the steam outlet is controlled, and scalding is prevented. The halfway pause can be achieved by a pause button 23.

The heating bin 6 is arranged in the fumigation barrel 1, the medicine box 3 is arranged in the heating bin 6 and is in sliding connection with the heating bin 6, the medicine box 3 is used for placing medicine cakes, and a plurality of through holes 5 are formed in the medicine box 3. And the four sides of the medicine box 3 are provided with heating bins 6 for heating the medicine box 3 and medicine cakes in the medicine box 3, and the heating bins 6 are fixedly connected with the inner cavity wall of the fumigating cylinder 1. The PLC controller is a programmable controller, and is set according to the optimal temperature and time required by the medicine cakes of different traditional Chinese medicine materials, and a two-dimensional code is generated, and after the two-dimensional code reader 13 on the main control panel 8 recognizes the two-dimensional code on the packing bag of the medicine cake, the two-dimensional code is transmitted to the PLC controller connected with the two-dimensional code reader, and the PLC controller automatically sets the corresponding temperature and time and heats the medicine cake by controlling the heating bin 6. Fully plays the roles of the effective components of different traditional Chinese medicines, particularly volatile traditional Chinese medicines, at different temperatures.
When the two-dimensional code is used, firstly, the two-dimensional code is set and generated according to the optimal temperature and time required by the medicine cakes of different traditional Chinese medicine materials. The medicine cake stuck with the corresponding two-dimensional code is placed in the medicine box 3, and the medicine box 3 and the medicine cake are heated by the heating bin 6 arranged around the medicine box 3 to generate medicine component volatile matters, and the medicine component volatile matters enter the fumigation cylinder 1 through the through hole 5. The water mist generated by the ultrasonic atomizer 4 enters the fumigation cylinder 1, and is mixed with the volatile matters of the medicine components generated by the medicine box 3 forwards under the action of the air flow blown by the axial fan 2 at the rear end, and is blown to the acupoints of a patient. The temperature signal of the mixed steam of the water mist passing through the front end of the fumigation cylinder 1 and the volatile matters of the medicine components is fed back to the PLC through the temperature sensor 7 arranged at the front end of the fumigation cylinder 1, and the PLC controls the heating temperature and the heating time of the heating bin 6 through the temperature and time comparison with the two-dimension code identification. The temperature in the heating process is displayed in real time through the display screen 9 on the main control panel 8 which is electrically connected with the PLC, so that people can read data conveniently.
