And the ventilation holes of the ventilation valve on the market are small, and the air quantity is limited. The cost of the die is higher when the ventilation valve made of plastic material is newly designed on the converter cabinet. Besides small ventilation amount and high price, the installed metal structure ventilation valve has heavier mass, and the structural strength of the original cabinet door of the motor train unit running at high speed needs to be verified.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, one of the seven first ventilation holes 201 is located in the center of the plug 2, and the remaining six first ventilation holes 201 are distributed on the periphery. The plug 2 is in a round table shape matched with the groove of the ventilation plug.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the waterproof and breathable membrane assembly 1 is located between the plug 2 and the vent plug mesh, and the waterproof and breathable membrane assembly 1 is disposed on the plug 2 close to the breathable membrane layer 101.

In a specific application, the supporting and protecting layer 102 is made of PC material (polycarbonate). In this embodiment, since the breathable film layer 101 is thin and is easily wrinkled and deformed during use, a supporting and protecting layer 102 is provided, and the supporting and protecting layer 102 can protect and support the breathable film layer 101. The PC material has the advantages of strong impact resistance, and good strength and toughness. Of course, other materials may be used to prepare the supporting protective layer 102.
In a specific application, the breathable membrane layer 101 is made of ePTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). When the membrane is used specifically, the ePTFE membrane prepared from Shanghai Kan limited company is adopted, and the membrane has good ventilation performance and has the advantages of water resistance, temperature resistance and the like.
Further, the plug 2 is made of EPDM rubber, and the hardness is as follows: 75. + -. 5% Shore A, color: white, temperature resistance: the temperature is-40 ℃ to 120 ℃, and the surface is smooth and has no burrs or rubber bumps.
