Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an early warning method for an exit ramp of a highway provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: and acquiring real-time position information and vehicle identification of the target vehicle.
The target vehicle is a vehicle which is subjected to exit ramp set mining and common exit ramp set mining and uploads the corresponding exit ramp set and the common exit ramp set to a large data platform database; the vehicle identification may be the license plate number of the vehicle, a preset vehicle number, the identification of the driver, etc. The driver and the driver are not bound, and at the moment, when the driver uses the vehicle, the driver and the vehicle can be bound only by logging in the corresponding account and the password.
In the embodiment of the application, the target vehicle uploads the real-time position information of the target vehicle to the big data platform at a fixed frequency every 3 seconds in the driving process, and in a specific implementation process, a person skilled in the art can appropriately adjust the uploading frequency according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the application.
Step 102: acquiring a corresponding common exit ramp set according to the vehicle identification; wherein the common set of off-ramps includes common off-ramp points.
The common exit ramp set is obtained by analyzing and mining the off-line driving track of the vehicle and establishing an association relationship between each obtained ramp point and the vehicle, and the large data platform can associate the target vehicle with the exit ramp set stored in the large data platform database and the corresponding common exit ramp set through a vehicle identifier.
Step 103: and judging whether the common exit ramp set contains a target common exit ramp point within a preset distance from the real-time position information.
The preset distance is that the distance between the real-time position information of the target vehicle and a common exit ramp point is within the range of 2 KM; the target common exit ramp point is a common exit ramp point within a preset distance from the real-time position information of the target vehicle in the common exit ramp set.
Step 104: and if so, early warning the target vehicle.
In a specific implementation process, after the situation that the common exit ramps collectively contain the target common exit ramp points within the preset distance from the real-time position information of the target vehicle is judged, the big data platform issues an early warning task to the target vehicle, and the target vehicle executes a corresponding early warning command when receiving the big early warning task so as to remind a driver of preparing for lane changing and deceleration in advance in a broadcasting early warning mode. Wherein, broadcast the mode of early warning and include: and converting the issued early warning command into corresponding sound for playing or using the sound recorded in advance for playing.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
acquiring a driving track of a historical vehicle; the driving track is a plurality of continuous track points corresponding to a preset travel of the historical vehicle;
intercepting the driving track according to a preset window and a preset step length to obtain a plurality of track sections; the number of the track points in each track segment is the size of the preset window;
determining whether the track segment contains exit ramp points or not according to the road grade of the track point corresponding to each track segment;
and acquiring an exit ramp point corresponding to a track segment containing the exit ramp point, and generating the exit ramp set according to the acquired exit ramp point.
The driving track is offline track information of a historical vehicle, and the preset travel is a travel interval in which the vehicle runs within a preset time range.
In a specific implementation process, the big data platform plays back the track of the vehicle one day before, error data generated due to vehicle equipment failure or GPS drift and the like are filtered, a section of travel is constructed by the filtered track points according to the time when the vehicle starts to travel and finishes traveling, each section of travel is composed of a plurality of continuous track points, and the track points of each section of travel are filtered to remove interference points in the travel. In the embodiment of the present application, the preset time range is a previous day, and in a specific implementation process, a person skilled in the art may appropriately adjust the preset time range according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, the track point corresponding to the preset travel B of the vehicle a is a section of continuous n track points, the size of the preset window is set to m, and the preset step length is set to z, where > m. And intercepting the n track points according to the sizes of m and z to obtain corresponding multi-segment track points. When the track point corresponding to the stroke a is a section of continuous 100 track points, the size m of the preselection window is 10, and the preset step length is 5, the following can be obtained: 0-10, 1-11, 2-12, 3-13, etc., and so on, all trajectory segments in a 0-100 stroke can be obtained.
Judging the road grade corresponding to the track point of each track section, wherein the road grade comprises the following steps: and acquiring exit ramp points corresponding to the track sections containing the exit ramp points according to the judgment result for the expressway and the non-expressway, so as to realize excavation of the exit ramp set of the vehicle A.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
acquiring the time and the times of the target vehicle passing each historical exit ramp point within a preset time period; wherein the historical off-ramp point is one of the set of off-ramps;
determining a correlation value between the target vehicle and the corresponding historical ramp-off point according to the time and the times of the target vehicle passing through each historical ramp-off point;
and determining a common exit ramp set corresponding to the target vehicle according to the correlation value of the historical exit ramp points.
Wherein, the preset time period can be the previous day, the previous week, the previous month, the previous three months and the like.
In a specific implementation process, the previous week may be used as a preset time period, and according to the number of times and time that the target vehicle passes through each historical exit ramp point in the previous week, an association relationship is established between the target vehicle and the corresponding historical exit ramp point, and a correlation is given to each historical exit ramp point.
The correlation is positively correlated with the times that the target vehicle passes through the historical exit ramp point, and is positively correlated with the latest time that the target vehicle exits the historical exit ramp point. That is, the more times the target vehicle passes through the history exit ramp point, the closer the time the target vehicle passes through the history exit ramp point is to the current time, and the greater the possibility that the target vehicle passes through the history exit ramp point next time is considered to be.
The method comprises the steps of giving correlation to each historical exit ramp point, obtaining a correlation value of each historical exit ramp point, selecting the historical exit ramp point of which the correlation value is larger than a preset threshold value as a common exit ramp point corresponding to a target vehicle, and updating a common exit ramp set according to a certain time period. In a specific implementation process, a person skilled in the art may select a suitable preset threshold according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Because the correlation value obtained in the embodiment of the application is dynamically changed and is iterated continuously according to the trajectory of the target vehicle, when the trajectory of the target vehicle changes, the correlation value of the exit ramp point obtained according to the original trajectory is reduced, and the correlation value of the exit ramp point obtained according to the current trajectory is increased, so that a new common exit ramp set is formed.
On the basis of the embodiment, the road grade comprises an expressway and a non-expressway, and the track points in the track section are arranged according to the acquired time; determining whether the track segment contains an exit ramp point according to the road grade of the track point corresponding to each track segment, including:
if the road grades of the track points corresponding to the track segment are the same, the track segment does not contain the exit ramp point;
if the road grade of the track point that the orbit section corresponds is inequality, just the road grade is arranged for highway's track point the road grade is the front of non-highway's track point, just the road grade be highway's track point with when the quantity of road grade for non-highway's track point all satisfies first threshold value, then confirm contain export ramp point in the orbit section.
Wherein, the exit ramp point is a special crossing, including two characteristics: firstly, one direction of an exit ramp point is an expressway, and the other direction is a non-expressway; second, the exit ramp point is unidirectional. The first threshold is greater than or equal to 2. In a specific implementation process, a person skilled in the art may appropriately adjust the first threshold according to an actual situation, and this is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In a specific implementation process, if all the track points corresponding to a section of track are on the highway or are on the non-highway, based on the two characteristics of the exit ramp points, it can be known that the section of track does not include the exit ramp points.
If the road grades of the corresponding track points of one track section are different, and the track points of the expressway with the road grade are arranged in front of the track points of the non-expressway with the road grade, the number of the track points of the expressway with the road grade is more than or equal to 2, and the number of the track points of the non-expressway with the road grade is more than or equal to 2, the track section of the section can be determined to contain the exit ramp points.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a method for obtaining an exit ramp point according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 2, A1, A2, A3, and A4 are track points of a road class of an expressway, A5, A6, A7, A8, and A9 are track points of a road class of an non-expressway, A1, A2, A3, and A4 are arranged in front of A5, A6, A7, A8, and A9, and both the number of track points of an expressway and the number of track points of a non-expressway are greater than 2, so that it can be determined that an exit ramp point is included in a track segment in fig. 2.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the acquiring an off-ramp point corresponding to a track segment including the off-ramp point includes:

As shown in fig. 2, the first track point set is A1, A2, A3, and A4, and then A4 is an exit ramp point corresponding to the track segment in fig. 2.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the acquiring an off-ramp point corresponding to a track segment including the off-ramp point further includes:
if the driving tracks comprise a plurality of driving tracks, acquiring exit ramp points to be determined at the same position in each driving track;
acquiring the number of the exit ramp points to be determined contained in the preset area range of each exit ramp point to be determined, and acquiring a first calculation result;
and determining the exit ramp point to be determined corresponding to the first calculation result with the maximum value as the exit ramp point.
The preset area range is a circular area obtained by taking each exit ramp point to be determined as a circle center and taking the preset length as a radius.
In the implementation process, if the vehicle passes through the same exit ramp point for multiple times, multiple exit ramp points such as A4 shown in fig. 2 are generated, and each of the A4 ramp points is taken as an exit ramp point to be determined. Taking each exit ramp point to be determined as a circle center, taking 50 meters as a radius, calculating the number of exit ramp points to be determined contained in a circle corresponding to each exit ramp point to be determined, and selecting the circle center corresponding to the circle containing the exit ramp point to be determined with the largest number as the finally determined exit ramp point.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the determining whether the common exit ramp set includes a target common exit ramp point within a preset distance from the real-time position information includes:
and if the road grade corresponding to the real-time position information is an expressway, the distance between the real-time position information and the common exit ramp point meets a second preset threshold value, and the direction angle deviation between the real-time position information and the common exit ramp point meets a third threshold value range, determining that the common exit ramp set contains a target common exit ramp point within a preset distance from the real-time position information.
The second preset threshold is 2KM, and the third preset threshold is 120 degrees. In a specific implementation process, a person skilled in the art may appropriately adjust the second preset threshold and the third preset threshold according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application. In the specific implementation process, the target vehicle uploads the real-time position information of the target vehicle to the big data platform at a fixed frequency every 3 seconds in the driving process. The big data platform judges the driving road of the vehicle according to the real-time position information of the vehicle, and if the target vehicle drives on a non-expressway, early warning of the target vehicle is not involved. And if the target vehicle runs on the expressway, further judging whether a target common exit ramp point exists within the range of 2KM of the target vehicle.

On the basis of the above embodiment, if the target vehicle is contained, the early warning of the target vehicle includes:
and if the common exit ramp set contains target common exit ramp points within a preset distance from the real-time position information and the running speed of the target vehicle is greater than the preset running speed, early warning is carried out on the target vehicle.
In a specific implementation process, after determining that the common exit ramp set includes a target common exit ramp point within a preset distance from the real-time position information of the target vehicle, first determining whether the running speed of the target vehicle is greater than a preset running speed, and in the embodiment of the present application, setting the preset running speed to 65KM/h. Namely, when the running speed of the target vehicle is less than 65KM/h, the large data platform considers that the driver has prepared for decelerating and changing lanes in advance, and the early warning of the target vehicle is not repeated. And when the running speed of the target vehicle is greater than 65KM/h, issuing an early warning task to the target vehicle. In a specific implementation process, the preset running speed is 65KM/h, and in a specific embodiment, a person skilled in the art may appropriately adjust the preset running speed according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. Firstly, the big data platform inquires whether a driver corresponding to a target vehicle carries out personalized configuration on the early warning prompt of the vehicle, and if the driver carries out personalized configuration on the early warning prompt of the vehicle, the driver can be reminded of the client by directly using the early warning prompt of the personalized configuration of the driver. If the driver does not configure the early warning prompt in advance, after the target vehicle receives the task in the early warning, the issued early warning command is converted into corresponding sound or the driver is broadcasted and reminded by using the sound recorded in advance.
