According to the display method of the house-type report provided by the embodiment of the application, the execution main body can be a display device of the house-type report. In the embodiment of the present application, a method for displaying a house-type report by a display device of a house-type report is taken as an example, and a display device of a house-type report provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a display device 200 for a house-type report is provided, including: a first obtaining unit 202, configured to obtain house type data of a house; a second obtaining unit 204, configured to determine, in a virtual reality house type map corresponding to the house, virtual observation point bit data associated with the house, where the virtual observation point bit data includes orientation information of the house; and a determining unit 206 for determining evaluation information of the house according to the house type data and the orientation information, and generating and displaying a house type report.
In the embodiment of the application, the evaluation information of the house is determined by using the house type data and the orientation information, and then the house type report is generated according to the evaluation information. The displayed house type report can provide a house evaluation for inexperienced house-watchers for the user to refer to. In the process, a person who looks at the house does not need to waste time and labor to search materials, and meanwhile, the probability of errors in the house type comparison process can be reduced.
In one possible design, the house type data includes, but is not limited to, the relative position between the rooms, the relative position between the window position in each room and the door body, and may also include, for example, the space ratio of the window on the wall where the window is located, and the positional relationship between the corridor and each room.
In one possible design, the house report may be presented in the form of an image, an electronic album, a list or text for the user to read while looking at the house online using virtual reality technology.
In one possible design, the house-type report may be broadcast in the form of voice, and the user may read the house-type report by listening to the voice while watching the house online.

In one possible design, the data of the virtual observation point associated with the house includes a first virtual observation point and a second virtual observation point, where the first virtual observation point and the second virtual observation point are selected by a user, and after the first virtual observation point and the second virtual observation point are determined, the first virtual observation point is used as an initial point, and a direction of a connection line from the initial point to the second virtual observation point is used as an orientation of the house.

In the design, the first numerical value may be directly input by the user, or may be an empirical value, for example, a house with a total score value of excellent, in the process, the house type report of the house with the total score being greater than or equal to the first numerical value is output, and the house type report of the house with the total score being less than the first numerical value is cancelled, so that the user can screen the house type report of the house according to the first screening operation, so as to screen the house type report meeting the user requirement, and reduce the time cost of house screening.
In one of the possible designs, the first value may be one of excellent, good, and fair.

The display device 200 of the house-type report in the embodiment of the present application may be an electronic device, or may be a component in the electronic device, such as an integrated circuit or a chip. The electronic Device may be, for example, a Mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a vehicle-mounted electronic Device, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), an Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR) Device, a robot, a wearable Device, an ultra-Mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and may also be a server, a Network Attached Storage (NAS), a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine, a self-service machine, and the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited.
The display device of the house-type report in the embodiment of the present application may be a device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and embodiments of the present application are not limited specifically.
The display device for the house type report provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented in the method embodiment of fig. 1, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.

Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present application.

In one possible design, processor 410 is further configured to: receiving a first value in response to a first screening operation of the premises; outputting a house type report of the house under the condition that the total score of the house is greater than or equal to a first numerical value; and in the case that the total score of the house is smaller than the first numerical value, canceling the output of the house type report of the house.

It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 404 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 4041 and a microphone 4042, and the Graphics processor 4041 processes image data of a still picture or a video obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The memory 409 may be used to store software programs as well as various data. The memory 409 may mainly include a first storage area storing a program or an instruction and a second storage area storing data, wherein the first storage area may store an operating system, an application program or an instruction (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like. Further, the memory 409 may comprise volatile memory or non-volatile memory, or the memory 409 may comprise both volatile and non-volatile memory. The non-volatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. The memory 409 in the embodiments of the present application includes, but is not limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
Processor 410 may include one or more processing units; optionally, the processor 410 integrates an application processor, which primarily handles operations related to the operating system, user interface, and applications, and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communication signals, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 410.

Claims (13)

1. A method for displaying a house-type report, comprising:
acquiring house type data of a house;
determining virtual observation point bit data associated with the house in a virtual reality house type graph corresponding to the house, wherein the virtual observation point bit data comprises orientation information of the house;
and determining evaluation information of the house according to the house type data and the orientation information, and generating and displaying the house type report.
2. The method of displaying a house-type report of claim 1, wherein determining evaluation information of the house according to the house-type data and the orientation information, and generating and displaying the house-type report comprises:
comparing the house type data with the comment conditions of the preset comment dimensionality according to the orientation information to obtain evaluation information of the house under the preset comment dimensionality;
determining the house type report according to the preset comment dimensionality and the evaluation information;
and displaying the house type report.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the assessment information comprises a score value and/or a comment document, wherein the score value corresponds to the comment document.
4. The method of displaying a house-type report of claim 2, wherein the preset comment dimension comprises:
one or more of lighting and ventilation dimensions, pattern form dimensions, and functional partition dimensions.
5. The method of displaying a house-type report of claim 4,
the lighting and ventilation dimensions include: an orientation dimension and/or a permeability dimension;
the format dimension comprises: a squareness dimension and/or a privacy dimension;
the functional partition dimensions include: dynamic and static partition dimensions and/or dynamic line partition dimensions.
6. The method of displaying a house-type report according to claim 3, wherein in case that the number of the preset comment dimensions is plural, the method further comprises:
receiving a weight value of each preset comment dimension;
determining a total score of the house according to the weight value and the score value of each preset scoring dimension;
and outputting the total score of the house.
7. The method for displaying a house type report of claim 6, wherein said determining a total rating of said house according to said weight value and said rating value of each of said predetermined rating dimensions comprises:
determining a scoring product value of the weight value and the scoring value of each preset scoring dimension;
determining a cumulative sum of a plurality of said scoring product values to obtain a total score for said house.
8. The method of displaying a house-type report of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving a first value in response to a first screening operation of the premises;
outputting a report of the house type if the total score of the house is greater than or equal to the first value;
and canceling the output of the house type report of the house in the case that the total score of the house is smaller than the first numerical value.
9. The method of displaying a house-type report of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a second value of the preset comment dimension in response to a second screening operation of the house;
outputting a house type report of the house under the condition that the score value of the preset scoring dimension is greater than or equal to the second numerical value;
and under the condition that the score value of the preset scoring dimension is smaller than the second numerical value, the output of the house type report of the house is cancelled.
10. A display device for a house-type report, comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the house type data of a house;
a second acquisition unit configured to determine virtual observation point bit data associated with the house in a virtual reality house type map corresponding to the house, wherein the virtual observation point bit data includes orientation information of the house;
and the determining unit is used for determining the evaluation information of the house according to the house type data and the orientation information, and generating and displaying the house type report.
11. A display device for a house-type report, comprising:
a memory storing a program and a processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the program.
12. A readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores thereon a program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
a display device of the house-type report of claim 10 or 11; and/or
The readable storage medium of claim 12.
