Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-2.
The embodiment of the application discloses a project feasibility study report generation method, a project feasibility study report generation device, project feasibility study report generation equipment and a storage medium.
And S10, searching a corresponding report template according to the project information.
The item information at least comprises an item type, a chapter title, chapter content corresponding to the chapter title and chapter characteristics corresponding to the chapter title. The project type may be a construction project, an investment project, etc. The chapter title refers to a title of each chapter content in the item information, the chapter features are titles of paragraphs in the chapter content, and each chapter feature can correspond to a plurality of paragraphs.
Specifically, a user sends project information to a system, the system searches a report template corresponding to a project type in a preset template database after receiving the project information, the report template of the same project type comprises some general data of feasibility study reports of the project type, such as a building project, and the corresponding report template comprises laws and regulations related to buildings, engineering quality safety and the like, so that data required to be collected by the user is reduced, and the effect of saving human resources is achieved.
The template database is set by a manufacturer according to the report template of each project type, and the manufacturer sorts the feasibility study reports of each project type and extracts the common frame part to obtain the report template.
S20, the report template is searched for the chapter position corresponding to the chapter title.
Specifically, a fixed chapter directory exists in the report template, the names of all chapters are the same, the system identifies the chapter names on the report template and the chapter titles in the item information, matches the chapters of the report template and the item information, namely, the same chapter names and the same chapter titles are searched, and accordingly the chapter positions corresponding to the chapter titles in the item information are determined, so that the chapter content corresponding to the chapter titles can be copied to the corresponding chapter positions in the report template, and the effect of sorting the chapter sequence in the item information is achieved.
And S30, searching a feature position corresponding to the chapter feature in the report template.
Wherein, the feature position is the corresponding paragraph position of the chapter feature in the report template.
Specifically, each section in the report template is divided into a plurality of sections, each section is provided with a corresponding feature word, so that matching is performed according to the section features in the project information, and the formats of each section are different, for example: font bolding, font color, etc. After the system finds the chapter position corresponding to the chapter title, the system searches the feature words corresponding to the chapter features in the chapter positions, so that the feature positions corresponding to the chapter features are determined according to the positions of the feature words, paragraphs corresponding to the chapter features and the chapter features are conveniently copied to the corresponding feature positions, and the format of each paragraph is conveniently adjusted.
And S40, copying the paragraphs corresponding to the chapter characteristics into a report template to generate a feasibility study report.
Specifically, the system searches paragraphs corresponding to chapter features in the project information, and then copies the chapter and chapter features into feature positions corresponding to the chapter features, so that the project information is sorted, and the format and sequence of each paragraph in the project information are adjusted, so that the effect of automatically generating a feasibility study report is achieved, and human resources are saved.
In one embodiment, in order to find the corresponding chapter position for the wrong chapter title in consideration of the case that the chapter title is not normal or wrong, the following processing steps are present after S20:
if the chapter positions corresponding to the partial chapter titles are not found, all chapter features corresponding to the partial chapter titles are found; feature locations corresponding to all chapter features corresponding to portions of the chapter titles are looked up in the report template.
The partial chapter titles are the chapter titles of which the corresponding chapter positions cannot be found in the report template, namely, the chapter titles with irregular names or errors occur.
Specifically, if the system detects that part of chapter titles in the project information do not have corresponding chapter positions, the system searches all chapter features corresponding to the part of chapter titles, then the system searches feature positions corresponding to all chapter features in the report template, and if the feature position corresponding to the chapter feature corresponding to one wrong chapter title can be found in the same blank chapter of the report template, the blank chapter is indicated as the chapter position corresponding to the chapter title, so that the corresponding chapter position is searched for the wrong or irregular chapter title, the situation that the blank chapter appears in the feasibility study report is reduced, and the feasibility study report is perfected.
In one embodiment, after finding the feature positions corresponding to all the chapter features corresponding to part of the chapter titles in the report template, considering that the chapter features corresponding to part of the chapter titles are not normalized or wrong, in order to find the corresponding feature positions for the unnormalized or wrong chapters, the corresponding processing steps are as follows:
if the feature position corresponding to the part of the chapter features corresponding to the part of the chapter titles is not found, searching preset keywords in the paragraphs corresponding to the part of the chapter features; searching paragraph positions corresponding to the keywords in a preset keyword database; copying the partial section features and the paragraphs corresponding to the partial section features at paragraph positions in the report template corresponding to keywords.
The partial chapter features are chapter features with errors or irregular names in partial chapter titles, namely chapter features of which the feature positions corresponding to the chapter features cannot be found in the report template. Keywords are special words set by the manufacturer according to project types, and the keywords only appear in specific paragraphs. The keyword database is set by the manufacturer in advance, and the paragraph positions of the keywords in the report template are recorded in the keyword database.
Specifically, when the system detects that part of chapter characteristics exist in part of chapter titles, the system searches keywords in paragraphs corresponding to the part of chapter characteristics, if the system detects that the keywords exist in paragraphs corresponding to the part of chapter characteristics, the system searches paragraph positions of the keywords in the report template according to the keyword database, and copies the part of chapter characteristics and the paragraphs corresponding to the part of chapter characteristics to the paragraph positions corresponding to the keywords, so that corresponding characteristic positions are searched for chapter characteristics with irregular or wrong names, and the possibility of incomplete chapter contents is reduced.
In one embodiment, after finding the section position corresponding to the section title in the report template, considering the condition that no keyword exists in the partial section features, in order to match the corresponding feature position with the corresponding partial section feature without the keyword, the corresponding processing steps are as follows:
if the preset keywords do not exist in the paragraphs corresponding to the partial chapter characteristics, the chapter characteristics except the partial chapter characteristics in all the chapter characteristics corresponding to the partial chapter titles are set as the residual chapter characteristics; searching chapter positions of the residual chapter features in the report template; and copying the partial chapter characteristics and the paragraphs corresponding to the partial chapter characteristics to the supplementary paragraphs in the preset chapter positions corresponding to the rest chapter characteristics.
The supplementary paragraph is a paragraph position preset by the manufacturer at the end of each chapter in the report, and is used for storing chapter features and corresponding paragraphs, of which feature positions cannot be found in the chapter.
Specifically, if the system does not find the keyword in the paragraph corresponding to the partial chapter features, the system finds the corresponding chapter position of the remaining chapter features in the report template, copies the partial chapter features and the corresponding paragraph in the supplementary paragraph in the chapter position, and labels the supplementary paragraph, for example: please check the titles of the paragraphs, so as to copy the paragraphs corresponding to the characteristics of the partial chapters without keywords to the preset positions in the chapters, thereby reducing the occurrence of incomplete chapter contents and facilitating the user to adjust the positions of the supplementary paragraphs.
In one embodiment, after searching for feature positions corresponding to all chapter features corresponding to part of chapter titles in a report template, considering the situation that the chapter positions of part of chapter features cannot be determined, that is, when both the chapter title of a certain chapter in the item information and the chapter feature corresponding to the chapter title are wrong and a keyword does not exist in a paragraph corresponding to the chapter feature, in order to place the part of chapter features of which the chapter positions cannot be determined, the corresponding processing steps are as follows:
and if the feature positions corresponding to all the chapter features corresponding to the partial chapter titles cannot be found in the report template, copying the partial chapter titles and the chapters corresponding to the partial chapter titles into the supplementary chapters preset in the report template.
The supplementary chapters are chapters preset in the report template by the manufacturer.
Specifically, if all chapter features corresponding to part of the chapter titles do not find corresponding feature positions, the system copies the part of the chapter titles and the corresponding chapter contents into the supplementary chapters in the report template, so that the situation that information in the feasibility analysis report is incomplete is reduced, and meanwhile, the user can conveniently adjust the supplementary chapters.
And if the characteristic positions corresponding to all the chapter characteristics corresponding to the partial chapter titles cannot be found in the report template, copying the partial chapter titles and the chapters corresponding to the partial chapter titles into the supplementary chapters preset in the report template.
In one embodiment, after copying the chapter features and the paragraphs corresponding to the chapter features to the feature positions corresponding to the chapter features in the report template, considering that there may be blank chapters in the report template, in order to find the chapter contents corresponding to the blank chapters, the corresponding processing steps are as follows:
if the report template has blank chapters, searching chapter vocabularies corresponding to the blank chapters in a chapter database; finding a supplementary chapter where a chapter vocabulary exists; displaying chapter titles corresponding to the supplementary chapters with the chapter vocabularies and the chapter names of the blank chapters, and displaying a text prompt related to whether the chapter titles and the chapter names correspond to each other; when a selection instruction of a user is received, the selection instruction comprises a chapter title corresponding to the chapter name of the blank chapter, and the supplementary chapter corresponding to the selection instruction is copied at the blank chapter.
The chapter note words are special words set by manufacturers according to project types and chapter names, and the chapter database is used for storing chapter words corresponding to different chapters. The blank chapter has only the chapter name and no chapter of the chapter contents.
Specifically, after copying all chapter contents in the project information to the report template, if the system detects that a blank chapter exists in the report template, the system searches chapter vocabularies corresponding to chapter names of the blank chapter in a chapter database, the system searches a supplementary chapter with the chapter vocabularies, displays the chapter names of the blank chapter and the chapter titles of the supplementary chapter, and simultaneously displays a text prompt related to whether the chapter titles and the chapter names correspond to each other, so that a user can select a proper supplementary chapter.
In one embodiment, after searching for the supplementary chapters in which the chapter vocabulary exists, considering that the number of supplementary chapters is too large, in order to facilitate the user to select the supplementary chapters, the corresponding processing steps are as follows:
if the number of the supplementary chapters with the chapter vocabularies is larger than a preset value, the number of the chapter vocabularies in each supplementary chapter is calculated; and displaying the chapter titles and the chapter names of the blank chapters corresponding to the supplementary chapters with the number of the chapter vocabularies larger than a preset standard value, and displaying the word prompt related to whether the chapter titles and the chapter names correspond to each other.
The standard value is set by the manufacturer according to different item types and chapter names and is used for measuring the association degree of the supplementary chapter and the blank chapter. The preset value is set in advance by a manufacturer, and the preset value is set to be three in the application.
Specifically, when the system detects that the number of the supplementary chapters with the chapter vocabularies is more than three, the system calculates the number of the chapter vocabularies in each supplementary chapter, and displays the chapter titles of the supplementary chapters with the chapter vocabularies more than the standard value and the chapter names of the blank chapters, so that the selectable supplementary chapters are screened, and the user can conveniently and quickly select the supplementary chapters corresponding to the blank chapters.
According to the project feasibility study report generation method, when the system receives project information, the system determines the report template according to the project type, the system determines the chapter position according to the chapter title and the chapter name in the report template, and then the system determines the paragraph position in the corresponding chapter according to the chapter characteristics, so that the project information is sorted, and the feasibility study report can be generated quickly.
If the chapter titles appear crops, the system directly searches the corresponding feature positions through the chapter features corresponding to part of the chapter titles, so that the chapter contents corresponding to the wrong chapter titles are copied to the correct positions on the report template. If the corresponding feature position cannot be found by the partial chapter features in the partial chapter titles, the system copies the partial chapter features and the corresponding paragraphs into the supplementary paragraphs of the chapter. Meanwhile, the system copies the chapter contents which cannot be found out to the chapter position to the supplementary chapter of the report template so as to reduce the occurrence of the condition of missing project information.
FIG. 1 is a flow diagram of a project feasibility study report generation method in one embodiment. It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 1 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows; the steps are not limited to be performed in the exact order disclosed, and steps may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise; and at least some of the steps in fig. 1 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
