The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a user tag generation method, which is applied to a target platform, wherein the target platform comprises a platform user. The target platform may specifically include a web page platform and/or an application platform, and the platform users may specifically include enterprise users and organization users (organization users may also be referred to as third-party users), where the organization users are users providing services for the enterprise users, and different users may register through different registration modules in advance to implement different functions, for convenience of description, the following embodiments all use the web page platform as an example, as shown in fig. 1, and the generation method includes the following steps:
step 101, configuring tag parameters.
The method comprises the steps that a plurality of label parameters of different types are configured in a background in advance, specifically, a plurality of levels of sub-label parameters can be set in each type, for example, in a specific scene, a first-level label parameter is configured to be a place of business, a second-level label parameter is a country, a third-level label parameter is province or direct district city, a fourth-level label parameter is a city area and the like, and for example, in a specific scene, a first-level label parameter is configured to be an industry, a second-level label parameter is a publishing industry, and a third-level label parameter is a book publishing industry.
It should be understood that the above scenarios are for illustration only and should not be construed as limiting the present embodiments.
And 102, verifying the target user.
And 103, responding to the successful matching between the target user and the platform user, and acquiring the user information of the target user.
Specifically, the web page platform background stores registration information of a plurality of registered platform users, and when a target user logs in, if the login information of the target user is matched with the registration information of the registered platform users, it is determined that the target user is successfully matched with the platform users, and the identity authentication of the target user is successful.
In this embodiment, the user information may be acquired from a variety of channels.
Such as: in some specific implementation manners, the user information of the target user may be obtained from a database of the target user, and in this embodiment, the database of the target user is a database used for storing the filled information when the target user registers. In other embodiments, the database of the target user may also be a database of the target user, for example, the web page platform may obtain the user information of the database of the target user through an interface provided by the target user.
For another example: in some specific implementation manners, the user information of the target user is obtained from a database of a third party, wherein the third database may be a commercial third party database purchased by the web platform itself, or a public third party database.
For another example: in some specific implementation manners, the user information of the target user may be acquired from the cooperation object, and since the web platform may have a cooperation relationship with some enterprises or some private users, the user information of the target user may be acquired from the corresponding cooperation object based on the cooperation relationship.
For another example: in some specific implementations, the user information of the target user may be obtained from a database of the enterprise user, and specifically, the enterprise user is a user providing a service for the target enterprise user.
It should be understood that the above specific implementation is only illustrative and should not be taken as limiting the embodiment.
And step 104, matching the target information from the user information according to the label parameters.
The target information may be matched according to a pre-trained character matching algorithm or according to a mature character matching algorithm, for example: the user information comprises Shanghai city, and the user information can be matched with the Shanghai city according to the label parameter 'direct prefecture city'; if 5000 ten thousand of registered capital are included in the user information, the user information "5000 ten thousand" may be matched with the "registered capital" according to the tag parameter.
It should be understood that the above specific implementation is only illustrative and should not be taken as limiting the embodiment.
And 105, generating a user label according to the target information.
It should be understood that, since the same target information may have different expression manners, such as SHANGHAI, and SHANGHAI all represent the same meaning, formats of the target information may be unified, and a user tag with a preset standard may be generated, for example, if "SHANGHAI" is taken as a standard user tag in the foregoing scenario, the obtained user information may generate a user tag specifically referred to as "SHANGHAI" if the obtained user information is any one of the expression manners.
In this embodiment, different tag parameters are configured on the web page platform, specifically, multiple types of multi-level tag parameters may be configured, if it is verified that the target user is an enterprise user registered on the web page platform, the user information of the target user may be obtained, the target information matched with the tag parameters of each type may be extracted from the user information according to the configured tag parameters, and the user tag of the target user may be generated according to the target information. By the method, the effective information of the target user can be classified and extracted according to the label parameters, the user labels are generated in a uniform format, and the effective filtering of the user information is realized. On one hand, by configuring the tag parameters, effective information of each registered user (such as enterprise users and organization users) is structurally extracted in the form of tags, so that transverse comparison of information among enterprises can be realized, and the target users can be found out quickly according to the user tags.
In a specific embodiment, the target user information includes at least one of the first information, the second information, the third information, and the fourth information:
the first information represents that the user information of the target user is obtained from a database of the target user; the second information represents user information of a target user acquired from a database of a third party; the third information represents the user information of the target user sent by the receiving cooperation object; and the fourth information represents user information of the target enterprise user, which is acquired from the database of the corresponding mechanism user when the target user is the target enterprise user, wherein the platform user comprises the enterprise user and the mechanism user, and the corresponding mechanism user is the mechanism user providing service for the target enterprise user.
In this embodiment, the user information of the target user can be obtained from multiple channels, so that more comprehensive user information can be obtained, the user tags generated according to the user information of each channel can be complemented (for example, the target information of "Hunan province" is matched from the first information according to the tag parameter "province", the tag parameter "industry" cannot be matched from the first information to effective industry information, but the tag parameter "industry" can be matched from the second information to the target information of "communication industry", or for example, the target information of "overseas market" is matched from the second information according to the first-level tag parameter matching to the tag parameter "market", and the target information of "European market" can be further matched from the third information according to the second-level tag parameter), so that more comprehensive generation is facilitated, a more complete user tag.
In a specific implementation manner, the user information further includes fifth information, and the step of obtaining the user information of the target user may specifically include:
and tracking the operation behavior of the target user, and generating fifth information according to the operation behavior.
In this embodiment, the operation behavior of the target user may be tracked in a web crawler manner, and according to a preset rule, fifth information is further generated through the operation behavior of the target user, for example, if the number of times of the news that the user browses the related semiconductors exceeds a preset threshold is tracked, the "semiconductors" may be extracted as the fifth information, and if the number of the public numbers of the finance and economics subscribed by the target user exceeds a preset target number, the "finance and economics" may be used as the fifth information.
It should be understood that the above specific implementation is only illustrative and should not be taken as limiting the embodiment.
In the embodiment, when the target user is successfully authenticated, the operation behavior of the target user can be tracked, and the user information is further extracted according to the operation behavior, so that the source channels of the user information can be enriched, and the generation of a complete and comprehensive user label is further facilitated.
In a specific implementation manner, when the target user is a target enterprise user, the user information further includes sixth information, and the obtaining of the user information of the target user may further specifically include;
responding to the target enterprise user to issue project information, wherein the project information comprises achievement information and/or demand information;
and generating sixth information according to the project information.
The result information may be a project completed by the target enterprise user, an online new product, and other results, and the demand information may be bid information, plan project, and the like. After the target enterprise user publishes the project information, the sixth information may be extracted from the published project information according to a preset rule, and of course, in a specific embodiment, the published project information may also be directly used as the sixth information.
In the embodiment, when the identity authentication of the target enterprise user is successful, the user information can be further extracted according to the project information issued by the target enterprise user, so that the source channel of the user information can be further enriched, and a complete and comprehensive user label can be generated.
As shown in fig. 2, in a specific implementation, step 105 specifically includes:
step 1051, generating a first label according to the target information;
step 1052, when the first label comprises the repeated label, removing the repeated label to generate a second label;
and 1053, generating a user label according to the second label.
In this embodiment, since the target information may be from multiple channels, multiple channels may provide the same target information, and even if the target information is from the same channel, there may be a case of duplication, in this embodiment, duplicate user tags may be removed, and it should be understood that information with the same meaning (for example, the above "SHANGHAI" and "SHANGHAI" are tags with the same meaning) is regarded as duplicate tags.
In a specific implementation manner, the tag parameters include different types of tag parameters, and step 104 specifically includes matching the target information of the corresponding type according to the different types of tag parameters.
As shown in fig. 3, step 105 may specifically include:
1151, generating initial label information according to different types of target information;
step 1152, for the initial tag information of the same category, obtaining different priorities of the initial tag information.
The priority of the initial tag information may be preset according to a requirement, for example, the priority of the new initial information is set to be higher than the priority of the old initial information, or the priority of the initial information may be reflected according to the priority of the initial information provider.
And step 1153, taking the initial label information with the highest priority as the user label of the corresponding category.
In this embodiment, for the tag parameters of the same category, different target information may be matched, such as: for the label parameters of the industry type, the target information acquired from the database of the first mechanism user is "pharmaceutical industry", the generated initial label information is "medicine", the user information acquired from the database of the second mechanism user is "biology", and the finally generated initial label information is "biology", so that the initial label information with the highest priority can be used as the target information, for example, the priority of "medicine" is higher than that of "biology", and "biology" is used as the user label, so as to generate the user label which can reflect the real situation of the target user.
In this embodiment, step 1152 has multiple ways to determine different priorities of the initial tag information, and fig. 4 shows a specific implementation manner of step 1152, which is specifically as follows:
step 11521, for each piece of initial label information in the same type of initial label information, acquiring an information providing object of corresponding target information;
step 11522, obtaining rating parameters of the information providing object;
step 11523, determining the priority of the information providing object according to the rating parameter;
step 11524, determining the priority of the corresponding initial tag information according to the priority of the information providing object.
Because the reliability of the information provided by different information providing objects is different, the rating parameters of the information providing objects can be obtained according to the fact that the label parameters of the same category are matched with different target information and different initial label information is generated, for example, the rating parameters of the information providing objects can be obtained through various channels such as a third-party platform, a webpage platform database and the like, the rating parameters specifically include a good rating rate, a list ordering rate, an evaluation level and the like, the information providing objects are scored based on the rating parameters, the information providing objects with the highest scoring are determined as the information providing objects with the highest priority, and the corresponding initial label information is used as the initial label information with the highest priority, so that more reliable user labels are screened.
Fig. 5 shows a specific implementation of step 1152, which is as follows:
step 12521, regarding the initial tag information of the same category, if different initial tag information exists, the same initial tag information is regarded as a group;
step 12522, obtain the number of initial tag information of each group;
step 12523, determining different priorities of the initial label information based on the number of initial label information for each group.
For example, in step 12521, the first-level label extracted from the user information is shanghai, but three different initial label information, namely, the purdong area, the huangpu area, and the xu-hui area, are obtained from the second-level label, three groups are generated, and the three initial label information, namely, the purdong area, the huangpu area, and the xu-hui area, are respectively put into the corresponding groups.
In step 12522, assume that there are 1 initial tag information in the group of the ps east area, 2 initial tag information in the group of the ps huang area, and 3 initial tag information in the group of the xu hui area.
In step 12523, different priorities of the initial tag information may be determined according to the number of initial tag information of each group acquired in step 12522. For example, the priority (specifically, the xu-hui region in this example) of the initial tag information of the group with the largest number of initial tag information is determined to be the highest, and for example, the initial tag information corresponding to the group with the highest number of initial tag information may be screened out and stored in the background of the target platform, and the staff in the background further determines the priority of the screened initial tag according to the preset rule.
In this embodiment, for the initial tag information of the same category, the same initial tag information is regarded as a group, and since the number of extracted initial tags can reflect the validity of the extracted initial tags to a certain extent, different priorities of the initial tag information can be effectively determined according to the number of initial tag information of each group.
In a preferred implementation, step 12523 specifically includes the following steps:
if the number of the initial label information of only one group is the maximum, determining that the priority of the initial label information in one group is the highest;
if there are more than two groups with the largest number of initial tag information, then for each of the more than two groups: calculating the grade of the group according to the grade parameter of the information providing object of the target information corresponding to each piece of initial tag information;
the initial tag information in the highest scoring group is determined to have the highest priority.
It should be understood that more than two includes two.
In order to better understand the present embodiment, the present embodiment is further described based on the foregoing examples of the region categories, in the foregoing examples, the number of the initial tag information of only the xu-hui area group is the largest, that is, the xu-hui area group includes 3 initial tag information, and none of the initial tag information included in the other groups reaches 3, so that the priority of the corresponding initial tag information (i.e., the xu-hui area) is determined to be the highest.
For another example, assuming that the set of huangpu region and xu-pu region both include 2 pieces of initial tag information, and the set of pudong region only includes 1 piece of initial tag information, it is determined that the number of pieces of initial tag information of the two sets is the largest, and for each of the two sets, the score of the set is calculated based on the rating parameter of the information providing object. For example, the target information providing objects corresponding to the 2 pieces of initial tag information in the xu-hui region are the first organization user and the target user themselves, respectively, and assuming that the rating of the first organization user is two-star level, the corresponding rating parameter is 2, the rating of the target user itself is four-star level, the corresponding rating parameter is 4, and taking the average of the two to obtain the score of the group as 3. And the final obtained score of the Huangpu district group is 4, and the initial label information in the group with the highest score, namely the Huangpu district has the highest priority, is determined.
In this embodiment, on the basis of determining the priority of the initial tag information based on the number of the initial tag information of each group, when there is only one group with the largest number, the tag corresponding to the group is used as the initial tag information with the highest priority, and when there is not only one group with the largest number, the informative nature of the data provided by the group can be reflected according to the rating parameter of the information providing object, specifically, the groups are scored based on the rating parameter of the information providing object of the group with the largest number, and the initial tag information with the highest priority is further effectively determined.
In order to better understand the present embodiment, the present embodiment is explained below by specific examples.
As shown in fig. 6, in this scenario, the platform specifically includes an enterprise user and an organization user, an unregistered user may register as an enterprise user or an organization user through the web platform, and when the registration is successful, a corresponding enterprise account or an organization account is obtained, and the organization user needs to further fill in an enterprise user who cooperates with the organization user, and the enterprise user may also further fill in an organization user who cooperates with the organization user.
For an enterprise user, an administrator of the enterprise may log in a web platform according to an enterprise account, and if the login is successful, step 103 may be executed to obtain user information of the enterprise user, specifically, the user information may be first information, that is, information that the enterprise fills in on the web platform by itself; the second information can be the user information of the enterprise user obtained from a third-party database; may be third information, that is, user information of the enterprise user acquired from an object cooperating with the web page platform; may be fourth information, i.e., user information obtained from institutional users collaborating with the enterprise user. It should be understood that the order of acquiring such information may be set as desired.
Step 104 is executed, the target information, specifically, the field information, can be captured from the corresponding database, and then step 105 is executed, the user tag is obtained according to the target information of different channels.
It should be understood that the web platform may further track the operation behavior of the enterprise user, and obtain fifth information according to the operation behavior, where the fifth information may also be one of the user information, the web platform may also further track the project information issued by the enterprise, and obtain sixth information according to the project information, where the sixth information may also be one of the user information, so as to further enrich the source of the enterprise information.
Since a plurality of channels acquire user information and duplication may occur even in the user information acquired from the same channel, duplicate tags may be removed in steps 1051 and 1053. The tag parameters of the same category may also be matched with different information, so that the user tags may be screened through steps 1151 and 1153, so that the user tags of the enterprise users may be generated and stored in the web page platform to become the tag library system of the enterprise users, so that further data analysis needs to be performed subsequently based on the user tags.
Fig. 7 shows a process of generating a user tag based on project information, when the enterprise user issues a project specifically based on achievement information or requirement information, a field may be captured and matched to target information based on tag parameters, and then preliminary achievement tag information or requirement tag information may be generated according to the target information, and may be integrated with other preliminary tag information to obtain a final user tag, and meanwhile, achievement tag information and requirement tag information may also be supplemented and refined in combination with other initial tag information to generate requirement tag information for a specific requirement project and achievement tag information for a specific achievement project.
Fig. 8 shows a generation process of a user tag of an organization user, where the organization user may obtain organization user information through multiple channels after identity authentication is successful, and then may further generate target information, and may extract initial tag information from the target information based on tag parameters, and may form tag information of the organization user after performing processes such as deduplication and screening on the initial tag information. The generation process of the user tags of the organization users is similar to that of the user tags of the enterprise users, and the specific generation mode can further refer to the generation mode of the user tags of the enterprise users.
The invention can generate the label library through the user information acquired by each channel, particularly can generate the label library of an enterprise, the label library of an organization, the label library of a demand and the label library of a result aiming at the enterprise, can screen information according to the user labels in the label library aiming at different demands of the enterprise, is convenient for the enterprise to browse and select quickly, and can also be convenient for the enterprise to select efficiently and quickly.
