Abstract
The invention provides a method for realizing instant preview in a prompt box, which comprises the following steps: selecting a text area in a display interface; clicking an option in a menu bar of a display interface, displaying a corresponding pull-down menu when clicking the option, and selecting a command in the pull-down menu; or selecting a command in a menu bar of the display interface; after the command is selected, a prompt box pops up on the display interface, wherein the prompt box comprises a panel and a command comment strip, and the panel is used for instantly previewing the effect of the selected text area after the command is set; the command comment bar is used for commenting the selected function of the command.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computer display interface technologies, and in particular, to a method, a computing device, and a computer-readable medium for implementing instant preview in a prompt box.
Background
After the current interface flattening processing, the display of the menu occupies a large area, the instant preview in the document may cause an illusion of setting of the user, and the menu may obscure the instant preview part where the cursor is located. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a display interface in the prior art, wherein after a "text effect" option is selected, a pull-down menu displayed in the interface just blocks the selected text, and a preview effect corresponding to a command in the pull-down menu cannot be seen.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new technical solution to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method, a computing device and a computer readable medium for realizing instant preview in a prompt box, which can realize instant preview in the prompt box.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for implementing instant preview in a prompt box, which includes: selecting a text area in a display interface; clicking an option in a menu bar of a display interface, displaying a corresponding pull-down menu when clicking the option, and selecting a command in the pull-down menu; or selecting a command in a menu bar of the display interface; after the command is selected, a prompt box pops up on the display interface, wherein the prompt box comprises a panel and a command comment strip, and the panel is used for instantly previewing the effect of the selected text area after the command is set; the command comment bar is used for commenting the selected function of the command.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computing device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein program instructions that are executable by the processor to implement the method of implementing a point-in-time preview in a prompt box as described above.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable medium having stored therein program instructions that are executed to implement the method for implementing a point-in-time preview in a prompt box described above.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the effect after the command is set is directly displayed on the tooltip (namely the prompt box), the preview is not carried out in the text area, the purpose that the tooltip provides command help is achieved by using the panel of the tooltip, and the effect which can be achieved by the command can be clear to the user at a glance.

Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for implementing instant preview in a prompt box tooltip according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for implementing the instant preview in the prompt box tooltip includes the following steps.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of a display interface of a word processing program according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the method for implementing instant preview in a prompt dialog shown in fig. 2 is adopted.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, first, a text body area is selected in the word processor display interface; then, clicking a 'text effect' option in a menu bar of a word processing program display interface, and when clicking the 'text effect' option, presenting a corresponding pull-down menu (or list) 310, wherein a plurality of commands are displayed in the pull-down menu 310, and a second command in a first line is selected in the pull-down menu 310; after the command is selected, a prompt box tooltip (not identified) pops up on a display interface of the word processing program, wherein the prompt box tooltip comprises a panel 320 and a command comment bar 330, and the effect of the text area of the selected text after the second command on the first line is set can be previewed in real time through the panel 320; the command comment bar 330 is used to comment on the function of the selected command, for example, in fig. 3, the content of the command comment bar 330 corresponding to the second command in the first row in the pull-down menu 310 is "fill-none, outline-red".
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a presentation processing program display interface of another embodiment of the present invention that uses the method for implementing instant preview in a prompt box tooltip shown in fig. 2.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, first, a tabbed text area is selected in the presentation handler display interface; then, selecting an 'insert form' command in a menu bar of a presentation processing program display interface; after the command is selected, a prompt box tooltip (not identified) pops up on a presentation processing program display interface, wherein the prompt box tooltip comprises a panel 410 and a command comment bar 420, and the effect of the text area of the selected form after the command of 'inserting the form' is set through the panel 410 in a real-time preview manner; the command comment bar 420 is used to comment on the function of the selected command, for example, in fig. 4, the content of the command comment bar 420 corresponding to the "insert table" command is "table".
In one implementation, the rule of the pop-up position of the prompt box tooltip is:
vertical position: displaying the command above or below the selected command, and enabling the rule to be in a position where the command pops up with the existing tooltip;
horizontal position: if the right space of the selected command is enough to display the panel, left aligning with the selected command; otherwise, the command is aligned with the selected command.
In one implementation, the maximum panel size provided by the hint box tooltip is 480 pixels wide and 288 pixels high.
In one embodiment, the prompt box tooltip contains a command for instant preview, which is the same as the existing command with the instant preview function; the command comment bar 330, 420 (which may be a tooltip in the prior art) is displayed in the top line of the panel 320, 410.
In one embodiment, when the selected text area exceeds the 320, 410 size, the excess is not displayed in the panel 320, 410; when the selected body area is smaller than the size of the panels 320, 410, the panels 320, 410 display a preview of a predetermined area around the selected body area and the preview of the selected body area after the command is set.
In one embodiment, if the drop-down menu 310 and the command comment bars 330, 420 do not obscure the selected text area, after the command is selected, the pop-up prompt box tooltip hides the panels 320, 410, and instead previews the effect of the selected text area after the command is set in the text.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computing device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein program instructions that are executed by the processor to implement the method of the present invention for implementing a point-in-time preview in a prompt box tooltip described above.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable medium having stored therein program instructions that are executed to implement the method of the present invention for implementing a point-in-time preview in a prompt box tooltip described above.
In summary, the effect after a certain command is set is directly displayed on the tooltip of the prompt box, instead of previewing in the text area, and the tooltip itself provides command help by using the panel of the tooltip itself, so that the user can know the effect which can be achieved by the command at a glance.

Claims (7)
1. A method for realizing instant preview in a prompt box is characterized by comprising the following steps:
selecting a text area in a display interface;
clicking an option in a menu bar of a display interface, displaying a corresponding pull-down menu when clicking the option, and selecting a command in the pull-down menu; or selecting a command in a menu bar of the display interface;
after the command is selected, a prompt box pops up on the display interface, wherein the prompt box comprises a panel and a command comment strip, and the panel is used for instantly previewing the effect of the selected text area after the command is set; the command comment bar is used for commenting the selected function of the command.
2. The method for implementing an instant preview in a prompt box according to claim 1,
the vertical position of the prompt box is displayed above or below the selected command;
the horizontal position of the prompt box is as follows: if the right space of the selected command is enough to display the panel, left aligning with the selected command; otherwise, the command is aligned with the selected command.
3. The method for implementing an instant preview in a prompt box according to claim 1,
the prompt box comprises a command of instant preview;
the command comment bar is displayed in the panel head line.
4. The method for implementing an instant preview in a prompt box according to claim 1,
when the selected text area exceeds the size of the panel, the exceeding part is not displayed in the panel;
and when the selected text area is smaller than the size of the panel, the panel displays preview of a preset area around the selected text area and preview of the selected text area after the command is set.
5. The method for implementing an instant preview in a prompt box according to claim 1,
if the drop-down menu and the command comment strip do not shield the selected text area, after the command is selected, the pop-up prompt box can hide the panel, and the effect of the selected text area after the command is set is previewed in the text.
6. A computing device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein program instructions for execution by the processor to implement the method of implementing a point-in-time preview in a prompt box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A computer readable medium having stored therein program instructions which are executed to implement the method of implementing a point-in-time preview in a prompt box according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
